The data monitoring and program upgrading system for the induction cooker, disclosed by the invention, can realize the fixed upgrading of programs for the induction cookers which are networked, and meanwhile, manufacturers can analyze data of using induction cooker behaviors, which are uploaded to a cloud server by a plurality of induction cooker devices, know the requirements of different users and upgrade the programs for the induction cookers of the different users.
