The partition board 4 is connected with the back board 12 by a screw connection, and the partition board 4 is connected with the left side board 131, the left middle side board 133, the right middle side board 134 or the right side board 132 by an insertion connection.
Referring to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the connection between the partition 4 and the left, middle, right or right side panels 131, 133, 134, 132, a plurality of fasteners 16 are welded to the left, middle, right and right side panels 131, 133, 134, 132. Referring to fig. 2, before the partition 4 is installed, the fixing member 16 is welded to the left side plate 131, the left middle side plate 133, the right middle side plate 134, or the right side plate 132, and then the inserting plate 42 of the partition 4 is inserted into the gap between the limiting plate 162 and the left side plate 131, the left middle side plate 133, the right middle side plate 134, or the right side plate 132. In the process of inserting the partition board 4 into the gap, the elastic sheet 163 on the limit plate 162 abuts against the plug board 42 and is inserted into the mounting hole 43, so that the mounting stability and the anti-theft function of the partition board 4 are improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of connection plates 15 are provided on the inner walls of the left and right side plates 131 and 132. Referring to fig. 5, the connecting plate 15 is connected to the left side plate 131 or the right side plate 132 by welding, a plurality of connecting holes 151 are formed in the connecting plate 15, and a plurality of mounting through holes corresponding to the connecting holes 151 are formed in the left side plate 131 or the right side plate 132. The connecting holes 151 and the mounting through holes facilitate a worker to connect the two storing and taking cabinets by using bolt fasteners or rivets, and the connecting plate 15 increases the wall thickness of the storing and taking cabinet, thereby improving the connection stability between the two storing and taking cabinets.
Referring to fig. 2, the door frame 2 is located at a side of the cabinet 1 provided with an opening, i.e., a side away from the back plate 12. The doorframe 2 is arranged in parallel with the back plate 12, and is detachably connected with the top plate 11, the left side plate 131, the right side plate 132 and the bottom plate 14. Specifically, the butt positions of the door frame 2 and the top plate 11, the left side plate 131, the right side plate 132 and the bottom plate 14 are all provided with a plurality of door frame through holes, front end through holes corresponding to the door frame through holes are formed in the top plate 11, the left side plate 131, the right side plate 132 and the bottom plate 14, and a worker uses a bolt fastener to penetrate through the door frame through holes and the front end through holes correspondingly arranged with the door frame through holes to achieve detachable connection between the door frame 2 and the top plate 11, the left side plate 131, the right side plate 132 and the bottom plate 14. Besides the screw connection, the door frame 2 and the top plate 11 are connected by means of a plug connection.
Referring to fig. 6, at least two electric control lock mounting plates 21 are connected to the door frame 2, and a mounting cavity 22 for accommodating an electric control door lock is arranged between the adjacent electric control lock mounting plates 21. In the present embodiment, two electric control lock mounting plates 21 are provided. Referring to fig. 2, the two electric control lock mounting plates 21 are screwed with the left middle side plate 133 and the right middle side plate 134 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Referring to fig. 6, a fixing plate 25 connected with the electric control lock mounting plate 21 is arranged in the mounting cavity 22, and the fixing plate 25 is used for connecting an electric control lock circuit board, so that a worker can conveniently perform wire arrangement. One side that electric control lock mounting panel 21 is close to cabinet door 3 is equipped with the shutoff board 29 that just is located between the adjacent electric control lock mounting panel 21 perpendicular with electric control lock mounting panel 21, and shutoff board 29 and door frame 2 plug-in connection. The plugging plate 29 separates the installation cavity 22 between the adjacent electric control lock installation plates 21 from the outside of the access cabinet, so that the safety of the electric control lock is improved, and meanwhile, the safety of the access cabinet is also improved.
Referring to fig. 7, the upper surface of the door frame 2 is provided with a wire arranging groove 23 communicated with the mounting cavity 22, and the wire arranging groove 23 is used for accommodating electric wires for accessing electric equipment in the cabinet. Two ends of the wiring groove 23 are communicated with wiring grooves 24 on the door frame 2, and the left side plate 131 and the right side plate 132 are respectively provided with an avoiding groove 1311 which is correspondingly communicated with the wiring grooves 24. The avoidance slot 1311 and the cabling slot 24 facilitate a worker to wear through the electric wire between the access cabinet and the storage cabinet, thereby facilitating installation between the access cabinet and the storage cabinet.
Referring to fig. 2, the cabinet door 3 is rotatably connected to the door frame 2, and the cabinet door 3 and the storage space formed by the partition plates 4 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Referring to fig. 8, at least one vertical plate 26 connected to the electric control lock mounting plate 21 is disposed in the door frame 2, both ends of the upper end of the vertical plate 26 are connected to the door frame 2, and the vertical plate 26 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes 261 for inserting the electric control lock. One side of the vertical plate 26, which is far away from the electric control lock mounting plate 21, is provided with a plurality of vertically arranged second water guide plates 27, and specifically, the upper end and the lower end of each insertion hole 261 are provided with one second water guide plate 27.
Referring to fig. 8, the second water guide panel 27 includes a vertical panel 271 connected to the vertical panel 26, and the second water guide panel 27 further includes an extension panel 272 connected to a side of the vertical panel 271 away from the vertical panel 26. The extension plate 272 extends toward the vertical center plane of the door frame 2, i.e., the vertical plate 271 and the extension plate 272 form an L-shaped structure. When the cabinet door 3 is closed, the inner wall of the cabinet door 3 abuts against the extension plate 272. During rainy day, the rainwater is hit and is beaten on the vertical lateral wall of cabinet door 3 and vertical plate 271, and vertical plate 271 blocks the rainwater, makes inside the rainwater is difficult for entering into the access cabinet, improves the waterproof nature of access cabinet. The upper end of the insertion hole 261 is provided with a horizontally disposed horizontal plate 273, and the horizontal plate 273 is connected to the vertical plate 26. The horizontal plate 273 has a length greater than that of the cross-section of the insertion hole 261 to shield the upper end of the insertion hole 261. Rainwater on the vertical plate 271 and the extension plate 272 is guided by the horizontal plate 273 and is less likely to enter the insertion hole 261.
Referring to fig. 8, a plurality of waterproof plates 28 are provided in the door frame 2 between the vertically adjacent cabinet doors 3. The flashing 28 comprises a horizontally arranged drain 281 and a vertically arranged water barrier 282, the drain 281 being located outside the water barrier 282. The upper and lower ends of the water blocking plate 282 correspond to one cabinet door 3, respectively. In rainy days, the upper end of the water blocking plate 282 is positioned between one cabinet door 3 and the drainage plate 281, so that rainwater is not easy to enter the access cabinet; the lower end of the water blocking plate 282 is located between one cabinet door 3 and the drainage plate 281, so that the probability that rainwater directly enters the inside of the storage cabinet is reduced.
Referring to fig. 9, a horizontally arranged first water deflector 31 is connected to an upper end of an inner wall of the cabinet door 3, a horizontally arranged water guiding groove 311 is arranged in the first water deflector 31, and the water guiding groove 311 enables a longitudinal section of the first water deflector 31 to be in an inverted 7 shape and two ends to be in an open structure. Referring to fig. 8, a water baffle 32 connected to the inner wall of the cabinet door 3 is disposed on a side of the first water guide plate 31 near the cabinet door 3 rotatably connected to the door frame 2, and the water baffle 32 is vertically disposed and located below the first water guide plate 31. When rainwater hits the upper end of the cabinet door 3, the rainwater flows into the water chute 311 along the inner wall of the cabinet door 3, and the rainwater in the water chute 311 flows to both ends of the water chute 311. When the rainwater flows in the direction close to the water baffle 32, the rainwater flows to the outer side of the access cabinet along the vertical side wall of the water baffle 32, so that the rainwater is not easy to enter the access cabinet; when the rainwater in the water chute 311 flows in a direction away from the water baffle 32, the rainwater flows to the outside of the storage cabinet along the vertical side surface of the vertical plate 271, so that the rainwater is not easy to enter the storage cabinet.
The processing principle of this embodiment is: the top plate 11, the back plate 12, the left side plate 131, the right side plate 132, the left middle side plate 133, the right middle side plate 134, the bottom plate 14, the door frame 2, the partition plate 4 and the cabinet door 3 of the same model are all subjected to sheet metal processing, welding processing and spraying processing by adopting an automatic production line. The automatic production line is used for processing each part in batches, so that the automation degree of the storage cabinet processing is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
The installation principle of this embodiment does: when the cabinet body 1 is installed, manual installation or automatic installation of a production line can be adopted. When the cabinet body 1 is installed, workers install the electric control door locks on the electric control lock installation plate 21 one by one. Because the door frame 2 and the cabinet body 1 are independently arranged, the operation space is large when workers are installed, and the operation is convenient and fast. While the electric control door lock is installed, workers arrange the electric wires of the electric control door lock in the installation cavity 22 in order. Then the electric control door lock circuit board is installed on the fixing plate 25, the wire connector of the electric control door lock is inserted into the electric control door lock circuit board, and finally the bus of the electric control door lock circuit board is pulled into the wire arranging groove 23 or is connected with the electric equipment.
When the storing and taking cabinet is installed, the wire arrangement work between the storing and taking cabinet is facilitated through the avoiding groove 1311 and the wire distributing groove 24. Due to the arrangement of the wiring groove 23, the wiring groove 24 and the avoiding groove 1311, the wiring work among the electrical equipment in the access cabinet is simple and orderly, and the access cabinet is convenient and quick.
The waterproof principle of this embodiment does: when cabinet door 3 is the closed condition, there is several millimeters to dozens of millimeters gaps between cabinet door 3's upper end and drain bar 281, nevertheless because the thickness of cabinet door 3 itself and the sheltering from of drain bar 281, the difficult upper end from cabinet door 3 of rainwater enters into inside the access cabinet. When the wind speed is too high, the rainwater is blocked by the lower end of the cabinet door 3 or the water blocking plate 282 and drops on the first water guide plate 31 after entering the gap, and is guided to the drainage plate 281 below the cabinet door 3 along the first water guide plate 31 and the water baffle 32, so that the rainwater is not easy to enter the inside of the access cabinet.
When rainwater strikes the two vertical sides of the cabinet door 3, the water baffle 32 is arranged inside one side of the cabinet door 3, and rainwater is not easy to enter the storage cabinet; the other vertical side of cabinet door 3 is equipped with second water guide plate 27, and the rainwater is followed second water guide plate 27 and horizontal board 273 and is guided on drain board 281 of this cabinet door 3 below, and it is inside difficult to enter into the access cabinet.
Rainwater on the drain board 281 is blocked by the upper end of the water blocking board 282, and the rainwater needs to be accumulated to a certain height to flow over the water blocking board 282 into the access cabinet. However, the drain plate 281 is horizontally disposed, and rainwater is not easily accumulated. No matter from which position, inside the rainwater all was difficult for entering into the access cabinet, the waterproof performance of access cabinet was good.
