The knife switch is generally a high-voltage isolating switch, i.e. an isolating switch with rated voltage of 1kV or above, usually referred to as an isolating switch for short, and is the most used electrical appliance in high-voltage switching electrical appliances.
With the development of national economy, the power industry is rapidly developed, but the increase of the number of the employees of the power enterprise is far from the development of a power system and the increase of equipment, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are required to be invested in the regular maintenance, so that the requirements of power system reformation and man-saving and efficiency improvement cannot be met. The development of a power grid faces the requirements of high power supply reliability, high load density and high power quality, the requirement of a user on power failure time is more and more strict, the power failure of an important key line is difficult to arrange, and the power failure maintenance opportunities of a disconnecting link are less and less.
The knife switch of outdoor power equipment is exposed to the sun by wind for a long time, and an operating mechanism accumulates dust and rusts. Sometimes, the knife switch is not opened or closed in place during operation. When normal refueling maintenance is carried out, only power failure treatment can be carried out, labor and force are wasted, and danger is caused.

In this embodiment, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the maintenance part includes a movable table 9, a lubricant pump 17 is provided at a left end of an upper surface of the movable table 9, and an air blower 10 is provided at an opposite right end thereof. The lubricant pump 17 and the blower 10 are fixed to the moving stage 9 by screws.
As shown in fig. 2, a lubricating oil pipe 15 and a blowing pipe 14 are provided at the front ends of the lubricating oil pump 17 and the blower 10, respectively. The blower 10 is used to blow a high-speed, dry gas stream. An electric lifting rod is arranged in front of the lubricating oil pump 17 and the blower 10. The electric lifting rod is vertically arranged on the upper surface of the mobile station 9, the electric lifting rod comprises a fixed rod 11 and a lifting rod 12 moving along the direction of the fixed rod, and the lower end of the fixed rod 11 is fixed on the mobile station by screws.
As shown in fig. 1, the maintenance part according to some embodiments of the present invention further includes a telescopic rod 13 having a multi-link structure, wherein the end of the telescopic rod 13 is divided into two branches, one branch is hinged to the upper end of the fixed rod 11, and the other branch of the end of the telescopic rod 13 is hinged to the upper end of the lifting rod 11, when the lifting rod 12 moves up and down along the fixed rod 11 in a substantially vertical direction, the telescopic rod 13 is driven to extend and retract in another direction substantially orthogonal to the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, specifically, the front end of the telescopic rod 13 is fixed with the front ends of the lubricating oil pipeline 15 and the air blowing pipeline 14 by using a binding tape, and the front ends of the lubricating oil pipeline 15 and the air blowing pipeline 14 can be synchronously driven to move to the designated position by adjusting the position of the telescopic rod 13.
When the included angle between two branches at the tail end of the telescopic rod 13 is one hundred eighty degrees, the length of the telescopic rod 13 is shortest, and the height of the lifting rod 12 is highest. When the included angle between two branches at the tail end of the telescopic rod 13 is zero degree, the length of the telescopic rod 13 is the longest, and the height of the lifting rod 12 is the lowest.
When the device is used, the lubricating oil pipeline 15 and the air blowing pipeline 14 are made of insulating hoses, and the telescopic rod 13 is made of insulating ceramics. In use, the lifting rod 12 is lowered and the telescopic rod 13 is extended. When the front end of the telescopic rod 13 contacts the knife gate device, the lifting rod 12 stops descending. The blowing duct 14 blows dry high-speed airflow to blow away dust and surface rust accumulated on the disconnecting link device. The lubricating oil conduit 15 then feeds the lubricating oil to the knife-switch apparatus for lubrication. When not in use, the lifting rod is lifted, and the telescopic rod 13 is retracted to the shortest state.
Example two
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment described above with reference to fig. 3-6 is that the outdoor disconnecting link maintenance device of this embodiment further includes a supporting base 1 and a lifting portion. Four universal wheels are arranged on the lower surface of the supporting base 1. The lifting part is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting base 1. The lifting part comprises a lifting motor 2, a vertical ball screw 3, a lifting platform 4, a moving motor 5 and a horizontal ball screw 18.
In this embodiment, the number of the lifting motors 2 and the vertical ball screws 3 is two, and the lifting motors 2 are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper surface of the supporting base 1. The lifting motor 2 is vertically arranged, and the lower end of the lifting motor is fixed on the supporting base 1 through bolts. The vertical ball screw 3 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting motor 2. A lifting table 4 is provided on the vertical ball screw 3. The lifting platform 4 is horizontally arranged, and the lifting platform 4 is in threaded fit with the vertical ball screw 3.
The movable motor 5 is fixed on the lifting platform 4 by a motor fixing seat 8. The motor fixing seat 8 is fixed on the lifting platform 4 by bolts. The moving motor 5 is provided at a position on the left side of the upper surface of the lift table 4. A horizontal ball screw is provided at the left end of the moving motor 5. A support base 7 is provided at the left end of the horizontal ball screw 18, and a fixing base 6 is provided at the right end of the horizontal ball screw 18 and the right side of the moving motor 5. The moving table 9 and the horizontal ball screw 18 in embodiment 1 are screw-engaged.
When the lifting platform is used, a user pushes the lifting platform to a disconnecting link of outdoor power equipment needing to be maintained, and the lifting motor 2 is started to lift the lifting platform 4 to the height of the disconnecting link. And then starting the moving motor 5, adjusting the position of the moving platform 9 to enable the position of the moving platform 9 to correspond to the position of the disconnecting link, lowering the lifting rod 12 to extend the telescopic rod 13 out, and stopping extending after the front end of the telescopic rod 13 contacts the disconnecting link.

After dust and surface rust accumulated on the disconnecting link are blown clean, the lubricating oil pump 17 is started, lubricating oil flows out from the lubricating oil pump 17 and flows onto the disconnecting link through the lubricating oil pipeline 15, and the disconnecting link is lubricated.
