The drafting process of spinning is also called as secondary forming, the aggregation structure units of the spinning are stretched and arranged along the fiber axis in an oriented mode to achieve the purpose of strengthening the spinning structure, the spinning is thinner and thinner along with higher and higher requirements on the spinning quality, the existing spinning equipment cannot meet the requirements of drafting, and the yarn breakage condition often occurs.

As shown in fig. 4, the draft roller 14 is provided with an inner ring 141 and an outer ring 142, the outer ring 142 is close to the bearing 143, and the inner ring 141 is close to the sealing plate 145.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a heating box 2 for providing heat-conducting liquid to the drawing roller 14 is installed on the chassis body 1, a heating pipe 21 is installed inside the heating box 2, a feeding connector 22 is installed on a shell of the heating box 2, the feeding connector 22 is connected with a metal hose 13, a plurality of distributing pipes 211 which are arranged in a snake shape are connected to the feeding connector 22, and the distributing pipes 211 are communicated with the heating pipe 21 to form a complete circulation loop. During operation, the heat transfer fluid can flow back to the heating pipe 21 in the heating box 2, and the heating box 2 can heat the heat transfer fluid again by selecting a steam heating or water bath heating mode.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a circulation pump 23 for providing a heat transfer fluid circulation power is installed on the housing of the heating tank 2, and the circulation pump 23 is connected to the metal hose 13.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a servo motor 11 for providing power to the drawing roller 14 is mounted on the cabinet body 1, and a gear box 12 is disposed between the servo motor 11 and the cabinet body 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a liquid discharge tank 17 is installed on the machine case body 1, the liquid discharge tank 17 is located below the drawing roller 14, a liquid discharge pipe 171 is disposed at the bottom of the liquid discharge tank 17, and when equipment maintenance or liquid leakage occurs in the drawing roller 14, the heat conduction liquid falls into the liquid discharge tank 17 and is then discharged from the liquid discharge pipe 171.
The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: the raw materials of the slices are firstly melted in a screw extruder, then the melt enters a spinning box for forming, then spinning is sequentially carried out by a drafting roller 14, the tows are slowly tensioned, and when the tension reaches the yield stress of the fibers, thin necks appear, and the heat setting strengthening process of the spinning is completed.
