Fig. 1 is a front view showing a use state of a warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an enlarged front view showing a use state of the warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a front view showing a storage state of the warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a side sectional view showing a storage state of the warning display device for a vehicle according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 to 7 are side sectional views showing a use state of the warning display device for a vehicle according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
According to fig. 1 to 7, a warning display device (100) for a vehicle according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a base plate (110), a drive mechanism (120), a warning guide (130), and a use operation unit (140).
In this case, the warning display device (100) for a vehicle of the present embodiment is mounted on the vehicle body (10), and is further mounted on the vehicle body (10) inside the trunk door (12). Therefore, the vehicle warning display device (100) is exposed to the rear vehicle when the trunk door (12) is opened. Obviously, the vehicle warning display device (10) can be prevented from being exposed to the outside in the state that the trunk door (12) is closed.
The floor (110) is provided on the vehicle body (10). The bottom plate (110) is detachably coupled to the inner surface of a trunk door (12) exposed when the vehicle body (10) is opened. Therefore, the vehicle warning display device (100) of the embodiment can be prevented from being exposed and protected when the trunk door (12) is closed, and the appearance is improved without the vehicle warning display device (100) exposed outside the vehicle (10).
At this time, the bottom plate (110) is detachably coupled to the inner side surface of the backup door (12), and is detachably coupled to the backup door (12) by a twist member (112). The fastening element (112) is a screw or a bolt. Furthermore, the base plate (110) connects the drive mechanism (120) rotatably and rotationally to and fro.
Obviously, the bottom plate (110) can be formed by various shapes and materials, and the driving mechanism (120) is connected to the inner side surface of the trunk door (12) in a rotatable and reciprocating rotation manner.
The driving mechanism (120) is hinged to the bottom plate (110) and can be folded, and the warning guide part (130) is started to rotate back and forth.
Specifically, the drive mechanism (120) includes a frame (121), a drive gear member (123), and a driven gear member (126), and a rotating bar (128).
The frame (121) is extended rotatably on the base plate (110). That is, the frame (121) is rotated in one direction and returned to the original position in the other direction at one side edge of the base plate (110) by the first hinge (122). The "one direction" herein is a direction toward the rear of the vehicle in travel.
The drive gear member (123) is provided on the frame (121) so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, and is rotated reciprocally in both directions by an external force.
In other words, the driving gear member (123) has the driving rotation shaft (124) inserted into the center hole. Therefore, the driving gear member (123) rotates in the circumferential direction with the driving rotation shaft (124) as a reference. In this case, the drive gear member (123) and the drive rotation shaft (124) may rotate together in the same direction, or may rotate in the circumferential direction on the drive rotation shaft (124) by the drive gear member (124) alone.
In particular, the active rotation shaft (124) is rotatably inserted into the frame (121) at both sides or one side. Furthermore, the driving gear member (123) may be inserted inside the frame (121).
Therefore, the driving gear member (123) is embedded inside the frame (121), thereby preventing a part of the user's body such as the hand from being injured by the driving gear member (123).
Obviously, the frame (121) may be formed in various shapes and various materials.
The frame 121 is fixedly provided with a driving motor 125, and the driving motor 125 operates to reciprocally rotate a driving rotation shaft 124 or a driving gear member 123 in one direction or the other direction. And the active motor (125) may be disposed on the frame (121) in various ways.
The driven gear member (126) is rotatably provided on the frame (121) and rotates upon receiving the rotational force transmitted from the drive gear member (123).
Specifically, the driven gear member (126) is a shaft of the driven rotation shaft (124) inserted into the center hole. The driven rotary shafts (127) are rotatably provided on the frames (121) corresponding to the driven rotary shafts on both sides or one side. At this time, the driven gear member (126) can be inserted (embedded) inside the frame (121) and coupled to the driving gear member (123) via an external gear. The driven gear member (126) receives the rotational force transmitted from the drive gear member (123).
In this case, the driven gear member (126) and the driven rotary shaft (127) may rotate together in the same direction, or the driven gear member (126) may rotate on the driven rotary shaft (127).
The rotating bar (128) reciprocates in accordance with the rotational direction of the driven gear member (126), and is connected to the driven gear member (126) or the driven rotating shaft (127). The rotating bar (128) is thereby reciprocated along an arcuate path. Further, the rotation bar (128) reciprocates in the direction of the center and the edge of the road.
The rotating bar (128) is connected with a warning guide part (130). Obviously, the rotating bar (128) fixes the warning guide (130) in various ways. The warning guide section (130) is reciprocated along an arc-shaped trajectory together with the rotating bar (128).
The warning guide unit (130) is connected to a rotating bar (128) of the drive mechanism (120), and when the drive mechanism (120) is driven, the warning guide unit reciprocates together with the rotating bar (128), thereby inducing safe operation of the vehicle on the front side or the rear side facing each other. Obviously, the warning guide (130) may be deformed into various shapes.
At this time, the warning guide portion (130) may include a warning lamp (132) emitting light. The warning lamp (132) may be formed along a track of various letters or words, and emits light using power transmitted by external force or external operation. Specifically, the warning lamp (132) is lighted by a power source transmitted when a switch (not shown) is operated by a driver, or is lighted in a state that a trunk door (12) is opened and is unfolded in conjunction with the opening of the trunk door when the vehicle body (10) collides with another vehicle.
The warning guide unit (130) is folded to reduce the occupied area when the device is hung and fixed by the use operation unit (140), and is restricted by the use operation unit (140) in the folded state.
That is, the warning guide unit (130) may be provided in plural numbers and may be slidably moved in and out. The warning guide (130) may be deformed into various shapes, and is not limited to the number of separation.
In addition, the operation part (140) is arranged on the vehicle body (10) or the bottom plate (110), and the driving mechanism (120) and the warning guiding part (130) are operated, so that the vehicle can be folded and stored when not used, and can be unfolded when used. That is, the operation unit (140) is provided on the bottom plate (110) and serves to fold and store the driving mechanism (120) and the warning guide unit (130) when not in use and to unfold the driving mechanism (120) and the warning guide unit (130) when in use.
Specifically, the use operation portion (140) includes a hook lever (142) and a separation start member (144).
The hook bar (142) is connected to the vehicle body (10) or the floor panel (110) in a hinged manner, and suspends and fixes the warning guide (130) folded together with the drive mechanism (120).
That is, the hook bar (142) is rotatable at the other side edge of the base plate (110) by the second hinge (143). The hook rod (142) hooks and fixes the warning guide part (130) folded together with the drive mechanism (120) toward the bottom plate (110). At this time, the warning guide section (130) is hooked to the hook lever (142) in a state of being folded into a plurality of stages.
Obviously, the hooking rod (142) can be deformed into various shapes, not limited to the number of the arrangement.
The separation starting member (144) is arranged on the vehicle body (10) or the bottom plate (110), and is started by external force above a set value or external signals to separate the hook rod (142) from the warning guide part (130).
That is, the separation starting member (144) is fixedly arranged on the other side edge or the frame of the bottom plate (110), and is started by external impact force or external signal above a set value to push the hook rod (142) to separate from the warning guide part (130). At this time, the separation starting member (144) can be used as a cylinder for starting the forward and backward movement.
Further, the warning guide section (130) is hung and fixed by a hook lever (142) in a state where the drive mechanism (120) and the warning guide section (130) are folded toward the bottom plate (110). The trunk door (12) is in a closed state.
Then, when the vehicle body (10) collides and an external impact force equal to or greater than a set value is generated, or when a user operates a switch, the trunk door (12) is opened.
In conjunction with this, the separation starting member (144) advances, pushing the hook lever (142) to separate from the warning guide portion (130). Then, the warning guide section (130) is unfolded by its own weight together with the drive mechanism (120). At this time, the separation starting mechanism (144) is controlled to return to the home position.
In conjunction with this, the driving motor 125 is started, the driving gear member 123 rotates, and the driven gear member 126 rotates bidirectionally in the circumferential direction, and this rotational force rotates the rotor 128 and the warning guide 130 bidirectionally.
The active motor (125) continues to be driven until a signal is transmitted from the outside.
Fig. 8 is a front view showing a use state of a warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9 is a front view showing a storage state of the warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 10 is a side sectional view showing a use state of the warning display apparatus for a vehicle according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
According to fig. 8 to 10, a warning display device (100) for a vehicle of a second embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (150), a drive mechanism (120), and a warning guide (130).
The housing (150) is detachably joined to the vehicle body (10), and further, a ceiling (14) of the vehicle body (10) is high. That is, the housing (150) is detachably coupled to the vehicle body (10) via the attachment/detachment member (152). For example, the attachment/detachment member (152) may be attached to the ceiling (14) by a teflon tape (also called a "hook and loop tape"). Obviously, the case (150) is detachably coupled to an upper side surface of a trunk door (not shown) in a closed state.
The housing (150) is formed to be open in the upper direction. Obviously, the housing (150) may be formed in various shapes and materials.
The driving mechanism (120) is arranged inside the shell (150) and starts the warning guide part (130) to rotate back and forth.
The drive mechanism (120) includes a drive gear member (123), a driven gear member (126), and a rotating bar (128).
The driving gear member 123 is a driving rotation shaft 124 inserted into the center hole, and both sides or one side of the driving rotation shaft 124 are rotatably provided on the corresponding housing 150.
The driving gear member (123) is rotated in both directions by a driving motor (125).
The driven gear member (126) is a driven rotation shaft (127) inserted into the center hole, and both sides or one side of the driven rotation shaft (127) are rotatably provided on the corresponding housings (150).
The driven gear member (126) is thus held in meshing engagement with the external meshing engagement of the drive gear member (123). So that the driven gear member (126) receives the rotational force transmitted by the driving gear member (123).
The rotating bar (128) performs reciprocating rotational motion along the rotational direction of the driven gear member (126), and is connected to a warning guide section (130). When the driven gear member (126) rotates, the rotating bar (128) and the warning guide (130) rotate along an arc-shaped trajectory.
The warning guide section (130) includes a warning lamp (132) that emits light by a user's operation.
When a user emergently inspects the vehicle or a simple collision accident occurs, the shell (150) stored in the trunk is taken out and pasted to the ceiling (14).
When the user operates the switch, the driving motor 125 is driven, and the rotating bar 128 and the warning guide 130 are reciprocally rotated by the driving gear member 123 and the driven gear member 126.
After the situation is over, the user cuts off the signal transmitted to the active motor (125), and then removes the shell (150) from the ceiling (14) and puts the shell in a trunk for storage.
At this time, the overall height of the rotating bar 128 and the warning guide 130 is too high, and the warning display device 100 cannot be stored in the trunk or the storage space must be enlarged.
Therefore, in order to prevent, the position of the driven rotation shaft 127 inserted into the center hole of the driven gear member 126 can be changed on the housing 150. That is, the housing (150) may be provided with a plurality of or two setting hole portions (154) along an arc-shaped trajectory so that the driven rotation shaft (124) is set or inserted.
After the user separates the driven rotary shaft 127 from the driven gear member 126, the user inserts the driven rotary shaft into the lowermost installation hole portion 154 and clamps the driven gear member 126. The rotating bar (128) is thus arranged alongside the roof (14).
The warning guide part (130) is detachably connected to the rotating bar (128) through a connecting component (129).
Then, the user unlocks the coupling member (129), separates the warning guide part (130) from the rotating bar (128), and stores the warning guide part (130) inside the case (150).
Finally, the rotation prevention bar (128) and the warning guide (130) are prevented from protruding to the outside of the housing (150).
The case (150) is covered with a cover (not shown) to prevent foreign matter from flowing into the driving mechanism (120) and the warning guide (130) during storage.
In the figures not illustrated, the symbols are replaced by the above symbols.

Fig. 12 is an enlarged front sectional view showing a use state of a warning display device for a vehicle of a third embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 13 is an enlarged side sectional view showing a use state of the warning display device for a vehicle of the third embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 14 is a front sectional view showing a storage state of a warning display device for a vehicle according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
According to fig. 11 to 14, a warning display device (100) for a vehicle of a third embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (150), a drive mechanism (120), a panel (160), and a warning guide (130).
In this case, the vehicle warning display device (100) of the present invention is provided on the vehicle body, and further on the trunk door (12) of the vehicle body (10). Obviously, the vehicle warning display device (100) of the present invention may be provided on the ceiling (14) of the vehicle body (10).
The case (150) is formed by being embedded in a trunk door (12) of the vehicle body (10). A recessed groove part (16) which is opened to the upper side is recessed on the trunk door (12), and the housing (150) is placed in the recessed groove (16). At this time, the housing (150) may be detachably fixed and disposed inside the recess groove portion (16) by a bolt or a teflon tape (also called a magic tape).
The housing (150) is formed to be open in the upper direction. Obviously, the housing (150) may be formed in various shapes and various materials.
The driving mechanism (120) is arranged inside the shell (150), and the starting panel (160) rotates in a reciprocating way within a set angle range.
That is, the panel (160) is driven to rotate reciprocally by the driving mechanism (120). In this case, the size, number, material, and shape of the panel (160) are not limited.
The warning guide unit (130) displays a warning message (134) on a panel (160) by an external operation, and induces safe driving of the traveling vehicle on the front side or the rear side.
At this time, the warning light 134 is emitted and the panel 160 is rotated back and forth, thereby sufficiently securing visibility to a driver of a traveling vehicle on the front side or the rear side.
The drive mechanism (120) includes a drive gear member (123), a driven gear member (126), and a rotating bar (128).
The driving gear member (123) has a driving rotation shaft (124) inserted into the central hole, and the driving rotation shaft (124) is rotatably provided on both sides or one side of the corresponding housing (150).
The drive gear member (123) is rotated in both directions within a set rotational angle range of the drive motor (125).
The driven gear member (126) is a driven rotation shaft (127) inserted into the center hole, and both sides or one side of the driven rotation shaft (127) are rotatably provided on the corresponding housings (150).
The driven gear member (126) is thereby maintained in a state of meshing engagement with the external gear of the drive gear member (123). The driven gear member (126) receives the rotational force transmitted from the drive gear member (123).
The rotary bar (128) is connected to the panel (160) by reciprocating rotary motion in the direction of rotation of the driven gear member (126). Therefore, when the driven gear member (126) rotates, the rotating bar (128) and the panel (160) rotate back and forth along an arc-shaped track.
The warning guide unit (130) is provided on the vehicle body (10), further on the ceiling (14) or the trunk door (12), and includes a laser beam unit (136) for irradiating a warning message (134) onto the panel (160) along a trajectory set by an external operation.
The laser beam unit (136) is fixed to the ceiling (14) or the trunk door (12) in a waterproof manner, and includes a laser beam generator for irradiating a laser beam.
The laser beam unit (136) irradiates a laser beam to the panel (160) along a corresponding track according to external input information. Furthermore, the laser beam (136) can irradiate various warning signs (134) to the panel (160).
Further, as the panel (160) is rotated back and forth, the laser beam generator of the laser beam section (136) can be rotated back and forth in the same direction as the panel (160).
The housing (150) is formed so as to be open in the upper direction, because the panel (160) needs to be exposed in a state where the drive mechanism (120) is housed.
The ceiling (14) or the trunk door (12) is provided with a cover (18) that slides along the edge of the recessed groove (16) so that the open upper side of the case (150) can be opened and closed. The cover (18) can be opened and closed manually or automatically by an air cylinder.
Although not shown, the cover (18) may be provided with a roller so as to be moved in rolling contact along a rail provided on the inner surface of the recessed groove portion (16).
When a user makes an emergency check on the vehicle or a simple collision accident occurs, the depressed groove portion (16) can be opened by operating the actuating cover (18).
When a user operates the switch, the driving motor (125) is driven, and the rotating bar (128) and the panel (160) are rotated back and forth by the driving gear member (123) and the driven gear member (126).
After the condition is over, the user turns off the signal transmitted to the active motor (125) and the panel (160) and the rotating bar (128) are positioned.
At this time, if the overall height of the rotating bar (128) and the panel (160) is too high, the warning display device (100) cannot be stored in the trunk or the storage space should be increased.
To prevent these phenomena, the position of a driven rotary shaft (127) inserted into a center hole of a driven gear member (126) in a housing (150) can be changed. That is, the housing (150) may have a plurality of or two setting hole portions (154) formed along an arc-shaped trajectory for setting or inserting the driven rotation shaft (127).
After the user separates the driven rotary shaft (127) from the driven gear member (126), the driven rotary shaft is inserted into the lowermost installation hole portion (154) and is clamped into the driven gear member (126).
The panel (160) is detachably connected to the rotating bar (128) through a connecting member (129).
The user unlocks the coupling member (129), separates the panel (160) and the rotating bar (128), and stores the panel (160) inside the housing (150), or separates the coupled panel (160) and the rotating bar (128) from the driven rotating shaft (127), and stores the panel and the rotating bar inside the housing (150).
As a result, the rotation bar 128 and the panel 160 are prevented from protruding to the outside of the case 150.
The recessed groove (16) is then closed by a lid (18), and the warning display device (100) stored in the case (150) is protected.
In the figures not illustrated, the symbols are replaced by those described above.

The housing (150) is replaced by the description of the third embodiment.
The drive mechanism (120) is provided inside the housing (150) as described above, and the start panel (160) is rotated in a reciprocating manner.
The drive mechanism (120) includes a drive gear member (123), a driven gear member (126), and a rotating bar (128).
The warning guide unit (130) displays a warning message (134) on a panel (160) by an external operation, and induces safe driving of a traveling vehicle on the front side or the rear side.
At this time, the warning guide section (130) includes an LED element (137) and a remote controller (139).
The LED elements (137) are provided in a plurality within a four-sided track or a circular track on the surface of the panel (160).
The remote controller (139) causes a plurality of LED elements (137) corresponding to the trajectory of the set warning message (134) among the plurality of LED elements (137) provided on the control panel (160) to emit light by operating a switch or button corresponding to the set warning message (134).
In this case, the remote controller (139) may be provided in the vehicle and wirelessly control the light emission of the LED element (137), or may wirelessly control the light emission of the LED element (137) using a mobile communication terminal.
In the figures not illustrated, the symbols are replaced by those described above.
The above embodiments and drawings are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments without departing from the scope of the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present invention.
