the monitoring jacket component is used for collecting electrocardiosignals of a user to obtain electrocardiosignals to be processed, the electrocardiosignals to be processed carry heart rate data, and the electrocardiosignals carrying the heart rate data are converted to obtain electrocardio digital signals carrying the heart rate data;
the server is used for storing the heart rate data into a pre-established user personal account,
counting all the heart rate data within a preset time period, obtaining a heart rate data chart according to each heart rate data,
performing data anomaly analysis on the heart rate data chart within a preset inspection time period to obtain a heart rate data anomaly command, and generating an alarm signal according to the heart rate data anomaly command;
the monitoring jacket part is also used for obtaining GPS positioning information of the user according to the alarm signal.
2. The electrocardiographic monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring jacket component comprises: the electrocardio-electrode part, the front end processor, the acquisition device, the GPS positioning device and the first data transmission device;
the acquisition device is used for acquiring the electrocardiosignals of the user through the electrocardio-electrode component to obtain the electrocardiosignals to be processed carrying heart rate data;
the front-end processor is used for carrying out conversion processing on the electrocardiosignals to be processed carrying the heart rate data to obtain electrocardio digital signals carrying the heart rate data;
the first data transmission device is used for sending the electrocardio digital signals carrying the heart rate data to the server;
the server is also used for receiving an alarm signal sent by the server;
the front-end processor is also used for generating a user GPS positioning instruction according to the alarm signal;
and the GPS positioning device is used for obtaining the GPS positioning information of the user according to the GPS positioning instruction of the user.
3. The electrocardiographic monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the monitoring jacket component further comprises: the coat body 1 and the main control device 5;
the electrocardio-electrode component comprises an LA electrode 3, an RA electrode 2 and an RL electrode 4, and the front-end processor, the acquisition device, the GPS positioning device and the first data transmission device are integrated in the main control device 5;
the LA electrode 3, the RA electrode 2 and the RL electrode 4 are all used for collecting electrocardiosignals of a user;
the main control device 5 is detachably arranged at the middle point of the coat body 1;
the RA electrode 2 is detachably arranged on the left side above the main control device 5;
the LA electrode 3 is detachably arranged on the right side above the main control device 5;
the RL electrode 4 is detachably disposed on the left side below the main control device 5.
4. The electrocardiographic monitoring system of claim 2, wherein the front end processor comprises a first processor and a second processor;
the first processor is used for amplifying the electrocardiosignals to be processed carrying the heart rate data to obtain electrocardio amplified signals, filtering the electrocardio amplified signals to obtain electrocardio filtered signals, and raising the electrocardio filtered signals to obtain electrocardio raised signals;
and the second processor is used for carrying out analog-to-digital conversion on the electrocardio elevation signal to obtain an electrocardio digital signal carrying heart rate data.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the monitoring jacket component further comprises a wireless communication device configured to:
and establishing connection with external intelligent monitoring equipment through a wireless communication network and carrying out real-time information interaction.
6. The electrocardiographic monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the server comprises a second data transmission device and a backend processor;
the second data transmission device is used for receiving the electrocardio digital signals carrying the heart rate data sent by the monitoring jacket component;
the back-end processor is used for storing the heart rate data into a pre-established user personal account;
the heart rate data chart is also used for summarizing all the heart rate data in a preset statistical time period and obtaining a heart rate data chart according to all the heart rate data;

and the acquisition device is used for acquiring the electrocardiosignals to be processed according to the acquisition time setting instruction.
9. The electrocardiograph monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a battery management device, wherein the battery management device comprises a battery energy supply device, a USB interface and a power monitoring device;
the battery energy supply device is used for supplying electric quantity to the monitoring jacket part;
the USB interface is used for providing electric quantity for the battery energy supply device;
the electric quantity monitoring device is used for generating electric quantity reminding information when detecting that the electric quantity of the battery energy supply device is insufficient;
the monitoring jacket part is used for generating electric quantity alarm information according to the electric quantity reminding information;
and the server is used for generating equipment electric quantity reminding information according to the electric quantity reminding information and sending the equipment electric quantity reminding information to target clients corresponding to doctors and family members of the users.
