Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for receiving indication information, and a storage medium.
Background
A User Equipment (UE) registration procedure: the UE initiates registration to an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), and the AMF returns a registration acceptance response and requests a Policy Control Function (Policy Control Function) Policy Control Function (PCF), for short) to request a UE Policy.
The UE Policy issued by the PCF includes a UE routing Policy (URSP) rule, the UE selects a proper PDU session for the service flow according to the URSP rule, and if there is no proper PDU session, a new PDU session is created.
The following application scenarios exist in the related art: (1) before the UE does not receive the URSP rule sent by the PCF, the UE initiates the establishment of the PDU session.
In the UE registration process, the AMF returns a registration acceptance response and simultaneously requests a UE policy from the PCF. When receiving the registration acceptance response of the AMF, the UE immediately initiates the creation of the PDU session, and then the UE receives the URSP rule sent by the PCF again, finds that the PDU session just created does not meet the requirement of the URSP rule, and then the UE releases the PDU session again and recreates the session according to the URSP rule.
(2) Before the PCF is not completely taken to issue the URSP rule, the UE selects an activated PDU session or a newly-established PDU session for the service flow.
The PCF issues multiple URSP rules for the same traffic flow, with different priorities. If the UE receives the URSP rule with low priority first, selects the PDU session or newly establishes the PDU session for the service flow according to the URSP rule, and then receives the URSP rule with high priority, the UE can reselect the PDU session or newly establish the PDU session for the service flow according to the URSP rule.
In the related art, an effective technical scheme is not provided for the problem that the established or selected PDU session is not appropriate and the like because the UE directly establishes the PDU session or selects the existing session for the service flow before the UE does not receive the URSP rule or completely receives the URSP rule.
Disclosure of Invention

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1

In the embodiment of the invention, PCF carries URSP rule indication in the strategy request response message, and forenotices UE that URSP rule is about to be issued; PCF carries URSP rule sending finish indication in the strategy sending message, tells UE that the URSP rule sending is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the UE registration process, the AMF postpones sending the registration acceptance message to the UE, the AMF triggers to request the PCF for the UE strategy control process to be advanced, and the UE strategy response message of the PCF is received and then the registration acceptance message is sent to the UE; UE receives the register acceptance message, if carrying URSP rule indication, then does not initiate PDU conversation establishment; and the UE receives the URSP rule issuing message, matches the service flow with the URSP rule after receiving the URSP rule sending finishing indication, and selects the activated PDU session or triggers the creation of the PDU session according to the matching result.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases.
