Abstract
The invention relates to a method for quickly replacing a return valve of residual hot water of a gas primary cooler. Because the liquid level of the water tank is lower than the position of the valve to be replaced, the siphon effect plays a role, and water in the pipeline cannot flow out when the residual hot water return valve of the primary cooler is replaced, so that the valve can be replaced smoothly. After the method is implemented, the waste hot water return valve is successfully replaced under the condition of not stopping circulating water, and the normal operation of production is ensured. Avoiding the economic and environmental protection losses caused by stopping circulating water.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of acid preparation by vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization, in particular to a method for quickly replacing a water return valve of residual hot water of a coal gas primary cooler.
Background
The process for preparing acid by desulfurizing with vacuum potassium carbonate method includes that cooling water of a coal gas primary cooler is divided into three sections, wherein the cooling water of the upper section of the primary cooler is returned as a heat source of a hot water reboiler of a desorption tower system in a desulfurization procedure, and the process is called as primary cooler residual hot water. Once the waste heat water return valve of the primary cooler is damaged, the primary cooler needs to be replaced. The primary cooler waste heat water return valve is directly connected with the circulating water pipeline, and circulating water generally needs to be stopped when the primary cooler waste heat water return valve is replaced. However, circulating water is critical to production, and if the circulating water is stopped, normal production of multiple processes is influenced. The ignition of coke oven gas can be seriously caused, and the economic benefit loss is huge.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for quickly replacing a residual hot water return valve of a desulfurization acid-making primary cooler. And the residual hot water return valve of the primary cooler connected with the circulating water return main pipe is replaced under the condition of not stopping circulating water.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for quickly replacing a water return valve of residual hot water of a coal gas primary cooler comprises the following steps:
1) when the desulfurization is stopped and the maintenance is carried out, firstly, the liquid level of the circulating water tank is reduced to a low liquid level for operation;
2) closing a residual heat water outlet valve R2 of the coal gas primary cooler and a residual heat water desulfurating valve R1;
3) slowly opening 2 valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, simultaneously observing the liquid level of the circulating water pool, if the liquid level exceeds a high liquid level, closing the water supplement of the circulating water pool and opening an outer discharge valve of the circulating water pool to enable the circulating water pool to be at a low liquid level, and when a cold water rack is not filled with water, directly returning all the circulating cooling water return to the circulating water pool; at the moment, siphon is generated at the position of a residual hot water return valve H1, and water in a circulating water pipeline connected with the siphon does not flow out;
4) replacing a residual hot water return valve H1;
5) after the valve H1 is replaced, slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, observing the liquid level of the pool, supplementing water, if the liquid level descending speed of the pool exceeds 0.1M/min, temporarily stopping closing the valves M1 and M2, increasing the new water supplementing amount to rise to the high liquid level, slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 until the valves are completely closed, recovering water supply of the water cooling rack, and ending the operation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
after the method is implemented, the waste hot water return valve is successfully replaced under the condition of not stopping circulating water, and the normal operation of production is ensured. Avoiding the economic and environmental protection losses caused by stopping circulating water.

a method for quickly replacing a water return valve of residual hot water of a coal gas primary cooler comprises the following steps:
1) when the desulfurization is stopped to be maintained, firstly, the liquid level of the circulating water tank is reduced to be below a low liquid level (minus 1.5m) for operation;
2) closing a residual heat water outlet valve R2 of the coal gas primary cooler and a residual heat water desulfurating valve R1;
3) slowly opening 2 valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, and observing the liquid level of the circulating water pool, if the liquid level exceeds a high liquid level (minus 1M-minus 1.3M), closing the water supplement of the circulating water pool and opening an outer discharge valve of the circulating water pool to enable the circulating water pool to be at a low liquid level, and when a cold water rack is not filled with water, cooling circulating water return water is completely and directly returned to the circulating water pool; at the moment, siphon is generated at the position of a residual hot water return valve H1, and water in a circulating water pipeline connected with the siphon does not flow out;
4) replacing a residual hot water return valve H1;
5) after the valve H1 is replaced, slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, observing the liquid level of the pool, replenishing water, if the liquid level descending speed of the pool exceeds 0.1M/min, temporarily stopping closing the valves M1 and M2, increasing the fresh water replenishing amount to rise to a high liquid level (minus 1M to minus 1.3M), slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 until the valves are completely closed, and recovering water supply of a water cooling rack, thus finishing the operation.
Before the residual hot water return valve of the coal gas primary cooler is replaced, the circulating water return water is directly sent to a circulating water pool without passing through a cold water rack. Because the liquid level of the water tank is lower than the position of the valve to be replaced, the siphon effect plays a role, and water in the pipeline cannot flow out when the residual hot water return valve of the primary cooler is replaced, so that the valve can be replaced smoothly.

1. A method for quickly replacing a water return valve of residual hot water of a coal gas primary cooler is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) reducing the liquid level of the circulating water tank to be below the low liquid level for operation;
2) closing a residual heat water outlet valve R2 of the coal gas primary cooler and a residual heat water desulfurating valve R1;
3) slowly opening 2 valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, simultaneously observing the liquid level of the circulating water pool, if the liquid level exceeds a high liquid level, closing the water supplement of the circulating water pool and opening an outer discharge valve of the circulating water pool to enable the circulating water pool to be at a low liquid level, and when a cold water rack is not filled with water, directly returning all the circulating cooling water return to the circulating water pool; at the moment, siphon is generated at the position of a residual hot water return valve H1, and water in a circulating water pipeline connected with the siphon does not flow out;
4) replacing a residual hot water return valve H1;
5) after the valve H1 is replaced, slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 of the circulating water return pool, observing the liquid level of the pool, supplementing water, if the liquid level descending speed of the pool exceeds 0.1M/min, temporarily stopping closing the valves M1 and M2, increasing the new water supplementing amount to rise to the high liquid level, slowly closing the valves M1 and M2 until the valves are completely closed, recovering water supply of the water cooling rack, and ending the operation.
