The moving member is arranged at the lower end of the main body, and is limited by the inner annular edge 101 at the lower end of the main body through the step 104 and cannot be separated from the main body. The elastomer acts on the moving member and applies elasticity to the water tank through the moving member to extrude the water tank, no sealing is needed between the moving member and the main body, the moving member and the main body move flexibly relative to each other, and the resistance is small. When the water tank delivers water outwards, the moving piece enables the water delivery connecting pipe and the water outlet which are butted together to move synchronously by means of the elasticity of the elastic body, and the butt joint and the communication of the water delivery connecting pipe and the water outlet are kept.
