The invention discloses an intelligent door which comprises a door body, a bracket and monitoring equipment, wherein the monitoring equipment comprises a camera and a display; the door body is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface is provided with a first opening, the first opening is used for arranging a camera, the second surface is provided with a second opening, the second opening is used for arranging the display, and the first opening is communicated with the second opening; the bracket is fixed in the second opening, and the camera is fixed to the bracket. Background
With the increasing awareness of people on theft prevention, more and more consumers select intelligent doors with monitoring equipment. The monitoring equipment is popular among consumers due to the outstanding anti-theft effect. The monitoring device generally includes a camera for capturing images and a display for displaying the images captured by the camera.

The following description is presented to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the invention, and is provided in the context of a particular application and its requirements. Various modifications to the disclosed embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the general principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Thus, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown, but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the claims.
In the present application, the term "outdoor" refers to the outside of the closed space formed with the wall by the door mounted to the wall in the closed state, and the term "indoor" refers to the inside of the closed space formed with the wall by the door mounted to the wall in the closed state.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the smart door 1000 includes a door body 100, a monitoring apparatus 200, and a bracket 300. In some embodiments, the smart door 1000 also includes a door lock 400. The door body 100 may be mounted to the door frame 500 by a hinge 600 and may pivot with respect to the door frame 500, thereby enabling the opening and closing of the smart door 1000. The door frame 500 may be fixed to a wall (not shown). The monitoring device 200 includes a camera 210 and a display 220. The monitoring apparatus 200 and the bracket 300 are fixed to the door body 100.
The door body 100 has a first surface 101 and a second surface 102 opposite to the first surface 101. In the present embodiment, the first surface 101 is a surface facing outdoors after the door body 100 is mounted, and the second surface 102 is a surface facing indoors after the door body 100 is mounted. The first face 101 has a first opening 111, and the first opening 111 is used for arranging a camera 210 (to be further described below) of the monitoring apparatus 200. The second side 102 has a second opening 112, and the second opening 112 is used for setting a display 220 (to be further described below) of the monitoring device 200. The first opening 111 is communicated with the second opening 112.
In the present embodiment, the shape and size of the first opening 111 match the shape and size of the camera 210 of the monitoring apparatus 200, for example, when the camera 210 is circular, the shape of the first opening 111 is also circular. In other embodiments, the first opening 111 may have a regular shape such as a rectangle, a square, an oval, a triangle, a diamond, a trapezoid, etc., and may also have an irregular shape. The camera 210 is disposed in the first opening 111 in an embedded manner. In some embodiments, an end surface of an end (i.e., a camera end) of the camera 210 facing the outdoor is substantially horizontal to or slightly protrudes from the first face 101 of the door body 100, and the end of the camera 210 facing the outdoor is hermetically mounted to the first face 101 of the door body 100.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the second opening 112 matches the shape and size of the display 220 of the monitoring device 200, for example, when the display 220 is substantially rectangular, the shape of the second opening 112 is also substantially rectangular, and in other embodiments, the second opening 112 may be a regular shape such as a square, an ellipse, a triangle, a diamond, a trapezoid, etc., or may be an irregular shape. In the embodiment of the present application, the depth of the second opening 112 may be close to the thickness of the door body 100, so that the bottom 115 of the second opening 112 is close to the first face 101 of the door body 100. The display 220 is disposed in the second opening 112 in an embedded manner, a display screen of the display 220 is horizontal to the second surface 102 of the door body 100 or slightly protrudes from the second surface 102, and one end of the display 220 facing the inside of the room is hermetically mounted to the second surface 102 of the door body 100.
In order to achieve the embedded arrangement of the display 220 in the second opening 112 and the sealing between the display 220 and the second surface 102 of the door body 100, a protrusion structure 221 may be disposed at a side of the display 220, and a groove 120 may be disposed at a side of the second opening 112, where a position of the groove 120 corresponds to a position, a shape and a size of the protrusion structure 221, so that the protrusion structure 221 may be embedded in the groove 120, thereby mounting the display 220 on the second surface 102 of the door body 100. In this embodiment, the grooves 120 may be disposed at opposite ends of the second opening 112, such as upper and lower ends or left and right ends. The grooves 120 may also be disposed at the upper, lower, left, right, and four ends of the second opening 112. It should be noted that the upper, lower, left and right are relative positions of the door body and the display when the installer faces the door body. In some embodiments of the present application, three grooves 120 are provided on each of the left and right sides of the second opening 112. In other embodiments, the left and right sides of the second opening 112 may be respectively provided with two or four or more grooves. In some embodiments, the grooves 120 may also be disposed on both the upper and lower sides of the second opening 112.

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the second opening 112 includes an upper sidewall (not shown), a lower sidewall 113, left and right sidewalls (not shown) and 114, and a bottom 115. The bottom 115 is the bottom of the second opening 112 as seen when facing the first side 101, the plane of the bottom 115 being parallel to the second side 102. In some embodiments, the bracket 300 includes a main panel 310 and two side panels 320. Both ends of the main plate 310 are fixed to opposite sidewalls of the second opening 112, for example, an upper sidewall (not shown) and a lower sidewall 113, and may also be fixed to a left sidewall (not shown) and a right sidewall 114 of the second opening 112. In the present embodiment, the main board 310 is rectangular. The main plate 310 may also be other regular or irregular shapes. In some embodiments, the stand 300 may include only the main board 310. The side panel 320 may increase the strength of the door body.
Two side plates 320 connect the bottom 115 of the second opening 112 with the main plate 310. The two side plates 320 are parallel to each other and are connected to the main plate 310, respectively. In the present embodiment, both side panels 320 are perpendicular to the main panel 310. The main plate 310 is parallel to the bottom 115 of the second opening 112 and has a certain distance, and the distance is greater than or equal to the size of the camera 210 in the door body installation direction, so that one end of the camera 210 can be fixed on the main plate 310, and the other end of the camera 210 is hermetically connected to the first opening 111 on the first surface 101. The main plate 310 and the two side plates 320 define a semi-closed cavity, that is to say, the main plate 310 and the bottom 115 of the second opening 112, and the two side plates 320 respectively constitute two opposite planes of said cavity. A portion of the camera head 210 is disposed within the cavity. The main plate 310 has one or more openings 330 for fixing the camera 210. The main board 310 further has a wire hole 340 for passing through a connection wire between the camera 210 and the display 220, a connection wire between the monitoring apparatus 200 and a control board (not shown) and a power supply (not shown) of the smart door 1000, and the like, which can be received in the second opening 112. In the present embodiment, the wiring hole 340 is circular. In other embodiments, the wire hole 340 may have a regular shape, such as a rectangle, a square, an ellipse, a triangle, a diamond, a trapezoid, etc., or may have an irregular shape. The main board 310 further has a spare wiring hole 350, and the spare wiring hole 350 is substantially rectangular and located between the two openings 330 for passing a data connection line between the camera 210 and the display 220.
Fig. 7 shows a side view of a camera of a monitoring device and a main board of a cradle according to an embodiment of the invention.
The camera 210 is mounted on the first surface 101 of the door body 100 to photograph an outdoor environment. The display 220 is installed on the second surface 102 of the door body 100 to display the video photographed by the camera 210 for the user to watch. In some embodiments, the monitoring device 200 also includes a storage device to store video captured by the camera 210 for ready recall by a user. The display 220 and the camera 210 may communicate in a wired or wireless manner. In the present embodiment, the camera 210 and the display 220 are connected to each other by a wire to perform data and signal transmission.
As shown in fig. 7, the camera head 210 includes a flange portion 213 and a body portion 211 connected to the flange portion 213. The body portion 211 is sized to pass through the first opening 111, and the flange portion 213 is sized not to pass through the first opening 111. In the present embodiment, the flange portion 213 and the body portion 211 are both cylindrical, and the outer diameter of the flange portion 213 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first opening 111, and the outer diameter of the body portion 213 is larger than the inner diameter of the first opening 111. So that when the camera head 210 is pushed into the first opening 111, the body portion 211 can enter the first opening 111, and the flange portion 213 is stopped outside the first opening 111 to prevent the camera head 210 from completely entering the first opening 111. When the camera 210 is mounted to the door body 100, the flange portion 213 is positioned outside the first opening 111, and the main body portion 211 passes through the first opening 111. In order to prevent the camera head 210 from falling into the first opening 111, the distance from the main plate 310 to the first opening 111 may be set to be smaller than the axial length of the camera head 210. In some embodiments, the flange portion 213 may be other shapes, such as rectangular, square, triangular, trapezoidal, diamond, oval, and the like. The end of the body portion 211 (near the end of the main plate 310) has one or more connection holes 216 to receive one or more screws 215. The openings 330 are aligned with the connection holes 216 one by one. When the camera is installed, the camera 210 is first inserted into the first opening 111, and then fixed to the bracket 300 by using the screw 215 through the opening hole 330 and into the connection hole 216. The camera 210 is fixed to the bracket 300 hidden in the second opening 112 through the screw 215, so that the camera 210 can be prevented from being pulled out from the outside by people, and the safety of the intelligent door 1000 is improved.
The display 220 includes a flange portion 222 and a body portion 223. The body portion 223 is sized to pass through the second opening 112 and the flange portion 222 is sized to not pass through the second opening 112 such that when the display 220 is pushed into the second opening 112, the body portion 223 can enter the second opening 112 while the flange portion 222 is blocked out of the second opening 112. In the present embodiment, the flange portion 222 and the body portion 223 are both substantially rectangular parallelepipeds. In the present embodiment, the length of the flange portion 222 is greater than the length of the second opening 112 or the width of the flange portion 222 is greater than the width of the second opening 112. In the present embodiment, the length of the body portion 223 is smaller than the length of the second opening 112, and the width of the body portion 223 is smaller than the width of the second opening 112. The sides of the body portion 223 include one or more protruding structures 221. The protruding structures 221 are positionally aligned with the grooves 120. The number of protruding structures 221 is no more than the number of recesses 120. The protrusion structure 221 of the display 220 may be fixed to the second opening 112 by aligning and pushing it into the groove 120.
The camera 210 and the display 220 may be electrically connected by a wire that passes through the wire hole 340 or 350.
In some embodiments, an opening is provided on the left or right side wall 114 of the second opening 112 to connect with the central control circuit (not shown) of the smart door 1000 with the camera 210 and/or the display 220.
Fig. 8 shows a side view of a camera of a monitoring device and a main board of a cradle according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 8, the camera head 210 includes only a main body portion 223 (i.e., does not include a flange portion). Since the main body portion 223 is sized to pass through the first opening 111, the distance of the camera 210 relative to the main board 310 is controlled by the adjusting screw 215, and the end surface of the camera 210 facing outdoors is flush with the first surface 101, so that the surface flatness and the overall aesthetic appearance of the door are improved.
In the intelligent door provided by the technology of the invention, the intelligent monitoring equipment is embedded in the door body, the first surface and the second surface of the intelligent door are not provided with protruding structures, and the connecting wires of the intelligent monitoring equipment are arranged in the second opening, so that the integration level of the intelligent door is improved, the external space occupied by electronic parts on the intelligent door is reduced, and the integral aesthetic degree of the door is also improved.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent door, comprising:
the monitoring equipment comprises a camera and a display;
the camera comprises a door body, a first lens and a second lens, wherein the door body is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface is provided with a first opening, the first opening is used for arranging the camera, the second surface is provided with a second opening, the second opening is used for arranging the display, and the first opening is communicated with the second opening; and
a bracket fixed within the second opening, the camera fixed to the bracket.
2. The smart door of claim 1, wherein the camera is secured to the bracket.
3. The smart door of claim 1, wherein the bracket comprises a main plate parallel to the first face or the second face, and both ends of the main plate are respectively fixed to two opposite side walls of the second opening.
4. The smart door of claim 3, wherein the bracket further comprises two side panels, the two side panels connecting the main panel and the bottom of the second opening.
5. The smart door of claim 4, wherein the main panel and the two side panels define a semi-enclosed cavity, a portion of the camera being disposable within the cavity.
6. The smart door of claim 1, wherein the camera head includes a flange portion and a body portion, the flange portion being configured to be unable to pass through the first opening, the body portion being configured to pass through the first opening.
7. The smart door of claim 6, wherein an outer diameter of the flange portion is greater than an inner diameter of the first opening and an outer diameter of the body portion is less than the inner diameter of the first opening.
8. The smart door of claim 6, wherein the end of the body portion has a connection hole, the main plate has an opening therein, the opening being aligned with the connection hole, the end of the body portion being secured to the main plate by a screw passing through the opening and being secured within the connection hole.
9. The intelligent door according to claim 2, wherein the main board further comprises a wire hole, the display and the camera are electrically connected through a wire, and the wire passes through the wire hole.
10. The intelligent door of claim 9, wherein the number of said connecting holes and said openings is two, and said wire hole is located between said two openings.
