the waterborne finish coat layer comprises a waterborne polyurethane emulsion and an HDI curing agent, and the mass ratio of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion to the HDI curing agent is 15: 1.

When the polyurea elastomer is sprayed, special polyurea spraying equipment is needed, and when the polyurea elastomer is sprayed, the material is heated to 50-60 ℃ in advance by a heating belt, the air humidity is less than 85%, the weather is good, and the polyurea elastomer cannot be sprayed in rainy or windy weather. 1.2-1.5 kg for spraying polyurea with the amount of 1mm per square, surface drying is carried out for less than or equal to 25s after spraying, people can get on after 5min, and after 24h, the performance is completely cured, and the next procedure can be carried out.
