Background
With the development of society and the generation of modern tools, automobiles are well known and indispensable vehicles, and the road surface is wider and wider, the matched border stones are larger and larger, even some border stones are made of marble, the width is not equal to 200cm, the weight is heavier and heavier, and therefore certain difficulty is brought to installation.

It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-4, the present application provides a curb handling installation apparatus, including: frame 10, wheel 20, clamp 30, clamp 40, cable clamp 50, cable switch 60, and cable 70, each of which is described in detail below.

a frame 10 for mounting various parts; the frame 10 has opposite first and second ends;
a jig 30 for placing a curb; the clamp 30 has a clamping groove 31; the clamp 30 is disposed at a first end on the frame 10;
a clamp 40 for clamping or releasing the curb; the clamping piece 40 is hinged on the clamp 30 and extends into the clamping groove 31;
the pull rope clamping plate 50 is used for carrying a pull rope 70 so as to pull the clamping piece 40 to rotate; the pull rope clamping plate 50 is arranged on the clamp 30;
a pull-cord switch 60 for pulling the pull cord 70; the pull switch 60 is disposed at a second end on the frame 10;
a pull rope 70 for receiving the control of the pull rope switch 60 and pulling the clamping member 40 to move; the pull rope 70 is arranged on the frame 10, and two ends of the pull rope 70 are respectively connected with the pull rope switch 60 and the clamping piece 40;
wherein the clamping member 40 has a first state and a second state, and when in the first state, the clamping member 40 is in a first position to clamp the curb; when in the second state, the clamp 40 is in the second position releasing the kerb stone.

In the present embodiment, the clamping member 40 is disposed on the jig 30 adjacent to the clamping groove 31, and at least a portion of the structure extends into the clamping groove 31, so as to clamp the curb. Only one clamping member 40 may be provided on the clamp 30, in which case the clamping member 40 may co-operate with the opposing inner side walls of the clamping groove 31 to clamp the kerb stone. Preferably, two opposite clamping members 40 are disposed on the clamp 30, and are respectively disposed at two inner sidewalls of the clamping groove 31 and extend into the clamping groove 31. When the clamping members 40 are in a first state (namely, a state of clamping the kerb stone), the clamping members 40 are located at the first position, the distance between the two clamping members 40 is reduced and is smaller than the thickness of the kerb stone inserted into the clamping grooves 31, and the two clamping members clamp the kerb stone together; when the clamping members 40 are in the second state (i.e., the curb releasing state), the clamping members 40 are in the second position, and the distance between the two clamping members 40 becomes larger than the thickness of the curb inserted into the clamping groove 31, and the curb is released by the two clamping members.
In the embodiment of the present application, a suspension rod 32 is disposed on top of the clamp 30, and the suspension rod 32 is connected to the first end of the frame 10, as shown in fig. 1-4. Boom 32 may connect clamp 30 to frame 10 so that movement moves the curb into an installed position. A variety of sizes of clamps 30 may be provided and removably attached to frame 10 via hanger rods 32. the appropriate clamp 30 may be selected based on the size of the curb and the clamp 30 replaced at the hanger point location at the first end of frame 10, resulting in a wider range of applications for the device.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present application, the jig 30 includes: cardboard front plate 33, cardboard intermediate splint 34 and cardboard rear splint 35, wherein, cardboard front plate 33, cardboard intermediate splint 34 with cardboard rear splint 35 welds in proper order and piles up. The clamping plate front clamping plate 33, the clamping plate middle clamping plate 34 and the clamping plate rear clamping plate 35 are made of steel, three pieces of steel are welded together to form the clamp 30 with a stacked structure, the thickness of the clamp 30 is increased, and the strength of the clamp is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the clamping member 40 includes: the cam 41 is provided with a pin hole 42 and a pull wire clamping groove 43, a pin shaft 24 sequentially penetrates through the clamp 30 and the pin hole 42 so as to hinge the cam 41 on the clamp 30, and the pull wire 70 on the pull wire clamping plate 50 is fastened at the pull wire clamping groove 43 so as to pull the cam 41 to rotate around the pin shaft 24 between a first position and a second position.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cam 41 is a part of a circular plate, the pin hole 42 is located at the center of the cam 41, and the wire clamping groove 43 is disposed near the second position. The pull rope on the pull rope clamping plate 50 is fastened at the pull rope clamping groove 43, and the cam 41 can be pulled to rotate around the pin shaft 24 in the pin hole 42. When the pulling rope is naturally released, the cam 41 rotates towards the first position under the action of the self gravity, so that the curb is clamped; when the pulling rope is pulled, the pulling rope pulls the cam 41 to rotate it toward the second position, thereby releasing the curb.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the surface of the cam 41 contacting the curb is provided with a wear-resistant rubber 45. The wear-resistant rubber 45 can protect the surface of the curb, protect the cam 41 and increase the roughness of the cam 41 and the curb to increase the friction force between the cam 41 and the curb, so that the curb is not easy to slip and fall off from the cam 41 when the cam 41 is located at the first position.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a first end of the pull rope clamping plate 50 is provided with a bolt hole and a second end is provided with a clamping groove 51, a fastening bolt 52 is sequentially inserted into the bolt hole and the clamp 30 to fasten the pull rope clamping plate 50 to the clamp 30, and a pull rope is inserted into the clamping groove 51 and fastened to the pull rope clamping groove 43 of the cam 41 of the clamping member 40.
In the present embodiment, the pull rope clamping plate 50 is in an "S" shape, the clamping groove 51 is located at an end far away from the clamp 30, and when the pull rope passes through the clamping groove 51, the clamping groove 51 can provide a supporting point for the pull rope to provide force when the pull rope is pulled, so that the pull cam 41 rotates.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-4, the clamp 30 is provided with a spacer 36, and when the clamping member 40 is in the first position, the spacer 36 supports the clamping member 40 so that it clamps the curb.
In the present embodiment, clamp 40 may abut pad 36 when in the first position. The spacer 36 provides support to it with a clamping action towards the kerb stone, preventing slippage between the two.

8. A method of using a kerbstone handling installation apparatus comprising the kerbstone handling installation apparatus of any one of claims 1-7, the method comprising the steps of:
a pull rope is arranged on the frame, so that the pull rope passes through a pull rope clamping plate, and two ends of the pull rope are respectively connected with a pull rope switch and a clamping piece;
loading the kerbstone into a clamping groove on a clamp;
rotating the clamp to move to a first position to clamp the curb;
pushing the frame to move the clamp to a preset mounting position;
and pressing the pull rope switch to pull the pull rope at the pull rope clamping plate so as to drive the clamping piece to move to the second position to release the curb.
