In an embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the washing parameter, before controlling an operation parameter of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination, the control method further includes: obtaining the weight of the object to be washed; determining the preset using amount of the detergent according to the weight of the object to be washed and the dirt degree; controlling the detergent with the preset use amount to be put into the roller; the method comprises the steps of controlling water with a preset volume to be injected into a roller according to the weight of the objects to be washed, namely determining the preset using amount of a detergent according to the weight and the dirt degree of the objects to be washed so as to ensure the reasonable setting of the preset using amount of the detergent, namely, the detergent is not wasted while the cleanness of the objects to be washed is ensured, and setting the proper volume of the water according to the weight of the objects to be washed so as to ensure the reasonable setting of the water consumption, namely, the water resource is not wasted while the cleanness of the objects to be washed is ensured.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the washing parameters further include a predetermined temperature, and after the obtaining of the washing parameters, before the controlling of the operating parameters of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of soiling, the controlling method further includes: the rotation of the drum is controlled, the washing water in the drum is controlled to be heated to a preset temperature, and the proper temperature is favorable for dissolving the detergent, so that after the washing water in the drum is heated to the preset temperature, the drum is controlled to rotate according to the dirt degree, and better cleanliness can be ensured.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, after the washing water in the drum is controlled to be heated to a predetermined temperature, the drum is controlled to rotate according to the rotation-stop ratio, including performing high-speed washing for 1-5min by adopting different rotation-stop ratios according to the dirt degree, so that the clothes and the water in the drum are relatively washed away to form a washing water flow, and the cleanliness of the objects to be washed is further ensured.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, after the washing water in the drum is controlled to be heated to the predetermined temperature, the drum is controlled to rotate at the second predetermined rotation speed, which includes adopting different second predetermined rotation speeds according to the degree of contamination, and performing high-speed washing for 1-5min with the same rotation-stop ratio corresponding to different degrees of contamination, so that the laundry and the water in the drum are relatively washed away to form a washing water flow, thereby further ensuring the cleanliness of the laundry.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control device of a washing machine, and it should be noted that the control device of the washing machine of the embodiment of the present application can be used for executing the control method for the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the present application. The control device of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the application is described below.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a control apparatus of a washing machine including a drum according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus including:
a first obtaining unit 10, configured to obtain a washing parameter, where the washing parameter at least includes a degree of soiling, and the degree of soiling is a degree of soiling of an object to be washed;
a first control unit 20 for controlling the operation parameters of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination, wherein the operation parameters include a rotation-stop ratio and/or a rotation speed.
In the scheme, the first acquisition unit acquires washing parameters at least comprising the dirt degree, the first control unit controls working parameters of the roller in the washing process according to the dirt degree, the working parameters comprise a rotation-stop ratio and/or a rotating speed, namely, washing modes with corresponding strength are adopted according to different dirt degrees of the object to be washed, a washing mode with higher strength is selected for the object to be washed with higher dirt degree, a washing mode with lower strength is selected for the object to be washed with lower dirt degree, the working parameters of the roller in the washing process are specifically controlled according to different dirt degrees of the object to be washed, the problem that the objects to be washed with different dirt degrees in the prior art are washed by the same set of programs is solved, the problem of the dirt degree cannot be considered, and reasonable washing of the dirt degree of the object to be washed is realized.
It should be noted that the washing parameters include, but are not limited to, the weight of the laundry, the material of the laundry, the type of the laundry, the degree of contamination of the laundry, the washing time, the washing temperature, and the number of times of rinsing.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first control unit includes a first determining module and a first control module, the first determining module is configured to determine a rotation-stop ratio of the drum according to the degree of contamination, the rotation-stop ratio is a ratio of a rotation time of the drum to a rotation stop time of the drum, and the first control module is configured to control the drum to operate according to the rotation-stop ratio, that is, determine a ratio of the rotation time of the drum to the rotation stop time of the drum according to the degree of contamination, and then control the drum to operate according to the rotation time of the drum and the rotation stop time of the drum, so that reasonable washing according to the degree of contamination of the laundry is further achieved.
Specifically, the determination of the rotation time of the drum and the stop rotation time of the drum may be implemented by setting a duty ratio of a PWM signal of the motor, wherein the larger the duty ratio is, the larger the rotation-stop ratio is, and of course, a person skilled in the art may select other ways to determine the rotation time of the drum and the stop rotation time of the drum.
In another embodiment of the present application, the first control unit further includes a second determining module, the second determining module is configured to determine a first predetermined rotation speed when the drum rotates according to the degree of contamination before controlling the drum to rotate according to the rotation-stop ratio, the first control module is further configured to control the drum to operate according to the rotation-stop ratio and the first predetermined rotation speed, where the first predetermined rotation speed is a rotation speed in a main washing stage, specifically, in a detergent feeding stage, the washing machine feeds an appropriate feeding amount of detergent according to a set degree of contamination, so that different degrees of contamination correspond to different concentrations of washing liquid, and the higher the degree of contamination, the higher the concentration; then, the main washing stage is started, water is fed in until the water level reaches a set water level, heating washing is started at a first preset rotating speed, the beating effect is strong, detergent is fully mixed, reasonable washing of the objects to be washed is achieved by setting a proper rotation-stop ratio and the rotating speed of the roller, the objects to be washed are guaranteed to be clean, and meanwhile, the requirements of energy conservation and the like can be met.
It should be noted that the first predetermined rotation speed includes, but is not limited to, any value within a range of 40rpm to 60rpm, and a person skilled in the art may select a suitable first predetermined rotation speed according to actual situations.
In an embodiment of the present application, the greater the degree of contamination, the greater the rotation-stop ratio, i.e., the greater the degree of contamination, the greater the rotation time of the drum needs to be set to ensure the cleanliness of the laundry.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the contamination degree has three levels, which are a first level, a second level and a third level respectively according to a descending order, the first determining module includes a first determining submodule, a second determining submodule and a third determining submodule, and the first determining submodule is configured to determine that the stop-and-go ratio is a first stop-and-go ratio when the contamination degree is the first level; a second determination submodule for determining the rotation-stop ratio as a second rotation-stop ratio which is larger than the first rotation-stop ratio, in a case where the degree of contamination is the second gear; the third determination submodule is configured to determine, when the degree of contamination is the third gear, that the rotation/stop ratio is a third rotation/stop ratio which is larger than the second rotation/stop ratio, and specifically, when the degree of contamination is the first gear, the first rotation/stop ratio is specifically set to: 12s inverse/10 s stop/12 s forward/10 s stop, and under the condition that the dirt degree is the second gear, the second rotation stop ratio is specifically set as follows: 24s inverse/6 s stop/24 s cis/6 s stop, and under the condition that the dirt degree is the third gear, the third rotation stop ratio is specifically set as follows: the reverse rotation is 50s reverse rotation/10 s stop/50 s sequence/10 s stop, the reverse rotation is anticlockwise rotation, the reverse rotation is 12s anticlockwise rotation for 12 minutes, the sequence is clockwise rotation, the sequence is 12s clockwise rotation for 12 minutes, and the calculation result shows that the first rotation-stop ratio is 12/10-1.2, the second rotation-stop ratio is 24/6-4, and the third rotation-stop ratio is 50/10-5.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned first rotation-stop ratio includes but is not limited to 1.2, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable first rotation-stop ratio according to actual situations.
It should be noted that the second stop-and-go ratio includes but is not limited to 4, and those skilled in the art can select an appropriate second stop-and-go ratio according to actual situations.
It should be noted that the third rotation-stop ratio includes, but is not limited to, 5, and those skilled in the art can select an appropriate third rotation-stop ratio according to actual situations.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the first control module is further configured to set the rotation time of the drum and the rotation stop time of the drum simultaneously when the drum is controlled to operate according to the first rotation-stop ratio, the second rotation-stop ratio and the third rotation-stop ratio, for example, when the contamination degree is the third gear, the rotation time and the rotation stop time are set to 50s inverse/10 s stop/50 s sequential/10 s stop, so that reasonable washing is performed according to the contamination degree of the laundry, and the cleanliness of the laundry is further ensured.
According to another embodiment of the application, the first control unit comprises a second determining module and a second control module, wherein the second determining module is used for determining a second preset rotating speed according to the dirt degree; the second control module is used for controlling the roller to rotate at the second preset rotating speed, namely, the rotating speed of the roller is determined according to the dirt degree, so that reasonable washing is realized according to the dirt degree of the object to be washed.
In a more specific embodiment, the second predetermined rotation speed is set according to the degree of contamination as the degree of contamination is larger, and in the case that the degree of contamination is larger, the second predetermined rotation speed needs to be set larger to ensure the cleanliness of the laundry.
In an embodiment of the present application, the degree of contamination has three gears, which are a first gear, a second gear, and a third gear in descending order, and when the degree of contamination is the first gear, it is determined that the second predetermined rotation speed is greater than the first predetermined value; determining that a second predetermined rotation speed is greater than a second predetermined value, which is greater than the first predetermined value, in a case where the degree of contamination is the second gear; in the case where the degree of contamination is the third gear, it is determined that the second predetermined rotation speed is greater than a third predetermined value, which is greater than the second predetermined value, specifically, the first predetermined value is 60rpm, the second predetermined value is 70rpm, and the third predetermined value is 80rpm, that is, by setting the third predetermined value to be greater than the second predetermined value, which is greater than the first predetermined value, a setting is achieved in which the second predetermined rotation speed is greater as the degree of contamination is greater, that is, reasonable washing is achieved in accordance with the degree of contamination of the laundry.
It should be noted that the first predetermined value includes, but is not limited to, 60rpm, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable first predetermined value according to actual situations.
It should be noted that the second predetermined value includes, but is not limited to, 70rpm, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable second predetermined value according to actual situations.
It should be noted that the third predetermined value includes, but is not limited to, 80rpm, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable third predetermined value according to actual situations.
Of course, the second predetermined rotation speed may be set to 50rpm to 60rpm in the case where the degree of contamination is the first gear, 60rpm to 70rpm in the case where the degree of contamination is the second gear, and 70rpm to 80rpm in the case where the degree of contamination is the third gear, so that a proper washing according to the degree of contamination of the laundry is realized.
In an embodiment of the present application, the control device further includes a second obtaining unit, a determining unit, a second control unit, and a third control unit, wherein the second obtaining unit is configured to obtain the weight of the laundry after obtaining the washing parameter and before controlling the operating parameter of the drum in the washing process according to the degree of contamination; the determining unit is used for determining the preset using amount of the detergent according to the weight of the objects to be washed and the dirt degree before controlling the working parameters of the drum in the washing process according to the dirt degree after acquiring the washing parameters; a second control unit for controlling the detergent with the preset use amount to be put into the drum after the washing parameters are obtained and before the working parameters of the drum in the washing process are controlled according to the dirt degree; the third control unit is used for controlling water with a preset volume to be injected into the roller according to the weight of the objects to be washed after the washing parameters are obtained and before the working parameters of the roller in the washing process are controlled according to the dirt degree, namely, the preset using amount of the detergent is determined according to the weight of the objects to be washed and the dirt degree, so that the reasonable setting of the preset using amount of the detergent is ensured, namely, the detergent is not wasted while the cleanliness of the objects to be washed is ensured, and the proper volume of the water is set according to the weight of the objects to be washed so as to ensure the reasonable setting of the water using amount, namely, the water resource is not wasted while the cleanliness of the objects to be washed is ensured.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the washing parameter further includes a predetermined temperature, the control device further includes a fourth control unit, the fourth control unit is configured to, after obtaining the washing parameter, control the drum to rotate before controlling an operating parameter of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination, and control the washing water in the drum to be heated to the predetermined temperature.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the first control module is further configured to, after controlling to heat the washing water in the drum to a predetermined temperature, perform high-speed washing for 1-5min by using different rotation/stop ratios according to a degree of contamination, so that the laundry and the water in the drum are relatively washed away to form a washing water flow, thereby further ensuring the cleanliness of the laundry.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the second control module is further configured to, after controlling to heat the washing water in the drum to a predetermined temperature, perform high-speed washing for 1-5min at a second predetermined rotation speed according to the degree of contamination, and the rotation-stop ratios corresponding to different degrees of contamination are the same, so that the laundry and the water in the drum are relatively washed away, and a washing water flow is formed, thereby further ensuring the cleanliness of the laundry.
The control device of the washing machine comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first acquisition unit, the first control unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and reasonable washing can be carried out according to the dirt degree of the object to be washed by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having a program stored thereon, the program implementing the control method of the above-described washing machine when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program executes the control method of the washing machine when running.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, at least the following steps are realized:
step S101, washing parameters are obtained, wherein the washing parameters at least comprise the dirt degree, and the dirt degree is the dirt degree of an object to be washed;
step S102, controlling the working parameters of the roller in the washing process according to the dirt degree, wherein the working parameters comprise the rotation-stop ratio and/or the rotating speed.
The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program of initializing at least the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
step S101, washing parameters are obtained, wherein the washing parameters at least comprise the dirt degree, and the dirt degree is the dirt degree of an object to be washed;
step S102, controlling the working parameters of the roller in the washing process according to the dirt degree, wherein the working parameters comprise the rotation-stop ratio and/or the rotating speed.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a washing machine system, which comprises a washing machine and a control device of the washing machine, wherein the control device is used for executing any one of the control methods, the washing machine system washes the object to be washed by acquiring washing parameters at least including the dirt degree and controlling the rotation process of the drum according to the dirt degree, namely, the washing mode with corresponding intensity is adopted according to different dirt degrees of the object to be washed, the washing mode with higher intensity is selected for the object to be washed with higher dirt degree, the washing mode with lower intensity is selected for the object to be washed with low degree of dirt, the working parameters of the roller in the washing process are controlled according to different degrees of dirt of the object to be washed, the problems that the object to be washed with different degrees of dirt in the prior art is washed by the same set of program and the degree of dirt cannot be considered are solved, and reasonable washing of the degree of dirt of the object to be washed is realized.

Example 1
The embodiment relates to a specific control method of a washing machine, as shown in fig. 3, firstly selecting washing parameters (washing time, temperature, dirt degree and the like), weighing the washing machine in a detergent adding stage, adding a proper detergent adding amount according to the set dirt degree, and then entering a main washing stage. In the main washing stage, water is fed until the water reaches a set water level, and then heating washing is carried out at the rotating speed of 40-60 rpm, at the moment, the beating effect is strong, detergent is favorably and fully mixed, but the water is heated to a preset temperature, high-speed washing is carried out for 1-5min by adopting different rotation-stop ratios according to the selected dirt degree, so that clothes and water in the drum are relatively washed to form washing water flow, and the set high-speed washing rotating speed is 65-80 rpm. High-speed washing is low gear stop-and-go ratio (equivalent to the above first stop-and-go ratio) such as 12s reverse/10 s stop/12 s forward/10 s stop when the user selects the dirtiness 1 (equivalent to the above first gear); the high-speed wash is a middle gear stop ratio (equivalent to the second gear above) such as 24s reverse/6 s stop/24 s forward/6 s stop when the degree of contamination 2 (equivalent to the second gear above) is selected; the high speed washing is a high gear stop ratio (equivalent to the third gear above) such as 50s reverse/10 s stop/50 s forward/10 s stop when the degree of contamination 3 (equivalent to the third gear above) is selected. And after the high-speed washing operation is finished, executing a subsequent conventional flow until the washing is finished.
Example 2
The present embodiment relates to a specific method for controlling a washing machine, as shown in fig. 4, firstly selecting washing parameters (washing time, temperature, degree of contamination, etc.), weighing and putting an appropriate amount of detergent according to a set degree of contamination in a detergent putting stage, and then entering a main washing stage. In the main washing stage, water is fed until the water reaches a set water level, then heating washing is carried out at the rotating speed of 40-60 rpm, at the moment, the beating effect is strong, detergent is favorably and fully mixed, but the water is heated to a preset temperature, high-speed washing is carried out for 1-5min at the same rotation-stop ratio and different rotating speeds according to the selected dirt degree, and the high-speed washing rotating speed is 50-60 rpm when the dirt degree 1 (which is equal to the first grade) is selected by a user; the high speed washing rotation speed is 60 to 70rpm when the user selects the degree of contamination 2 (equivalent to the second gear above); the high speed washing rotation speed is 70 to 80rpm when the user selects the degree of contamination 3 (equivalent to the third gear above). And after the high-speed washing operation is finished, executing a subsequent conventional flow until the washing is finished.
Example 3
The embodiment relates to a display interface of a washing machine, as shown in fig. 5, the display interface comprises a mode selection frame, a parameter adjustment frame, a washing icon, a rinsing icon, a dewatering icon, icons of different types of the articles to be washed, a dirty degree frame and a numerical display interface, the numerical display interface can display information such as temperature, rotating speed, frequency and the like, a user can select a corresponding mode according to different dirty degrees of the articles to be washed, and reasonable washing of the dirty degrees of the articles to be washed is achieved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
1) the washing machine control method comprises the steps of obtaining washing parameters at least comprising the dirt degree, controlling working parameters of the drum in the washing process according to the dirt degree, wherein the working parameters comprise a rotation-stop ratio and/or a rotating speed, namely, the washing modes with corresponding strength are adopted according to different dirt degrees of objects to be washed, selecting the washing mode with higher strength for the objects to be washed with higher dirt degree, selecting the washing mode with lower strength for the objects to be washed with lower dirt degree, specifically controlling the working parameters of the drum in the washing process according to different dirt degrees of the objects to be washed, solving the problem that the objects to be washed with different dirt degrees in the prior art are washed by the same set of program, failing to consider the problem of the dirt degree, and realizing reasonable washing of the dirt degrees of the objects to be washed.

1. A control method of a washing machine including a drum, characterized by comprising:
acquiring washing parameters, wherein the washing parameters at least comprise a dirt degree, and the dirt degree is the dirt degree of an object to be washed;
controlling operating parameters of the drum during a washing process according to the degree of soiling, the operating parameters including a spin-to-stop ratio and/or a rotational speed.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein controlling an operating parameter of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination comprises:
determining the rotation-stop ratio of the drum according to the degree of contamination, the rotation-stop ratio being a ratio of a rotation time of the drum to a stop rotation time of the drum,
and controlling the roller to work according to the rotation-stop ratio.
3. The control method according to claim 2,
controlling an operating parameter of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination before controlling the drum to rotate according to the rotation-stop ratio, further comprising:
determining a first predetermined rotation speed at which the drum rotates according to the degree of contamination,
controlling the drum to operate according to the rotation-stop ratio, comprising:
and controlling the drum to work according to the rotation-stop ratio and the first preset rotating speed.
4. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the greater the degree of contamination, the greater the rotation-stop ratio.
5. The control method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the degree of contamination has three stages, first stage, second stage, and third stage in descending order,
determining a rotation-stop ratio of the drum according to the degree of contamination, including:
determining the rotation-stop ratio to be a first rotation-stop ratio in the case that the degree of contamination is the first gear;
determining that the rotation-stop ratio is a second rotation-stop ratio in the case where the degree of contamination is the second gear, the second rotation-stop ratio being greater than the first rotation-stop ratio;
determining that the rotation-stop ratio is a third rotation-stop ratio that is greater than the second rotation-stop ratio if the degree of contamination is the third gear.
6. The control method according to claim 1, wherein controlling an operating parameter of the drum during the washing process according to the degree of contamination comprises:
determining a second preset rotating speed according to the dirt degree;
controlling the drum to rotate at the second predetermined rotational speed.
7. The control method according to claim 6, characterized in that the second predetermined rotation speed is larger the degree of contamination is.
8. The control method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the degree of contamination has three stages, a first stage, a second stage, and a third stage in descending order,
determining that a second predetermined rotation speed is greater than a first predetermined value in the case where the degree of contamination is the first gear;
determining that a second predetermined rotation speed is greater than a second predetermined value in the case where the degree of contamination is the second gear, the second predetermined value being greater than the first predetermined value;
in a case where the degree of contamination is the third gear, it is determined that the second predetermined rotation speed is greater than a third predetermined value, which is greater than the second predetermined value.
9. The control method according to claim 1, 2 or 6, wherein after acquiring the washing parameter, before controlling an operation parameter of the drum during washing according to the degree of contamination, the control method further comprises:
acquiring the weight of the object to be washed;
determining the preset using amount of the detergent according to the weight of the object to be washed and the dirt degree;
controlling the detergent with the preset use amount to be put into the roller;
and controlling water with a preset volume to be injected into the roller according to the weight of the to-be-washed object.
10. The control method according to claim 1, 2 or 6, wherein the washing parameter further includes a predetermined temperature, and the operating parameter of the drum during the washing process is controlled according to the degree of contamination after the washing parameter is acquired, the control method further comprising:
controlling the drum to rotate and heating the washing water in the drum to a predetermined temperature.
11. A control device of a washing machine including a drum, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a control unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring washing parameters, and the washing parameters at least comprise the dirt degree which is the dirt degree of an object to be washed;
a first control unit for controlling the working parameters of the drum in the washing process according to the degree of contamination, wherein the working parameters comprise a rotation-stop ratio and/or a rotation speed.
12. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the control method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 10 when running.
14. A washing machine system comprising a washing machine and a control device of the washing machine, characterized in that the control device is adapted to perform the control method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
