Description

Two-component profile system consisting of or comprising lockable multifunctional composite materials
Technical Field
The invention relates to a washable composite material having a shaft which is configured from one side as a rod and from the other side as a housing which surrounds the rod.
In particular, the invention relates to a machine wash resistant composite material such as washers, compound rolls, hair winders and bumpers consisting of foam rolls.
The profile is referred to as a batch product. The mass production of multi-functional articles developed for architectural housing, particularly HfG Ulm.
Background
DE 9012535U 1 discloses a coating roller with a permeable core and a foam sheath.
There are insulated canister cleaners and rim cleaners by Eikenberg, in which the handle is mechanically locked in the foam roller.
Such a washing machine is not suitable for washing cabinet surfaces, as a hair-winding machine and as a vibration damper, in particular for preparing articles.
DE 2746287 relates to a method for producing a foam roller having a rigid roller core, which is covered with foam and for this purpose is provided with a heat-sealing compound, wherein a foam tube is pushed onto the roller core with the cooled heat-sealing compound.
DE 102008027537 relates to a foam roller with a cylindrical outer surface.
Paint rollers of the type described are used for paint rollers used for painting. The paint roller is formed by a foam roller, i.e. a cylindrical foam body, into the middle of which a retaining element, usually made of plastic, is inserted and into which a retaining section of a clip, which is part of the paint roller, is inserted and releasably latched.
Such paint rollers are known to be replaceable, i.e. they can be removed again from the clips and replaced with new ones. Rough, quasi-scratch or tear surfaces are produced by milling or sawing.
According to DE 202006006200U 1, the foam roller has a shaft, in particular a metallic, dimensionally stable shaft, and a foamed coating made of polyethylene material applied to the shaft and can be produced with different hardnesses. The roller diameter of the coating device may preferably be selected in the range of 100mm to 300 mm. The length of the roller is at least 500mm, preferably at least 1000mm, particularly preferably at least 2500 mm.
Beverage glass washers are limited in their previous applications by their handle, which is for example too short to clean room corners and not suitable for cleaning cabinet tops.
For wet foam rollers, there is a lack of practical cleaning techniques for bathrooms or hair salons. The bumper is individually shaped for the vehicle and is completely replaced in the event of damage.
Composite material, such as milk packages, consist of several bodies glued together, which are fixed one above the other, wherein an outer cardboard essentially surrounds the plastic inside.
For preparing the articles, there are flat surfaces, such as tables, shelves or floors, and retaining mats, in particular egg boxes and sound muffling devices, luggage, grills and hooks derived therefrom.
The structural foam pad of feldehr provides a slip-resistant fit to items carried in the luggage. In accordance withwww.feldherr.com/de/hs040spl-half-figure-foam-tray-with-37-round-cut-outs- self-adhesive-1-6-inch-40-mm-vallejo-paints.htmlIn one embodiment of (a), the plastic bottle is held in the hole between two perforated foam pads by a screw lock.

A slotted foam pad is used as an ammunition-retaining member. In Waffen-Braun, a gun placed on a table provided with foam is held in a partition fixed to a wall.
There are also washer inserts, in particular for bottle or glass test tube holders, in which the bottles or glass test tubes are held on the bars of the rack. DE 19908245 discloses a plug system for displaying jewelry, wherein the jewelry is fixed with a retaining body that can be plugged into a base body.
For hanging articles, DE 202005002740 discloses a carrier which is fixed in a panel.
These systems are limited to specific applications, in particular for cleaning or preparing the same type of articles.
Disclosure of Invention
The aim of the invention is to make it possible to use the washing machine, the hair winding machine and the vibration damper in a plurality of ways, in particular for preparing items, simply drying wet rollers or preparing universal vibration dampers. According to the invention, the wet washer or hair winding machine should be cleaned in practice and the impact bar, which is composed of a large number of easily replaceable shock absorbers, should be adaptable to different applications.
In order to solve these tasks, the end of the lever projecting out of the housing is part of the lever of the locking part, in particular of the quick-locking part. To this end, a body made of composite material is provided according to the invention, which has a carrier, in particular an injection-molded rod, and a shock-absorbing housing, in particular a foam housing, which is fastened around it, the carrier of which protrudes with one end from the housing in order to lock the body in a base, for example a plate, with this end.
The object is achieved by the features of the independent claims. The dependent claims contain features of the present invention.
According to the invention, a cohesive connection is provided, which can be connected to the fastening opening of the base part in a non-positive or positive manner.
Thus, the composite body can be prepared for different applications, in particular also for other articles. This makes it possible to prepare articles which can be clamped between or can be suspended from a vibration-damping or elastic casing or cover, a preparation system suitable for this, in particular a modular module provided for this and a mat constructed therefrom, a method for producing a preparation system and the use of a composite body which comprises a carrier and a vibration-damping or elastic casing or cover which is fixed at or on the carrier, respectively. Thus, there is also provided a system of servicing a number of different items, in particular items for which a standard footprint space is not specified, such as chargers, remote controls, cell phones, glasses, laptops, ball pens, purses, shampoos, hair dryers and play toys, which can be adapted to any application, in particular horizontal, vertical and linear combinations thereof, and which can be easily fixed, constructed or dimensioned in vehicles, living spaces, offices and bathrooms. The different items should be visually, securely and simply held and retrievable, rather than concealed or in the road.
In order to prepare articles parallel to the composite bodies (e.g. rollers) releasably fixed to each other or between fixing units (e.g. rods) providing a grip, fixed housings or covers, a system, in particular a modular system,
-plates, in particular threaded plates
Holding device, in particular a plate holder, and
provision of a composite body projecting therefrom, in particular arranged perpendicularly thereto, consisting of a grip-providing fastening unit and a damping material fastened thereto, in particular
An axisymmetric body, such as a roller, a cone or a raised body consisting of a rod and a resilient casing (e.g. a foam casing or an air-cushion casing) fixed above the rod,
a rod that can be screwed into the thread, for example, to be screwed, and an air cushion over the foam coating or the rod. Instead of threads, consider snap-in devices
A fixing unit that provides grip for mating, for example a rod with an end protruding from a shock-absorbing material fixed thereon, for example a foam casing, for releasable fixing.
The locking of the composite body is achieved mechanically, in particular by a force fit, for example by screwing the screw with a stop until the stop presses against an edge surrounding the screw hole, or by a form fit, in particular a bayonet lock or snap lock.
Preferably, the locking part is a quick locking part, in particular a rotary locking part.
The locking portion is a mechanical system for fixing and releasing the composite material through the holes, in particular threaded holes, of the base onto which the composite material can be locked.
In contrast, the composite material is bonded, i.e. cannot be separated into its components in an uncrackable manner, in particular is composed of 2 bodies, in particular components, which are connected to one another in a planar manner, for example chemically or over their entire surface.
For the production of the composite material, 2 profiles are arranged in a material-locking manner. For this purpose, a vibration-damping housing made of a second component is arranged, in particular glued or welded, around the carrier made of the first component, so that the carrier projects from the housing in the region provided for locking, and the carrier with the part projecting from the housing is designed in such a way that it can be guided into the opening of the plate, in which it can be locked in a force-fitting or form-fitting manner or at the opening.
The multifunctional composite according to the invention is a tool or semi-finished product for different applications, in particular for washing machines, preferably with a rod locking it therein, a shock absorber, preferably a foot lockable on a daily necessity, a hair winding machine, preferably with a base locking it therein. The composite material is designed for, easily, and capable of servicing articles. For this purpose, the composite material is designed for locking in the base or on the fastening hole, in particular for quick locking, for example screw locking, bayonet locking or snap locking.
Preferably, the end of the carrier projecting from the casing has a thread or is configured as part of a snap or bayonet lock. In particular, the casing is a foam casing. By means of the snap-in locking, a rotatable locking for the malting or printing roller is obtained.
The air contained in the composite body gives the composite body a low density with respect to the circumference of the composite body, in particular lower than 0.9g/cm3Preferably less than 0.7g/cm3Is used to force the composite body open for logistics or transport, in particular as a shock absorber. For this purpose, the rod is preferably designed as a tube.
The carrier, which is designed as a tube, makes it possible to apply the liquid which is conducted through the tube and, in accordance therewith, to facilitate the cleaning of the composite material. This allows the hair to be treated with a precise dosage of pigment, colorant, bleach, conditioner or shampoo.
Cleaning tool sets with different housing shapes and housing sizes and different tube or rod extensions and angles similar to tool boxes are provided for professional cleaning. The application for coating liquids or for suction in inaccessible locations is made significantly easier.
For servicing articles, in particular very different articles which can be clamped between a shock-absorbing or elastic casing or cover, and for servicing articles which can be suspended therefrom, composite bodies, in particular rollers, are used which comprise a carrier, in particular a rod, and a shock-absorbing or elastic casing or cover, in particular a casing or cover made of foam, respectively, which is fixed at or on the carrier.
In terms of method, according to the invention, a plurality of composite bodies, in particular rollers, are aligned relative to one another in such a way that their carriers, in particular rods, are locked in parallel arrangement with their ends projecting from the housing or cover in bores of the receiving structure, preferably of the plate, and the carrier parts which are inserted into the housing or cover and project from the plate after locking align a damping or elastic housing or cover, in particular a foam housing or cover. The component can be produced as a module from 2 materials, namely a carrier material, in particular an injection-molded and shock-absorbing material, in particular a soft foam. These modules simplify the design of the servicing members individually as mats.
According to the invention, the specific design has
-plates, which are preferably lockable to each other to form a ply, and
a composite body, in particular a roller, having a vibration-absorbing or elastic casing or cover and a carrier which can be mechanically locked in the plate, by means of which the composite body, in particular the roller, can be mechanically locked in the plate or slab. Thus, a kit suitable for servicing different articles can be designed separately.
Preferably, the plates have regularly spaced holes for holding the composite bodies, in particular the rollers, or can be locked to one another by means of locking devices, or the composite bodies each have an end held in the plate and a shock-absorbing or elastic casing fixed at or above said end, or
The composite bodies each have an end held in the plate and a shock-absorbing or elastic casing fixed thereto or thereabove, or
The hole of the receiving structure, preferably a plate, for holding the composite body, preferably a roller, and the carrier, preferably a rod of the composite body, which can be held therein, are matched to one another at the end projecting from the housing or cover in order to be releasably fixed.
Regularly spaced apertures facilitate servicing of elongated items. The locking device ensures the stability of the design. The retained end facilitates use of the enclosure to retain an item. The matching holes and carrier ends optimize the releasable fastening.
The invention provides for the preparation by means of modules, from which a layer, in particular a planar system of plates, is assembled. The module comprises a plate, in particular a threaded plate, an equatorial connection means, preferably an equatorial connection tab, in particular a tongue matching a groove in the plate, and an axial composite body, in particular a roller. The plate has a plurality of openings, in particular threaded holes, which are suitable for the composite body, in particular the shank thereof, to be screwed or snapped into the openings axially, in particular perpendicularly, projecting from the plate. These composite bodies thus preferably project from the layer perpendicularly to the plate.
In particular, the damping housing thereof forms a surface into which different objects can be inserted. The composite body forms a relatively wide holding layer which, in particular due to its lower density relative to the plies, is attached by damping and is gripped by a carrier, preferably a rod, which protrudes relatively rigidly from the plies. In this retaining layer, the carrier, in particular the threaded rod screwed into the plate or the rod clamped in the plate, provides a relatively more rigid structure for the shock-absorbing or elastic casing or cover, which significantly supports the retention of the item to be inventoried.
The composite body is preferably locked by snapping or screwing the threads. The carrier projecting from the fixed end into the housing makes it possible to suspend the article and to stabilize the holding function of the cushioned preparation level. The plates arranged along the equator relative to one another form a layer in which the plates and the connecting webs arranged parallel to one another can be displaced laterally into engagement with one another. The connecting webs inserted perpendicularly to these connecting webs, in particular laterally displaceable tongues engaging in the grooves of the panels, lock the panels to one another. For this purpose, the plates are assembled together with their associated locking means, in particular with their laterally engaging displaceable lugs. Preferably, the plates are fixed laterally relative to one another, in particular equatorial relative to one another by means of intermediate webs, in particular relative to one plane. By means of the parallel intermediate webs, the plates can be displaced in any desired sequence and locked perpendicular to the intermediate webs. In the case of the plate, for example, an axially extending composite body, in particular an axially symmetrical body projecting perpendicularly thereto, preferably a roller, a cone or a raised body consisting of a rod and a spring material fixed thereto or thereon, for example a foam or air-cushion casing, is held, preferably at regular intervals, for example by means of a thread on the rod and a counter-thread in the plate regularly spaced therefrom.
According to the invention, the module comprising the plates, the means for locking the plurality of plates in the plate layer and the composite body facilitates the construction of a separately designed service item, in particular a mat for holding an article.
For this purpose, the panels are preferably assembled with the locking means into a flat sheet layer, and the composite body is axially rotated or snapped into the structure. The composite bodies, in particular the rollers, can be locked in such a way that they do not become detached during the intended use, in particular when removing already held articles.
Thus, according to the invention, there is also provided a mat comprising a particularly planar slab and a shock-absorbing layer fixed in said slab for suspension and for accommodating an article. The preparation layer is formed by composite bodies (in particular rollers) inserted in the plies, each having an end (in particular a rod) that can be held in the plies, and a shock-absorbing or elastic cover or cover, in particular made of foam, fixed thereto or thereon. The composite body is locked in the slab by screwing or snapping the composite body, preferably a screwable or snapable roller, respectively, into the composite body from a rod, slab, fixed in the foam. In particular, room dividers, doors and side walls of cabinets may be used as mats according to the invention.
A new type of rest is therefore proposed, which provides the faces on which the uncleaned objects generally lie. Thus, things which have not been cleaned up to now in rooms, garages, workshops, offices and bathrooms are plugged, hung or clamped into the servicing or finishing system according to the invention in the future. The plugged, hung or clamped article is then prepared for easy viewing or for cleaning.
Preferably, the service system is produced by injection molding by molding the connecting webs and the plates such that the plates can be locked together by the connecting webs to form a plate layer or by fixing a resilient housing on the rods and molding the rods and the plates such that the rods can be rotated or latched into the plates.
Injection molding is suitable for mass production of the plates and the connecting tabs. Plastics, in particular hard plastics based on PVC, PE, PP, ABS and PS, have proven to be suitable materials for the panels. Preferably, the carrier of the roller is sprayed with the same composition.
The foam coating is preferably chemically fixed to the rod. For this purpose, it is attached to the rod in a suitable manner by means of an adhesive, in particular a plastic adhesive. Coatings made of flexible foam, for example polyester, are particularly suitable. Alternatively, the textile coating is mechanically adhered to the foam roll or chemically fixed, in particular adhered thereto.
Only 2 raw materials are required because all parts except the foam skin can be injection molded. Preferably, the rod is cut from a tube or rod.
Metal or plastic rods can be used for 1 to 3cm thick rolls with a diameter of 3mm or more. In general, a ratio of roll diameter to rod diameter of 3-10 has proven effective. For example, metal or plastic tubes or wooden rods having a diameter of 5-50mm, which are available as commercial products in meters, are cut to a length of 5-20cm and a thread is cut at one end.
Preferably, the foam deck is bonded to the rod, while the other components are configured as a modular system for releasable securement to one another. This allows ready removal of the roller consisting of the rod and foam blanket to provide space for larger items. On the other hand, the foam coating is not easily peeled off, thus giving the necessary stability to the permanent attachment of the item to be cleaned and the rod therein. The plate can be reconfigured at any time to a new planar structure, so that the desired configuration of the device or variations thereof alone is achieved with complete flexibility in this respect. The foam coating may be covered with a textile coating, for example to make the display of a glasses or cell phone or tablet more aesthetically or visually appealing.
The plates, preferably threaded plates, as polygonal, in particular rectangular, preferably square, enable simple groove and tongue connections to one another. In particular, not only the rows and columns but also the individual outer plates can be displaced by means of the intermediate strips. Plates with rounded corners have proven suitable. The rounding reduces the attack probability and thus avoids the accompanying damage probability at the corners, entanglement of the fibers (entanglement of the waves, if necessary, of the object to be removed) and damage of the plate.
The polygons may be assembled into individual patterns, for example, component letters or names. The various colored polygons enable a variety of creative compositions and artistic personalized designs.
Preferably, the plates are held on each other by connecting tabs, in particular by connecting tabs which are displaceable at or in the plates. Suitable for this are plates which are 1 to 100cm, in particular 5 to 20cm, long and 2 to 200mm, in particular 4 to 20mm, thick.
In a preferred embodiment, a modular servicing or finishing system is provided which is composed of mechanically releasably fastened rollers which have foam shells and are mechanically releasably held by pins or pins (in particular by means of threads in the plates), wherein a plurality of plates are mechanically releasably fastened together to form a larger planar structure. By removing or adding rollers, the finishing system can be matched at any time to the articles that have just been prepared or are to be cleaned.
The base of the roller for a modular servicing or finishing system is a plastic plate that can be interlocked into one plane, which provides a holding system for the roller and can be assembled into a planar pattern. The items to be cleaned are held by rollers that are vertically screwed or clamped in a two-dimensional pattern. The rollers are fixed bars covered with foam, in particular threaded bars or rods with snap systems. In general, a ratio of roll diameter to rod diameter of 3-10 (3: 1 to 10: 1) is suitable.
For example, metal or plastic tubes or wooden rods having a diameter of 0.5 to 100mm, in particular 5 to 50mm, which are available as commercial products sold in metres, are cut to a length of 0.5 to 50cm, in particular 5 to 20cm, and a thread is cut at one end.
The part of the bar not covered by the foam, preferably 10% to 50% of the bar length, is provided for retention in the panel. In particular cutting a thread in this region.
Rollers made of 5mm to 30mm long shells or covers (2 mm to 30mm in diameter) and 5-20mm long injection molded, fiberglass or metal pins (0.5-1 mm in diameter) are suitable for cleaning delicate items such as jewelry, diamonds and gemstones. The fabric coating on the plates protects the delicate items from hard impacts in horizontally arranged plates in vertically fixed rollers.
According to the invention, a mat which is assembled together in a modular manner is provided by means of modules and consists of a plate and a roller with a foam cover inserted therein, wherein the roller is fixed in the plate in such a way that it is screwed or clipped into the plate, wherein a plurality of plates can be releasably fixed to one another in a planar configuration. These panels are designed for vertical and horizontal fixing to the walls, ceilings, floors and doors of rooms and to furniture. Various applications of the mat include, for example, as wall furniture, erectable counters, room dividers, or mirror supports.
The grooming or finishing system according to the invention is suitable for use on the free walls and furniture of many rooms in order to groom or clean most of the items that may be located around, for example in bedrooms above night tables, chest drawers, etc., in bathrooms around mirrors, around wash tables, around and at wash basins, and in living rooms above sofas, in drinks, remote controls and fragmented items, in offices for cables and different office items, in garages for tools.
On its own, it is possible to create and change a grooming or grooming system according to personal taste, even by children as a game. Which may vary in size by the number of modules or panels selected, in color and shape of the composition, for example as geometric shapes, letters or images. Thus, it is not only useful, but also useful for decorative and personal purposes.
According to the invention, the position of the surface due to uncleaned objects is recoverable.
In one embodiment for a vehicle, the instrument panel or center console is prepared as a slab or panel. For this purpose, a matching roller is provided for locking in a hole in the dashboard or center console, for which purpose the roller has a carrier which can be locked, in particular screwed or snapped in the hole. A cushioned housing secured to the carrier is used for servicing accessories, personal items and food. For this purpose, the appliance which is already to be held is clamped between the rollers. To better see the navigator or smartphone, the roller that would obstruct the display is removed from the dashboard or not fixed therein at all.

Detailed Description
1. Composite 1 comprises 2 bodies joined together to form composite 10. The larger part of the inner body 12 is surrounded by the outer body 11 and protrudes with a shorter part 121. Here, it passes through the outer body 11 over most of the length of the outer body 11.
The outer body 11 is a shock-absorbing, in particular shock-absorbing, casing or cover, preferably a foam casing.
The inner body 12 is a carrier 12, in particular a rod that can be snapped or screwed, for example a tube or a rod with a locking device 121 protruding from the housing 11.
The carrier 12 and the damper 11 are fixed to one another, in particular adhesively bonded, to form a composite body. The carrier 12 protrudes with one end 121 from the cover 11. The end 121 is designed for locking in the base, for example for snap-locking, bayonet-locking or has a thread.
For this purpose, a lever 12 as a tube or rod, which is designed to snap lock at one end in order to form a snap or bayonet lock, has proven successful. The carrier end 121 projecting from the housing 11 can also be realized with a further rotary lock, for example a screw thread.
The housing 11 of composite material is preferably a foam housing, in particular a roll with a cylindrical opening along its main axis.
The main axis of rotation of the moment of inertia of the composite material 10 is preferably an axis of symmetry about which the housing 11 and the carrier 12 are aligned at least within the housing. The axis of symmetry is the axis of the coarse structure of the carrier, in particular of the rod and of the housing, in particular of the roller. The carrier comprises a fine structure, in particular a snap or latch structure, a thread or a part of a bayonet lock for fixing in an opening which may deviate from symmetry.
The composite material 1 is locked in a base part, which has an opening configured in this way, into which the carrier end projecting from the housing is locked, in particular snapped or screwed.
When composite 10 is used as a hair winder, the hair is twisted as with known foam rollers. However, it is now possible to treat the hair additionally in a precisely metered manner by means of a material guided through the carrier 12 designed as a tube, for example using hot air, pigments, colorants, bleaches, conditioners or shampoos. After use, the winder is washed, but according to the invention, the winder is then fixed in the base for drying or storage.
When they are used as shock absorbers, they are resilient to small loads and are easily replaced when larger loads break them. They are therefore ideal legs for devices such as compact disc players, cell phones, monitors or spacers for furniture.
2. Fig. 9 shows a section through 2 profiles connected to one another in a material-locking manner and a plate with threaded holes. These profiles are axisymmetric except for the threads 122. The outer profile 11 is a housing and the inner profile 12 is a carrier designed as a tube. The carrier 12 has a stop face 123, with which the stop face 123 is pressed against the surface 25 of the plate 2 when the thread 122 is screwed in the internal thread 222, in order to lock the composite material 1 in this way at the plate 2 in a force-fitting manner.
Fig. 10 shows a force-locking connection of the profiles to the plate 2, which are connected to one another in a material-locking manner. The pressing force generated during the tightening locks the carrier 12 with the plate 2. To loosen, shaking is required. Without such shaking, the carrier does not shake with a gap. By shaking, the carrier of the plate may slip.
The locking achieved with such a composite material 1 is formed in that way that
The 2 profiles are connected to form the composite material 1 by means of a material bond, wherein a damping housing 11 is arranged around the carrier 12, so that the carrier 12 protrudes from the housing 11 in the region of the locking, and
the carrier 12 is guided into the hole of the plate 2 with a portion protruding from the casing 11, and
at this hole, the support 12 is pressed with its stop face 123 against the surface 25 when the composite material 1 is screwed down. Instead of the force-locking according to fig. 10, an alternative rotary locking part is a form-locking, in particular bayonet locking part. Another suitable form closure is a snap lock.
Thus, a form-locking or force-locking connection of the plate 2 and the carrier 12 is provided, wherein the carrier 12 is held in a hole in the plate 2. According to the invention, the carrier 12 is surrounded by the damping housing 11 in a material-bonded manner, except for the part 121 which projects into the bore or the part which projects from the housing 11 for locking purposes.
3. In order to produce the composite material 1 from the foam casing 11 and the rod 12, in particular a tube, the rod 12 is produced by injection molding with a thread 122 which ends in a stop 123. According to the invention, the rod 12 is adhesively bonded into the foam casing 11 until it reaches a stop, the thread 122 projecting from the foam casing 11.
The composite material is suitable for cleaning hollow bodies, corners, heels and cabinet surfaces. For cleaning the composite material, the composite material is preferably machine-washable or the carrier is constructed as a tube. If the support of the composite material 10 is configured as a tube, the composite material is suitable as a filter. Such filters are suitable for coating and metering liquids, in particular cleaning agents, care agents or colorants, for example for treating hair.
4. The module 1 according to the invention according to fig. 1 consists of a plate 2 according to fig. 2 and nine rollers 5 according to fig. 5 screwed into it. According to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of modules 1 are fastened to one another with the inner and outer connecting webs 3, 4 designed as sliders in such a way that the connecting webs 3 according to fig. 3 are pushed into the grooves 23 of the plate 2. Here, the small tongues 31 in the small grooves 231 hold the modules 1 together so that they do not separate from each other.
According to fig. 3, the inner connecting web 3 is designed as a mirror-image double tongue with respect to the groove 23 of the plate 2. Small tongues 31 are present on both sides in order to hold the connecting webs 3 in pairs in the small grooves 231 of the plate, respectively. The plate 2 and the connecting tab 3 can therefore only be displaced relative to one another according to fig. 6.
The inner connecting web 3 is dimensioned such that it can be displaced as a tongue into the grooves 23 and 231 of two panels 2 to be connected side by side, to be precise into a pair of grooves 231 with a pair of small tongues 31 each.
The outer connecting webs 4 are the halves of the connecting webs 3 provided with the cutouts 42. They are as wide as the slots 23. If one tab 4 is pushed longitudinally through two plates 2, which plates 2 are held together with one inner tab 3, they are no longer displaceable. The additional cutout 42 at half the length with respect to the rounded corner 24 of the plate 2 reduces the visibility of the locking tongue 4. When the cut 42 is pushed centrally between the plates 2, the tabs 4 remain covered by the slots 23 corresponding to the cut 42.
The outer connecting webs 4 are formed as tongues with respect to the grooves 23 of the plate 2.
Two small tongues 41 are arranged in pairs on both sides to hold the connecting tab 4 in the small groove 231 of the plate 2. The dimensions of the pair of small tongues 41 are the same as the dimensions of the two pairs of tongues 31 of the tab 3.
The outer connecting web 4 is dimensioned such that it can be displaced as a tongue into the grooves 23 and 231 of two panels 2 to be connected side by side, to be precise into a pair of grooves 231 with a pair of small tongues 41 each.
The roller 5 according to fig. 5 is composed of a rod 52 and a foam coating 51 bonded to the rod 52.
The rod 52 is configured as a rod or tube and has a thread 521 on the end not covered by the foam coating 51.
The roller 5 is screwed with its thread 521 into a threaded hole 21 provided for this purpose in the plate 2.
Between the rollers 5, the object can be gripped or pushed, which is cleaned in this way. The roller 5 can also be unscrewed again in order to accommodate larger articles. These threaded holes 21 are regularly arranged with each other.
This ensures the possibility of creating space for different types of articles by means of the screw holes 21 with a matching fit of the rollers 5.
Fig. 7 shows a layer 20 of 3 plates 2, wherein 2 plates are locked by the connecting webs 3 and a third plate 2, which is also displaceable on the connecting webs 3, is locked by the outer connecting webs 4. The 2 rollers 5 are fixed in the layer 20. In the case of the third roller 5, the end of the rod with the thread is visible, through which the roller 5 can be screwed into the thread of the hole 21 of the plate 2. Fig. 8 shows 6 rollers of the module protruding from the plate, 3 holes for locking further rollers and rollers outside the plate directed towards their threads. Grooves are visible on the sides of the panels in order to lock the panels to each other by means of the tongues shown in fig. 3 and 4.
5. Unlike example 4, the roller 5 was manufactured from a plastic tube 52, screws and a foam coating 51 by adhering the foam coating 51 to the tube 52. The roller 5 is then screwed into the plate 2 by first guiding the screw through the tube 52.
6. Unlike example 4, the roller 5 was manufactured from a plastic tube 52, screws and a foam blanket 51 by adhering the screws into the plastic tube 52 and adhering the foam blanket 51 onto the plastic tube 52. Then, the roller 5 is screwed into the plate 2 by screws fixed in the roller 5.
7. In order to produce the module according to the invention, the assembly, i.e. the thread plate 2, the double tenon 3, the single tenon 4 and the threaded rod 52 of the roller 5, is produced by injection molding. For this purpose, the tongues 3 and 4 are designed to engage in one another and to be matched to the groove 23. Accordingly, the small tongues 31, 41 are designed to match the respective small grooves 231. The small tongues 31, 41 and the small grooves 231 keep the plate 2 and the tongues 3, 4 displaceable relative to each other as long as the tongues 3 are only arranged parallel to each other. The panels 2 can be locked to each other, in particular as a layer 20, by means of tongues 3, 4 arranged perpendicularly thereto. The threads 521 of the rod 52 are designed to mate with the threaded hole 21 so that the rod 52 can be easily screwed into and out of the threaded hole 21. A foam shell 51 is bonded to each rod 52 and is cut and milled from the foam block similar to paint rollers.
8. Unlike the previous examples. In order to produce the module according to the invention, the thread plate 2, the double tenon 3, the single tenon 4 and the threaded rod 52 of the roller 5 are milled out of wood, metal, in particular aluminum or plastic, in particular plexiglass.
9. The module is assembled to a mat by displacement of the panels 2 and tongues 3 into engagement with one another and locking of the layer 20 formed there on the edges with a single tongue 4. Here, a layer 20 with a separately built-up pattern is produced. In these patterns, the roller 5 with the thread 521 of the rod 52 is screwed into the hole 21 of the plate 2. The previously established pattern is further personalized with the different colours of the roller 5.
10. A dressing table or standing mirror or module manufactured according to any of examples 4-6 or according to any of examples 4 or 5, in particular as a frame-shaped cushion according to example 6, is adhered to a mirror rim or a frame thereof. For example 5-10cm square, into plates 2 each having 9 rolls 5 3-5cm long and 2-3cm thick. The plates 2 are assembled with the tabs 3 to form a track, in particular by inserting the tabs 3 between the plates 2. The plates are locked to each other by inserting the connecting tabs 4.
Lip balm, mascara, eyeliner, comb, hairbrush, etc. are cleaned in a frame consisting of modules according to the invention arranged around a mirror, in particular a rotating mirror. The frame may be expanded outward by additional modules.
8. Beside a bed, for example a bed of the mat according to the invention arranged on a night table, in particular screwed to a wall through holes 22 according to example 6, hand cream, foot cream, books, glasses, hearing devices, contraceptive drugs, sexual toys, nail polish, drinks bottles, snacks etc. are provided for grasping.
9. The personal groomer according to any of examples 4-6 or manufactured according to any of examples 4 or 5 is particularly glued as a mat according to example 6 to an entrance door in an aisle. For example, plates 2 consisting of 10-15cm squares, each having 9 rolls 5 of 5-10cm length and 3-5cm thickness. Typically, keys, cell phones, chargers, gloves and glasses are inserted therein and larger items can be held in the vacated roll position.
