The Air530 positioning module supports GPS/Beidou/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS/SBAS, can realize multi-mode satellite positioning, adopts a radio frequency baseband integrated design, and integrates the functions of DC/DC, LDO, LNA, radio frequency front end, baseband processing, 32-bit RISC CPU, RAM, FLASH storage, RTC, power management and the like, so that the positioning can be relatively fast and accurately performed in a weak signal place.
Optionally, the trash can intelligent controller further comprises a tilt sensor 1024 connected to the control module 1025, wherein the tilt sensor 1024 is integrated in the housing 2; the control module 1025 detects the inclination angle of the garbage can bound by the intelligent garbage can controller in real time through the inclination angle sensor 1024. In the process that the intelligent garbage can controller is in the sleep working state, the control module 1025 judges whether the bound garbage can is dumped or not in real time based on the detection data of the tilt angle sensor 1024, and in the moment of judging that the bound garbage can is dumped, if the wireless communication module 1022 is in the sleep state, the wireless communication module 1022 is awakened and the current tilt angle of the bound garbage can is uploaded through the awakened wireless communication module 1022. In the process that the intelligent garbage can controller is in the sleep working state, the control module 1025 detects the inclination angle of the garbage can bound to the intelligent garbage can controller in real time through the tilt sensor 1024, judges whether the bound garbage can is toppled over or not in real time based on the detection data of the tilt sensor 1024, and immediately wakes up the wireless communication module 1022 and uploads the current inclination angle information (obtained by detection of the tilt sensor 1024) of the bound garbage can through the woken-up wireless communication module 1022 when the moment that the bound garbage can is toppled over is judged, if the wireless communication module 1022 is in the sleep state.
Optionally, the intelligent garbage can controller further comprises a remaining power detection module 1027 connected to the control module 1025, and the remaining power detection module 1027 is integrated in the housing 2. The control module 1025 detects the remaining power of the intelligent garbage can controller in real time through the remaining power detecting module 1027, and the remaining power is the remaining power of the power module 1026. In the process that the intelligent garbage can controller is in the sleep working state, the control module 1025 determines whether the remaining power of the intelligent garbage can controller is lower than a preset low power threshold value or not in real time based on the detection data of the remaining power detection module 1027, and at the moment that the remaining power of the intelligent garbage can controller is lower than the low power threshold value, if the wireless communication module 1022 is in the sleep state, the wireless communication module 1022 is waken up and the current remaining power of the intelligent garbage can controller is uploaded through the waken-up wireless communication module 1022. During the use, at the in-process that garbage bin intelligent control ware is in normal operating condition, control module 1025 passes through residual capacity detection module 1027 real-time detection garbage bin intelligent control ware's residual capacity to carry out real-time upload through wireless communication module 1022 with the residual capacity information that residual capacity detection module 1027 detected. Optionally, the housing 2 has 6 mounting portions 3 for mounting the intelligent garbage can controller on the garbage can, and the two sides of the distance measuring sensor 1023 are separately provided with mounting holes 1 on each mounting portion 3 for mounting the intelligent garbage can controller on the garbage can by bolts, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.

Optionally, the trash can intelligent controller monitoring system 101 is in a form of a micro-communication applet, a PC software, and a mobile phone APP. In this embodiment, the mobile phone APP is taken as an example, that is, the trash can intelligent controller monitoring system 101 in this embodiment is the mobile phone APP.
Before the system 100 is used, the detection equipment 102 can be installed on the trash cans in the respective jurisdiction by the trash can cleaning users in the respective jurisdiction one to one, so that the trash cans in the respective jurisdiction are bound with the detection equipment 102.
When the system 100 is used, each system user installs the mobile phone APP of the garbage can monitoring system 101, and can log in the garbage can monitoring system 101 through the installed mobile phone APP after the mobile phone APP is installed. Wherein, can combine the actual use law of garbage bin, set up two kinds of operating condition of check out test set 102: a dormant operating state and a normal operating state. During specific use, a user may select and set a working time period corresponding to each of two working states of the detection device 102 according to an actual situation, for example, may set: the night time 22:00-7:00 is in a dormant working state, and the night time 7:00-22:00 is in a normal working state. When the detection device 102 is in the sleep operating state, the detection device 102 is in low power consumption operation, and communication is dormant, thereby reducing power consumption. When the detection device 102 is in a normal operating state, all the components of the detection device 102 are in a normal operating state.
In the present embodiment, the system users include two major types of users, namely administrator users and administrative users. The administrator users comprise system administrators, and the supervision users comprise garbage can unified supervision users and garbage can cleaning users. Different system users correspond to different user permissions. The administrative work of supervising users is performed by a system administrator. The system administrator can add, modify and delete the supervisory user. The garbage can unifies the supervision users, the information of all the detection devices 102 added in the system 100 can be checked through the display unit, and specifically includes the serial number, the installation time, the installation mode, the location (including the initial location and the current location), the mobile phone number (multiple associable) of the associated staff, the grouping of the location, the working state, the working time period, the garbage overflow threshold, the current garbage height of the garbage can, and the historical garbage height information of the garbage can, so that the garbage can is conveniently managed, and the number of the garbage cans can be increased or decreased and regulated in time. The region garbage can cleaning worker can view information of all detection devices 102 in the region through the display unit, and specifically includes the number, installation time, installation mode, position (including initial position and current position), mobile phone number (multiple numbers can be associated), group, working state, working time period, garbage overflow threshold, current garbage height of the garbage can, and historical garbage height information of the garbage can.
When installing the detection device 102, the detection device 102 can be installed on the top or the side wall of the trash can according to actual conditions. For example, when there is a lid on the top of the trash can or other obstruction, the detection device 102 can be optionally mounted on the top of the trash can with the probe of the ranging sensor 1023 pointing vertically towards the bottom of the trash can; if the top of the trash can is hollow or there is no shelter at the top, the detection device 102 can be installed at the upper end of the inner side wall of the trash can (to ensure that the trash is not overflowed, the detection device can be installed at a position away from the opening of the trash can by a certain distance, for example, the installation position can be 6cm away from the opening of the trash can), and the detection direction of the distance measurement sensor 1023 is vertically directed to the opposite side wall.
When the detection device 102 is mounted on the top of a garbage can for use: the distance from the ranging sensor 1023 to the bottom of the garbage bin is an initial distance, the ranging sensor 1023 detects the distance (detection data) from the ranging sensor 1023 to the garbage in the garbage bin in real time and transmits the detection data to the control module 1025, and the control module 1025 calculates the height of the garbage in the garbage bin according to the detection data and the initial distance received from the ranging sensor 1023 in real time. When the control module 1025 sends the trash height calculated therein to the trash can monitoring system 101 through the wireless communication module 1022: the garbage can monitoring system 101 receives the garbage height information sent by the wireless communication module 1022; the display unit displays the height information of the garbage received by the garbage can monitoring system 101; the garbage overflow early warning module of the early warning unit judges whether the garbage in the garbage bin is full according to the garbage height information received by the garbage bin supervisory system 101, and specifically, the garbage overflow early warning module judges whether the garbage height received by the garbage bin supervisory system 101 reaches a preset garbage height threshold value in real time, if so, the corresponding garbage bin is judged to be full (the garbage overflow early warning module), otherwise, the corresponding garbage bin is judged to be not full. Wherein, above-mentioned initial distance can preset, also can survey through range sensor 1023, and the rubbish height is zero in the garbage bin that this initial distance corresponds.
In use of the detection device 102 mounted on a side wall of a trash can: the distance measuring sensor 1023 monitors the sensing distance (used as the height of the garbage) of the opposite side wall in real time and transmits the sensing distance to the control module 1025; when the control module 1025 uploads the sensing distance to the trash can monitoring system 101 through the wireless communication module 1022 in real time, the trash overflow early warning module of the early warning unit judges whether the trash in the trash can is full according to the sensing distance received by the trash can monitoring system 101, specifically, when the sensing distance received by the trash can monitoring system 101 is smaller than the initial side mounting distance and the sensing distance received by the trash can monitoring system 101 is kept unchanged within a preset time length threshold, the trash overflow early warning module judges that the corresponding trash in the trash can is full, or else, the corresponding trash in the trash can is not full. The initial distance of the side mounting is the distance between the distance measuring sensor 1023 and the opposite side wall when the detection device 102 is mounted on the side wall of the garbage can. The initial distance for side mounting may be predetermined or may be measured by the distance measuring sensor 1023.
In use of the detection device 102 mounted on a side wall of a trash can: each time the garbage is thrown into the garbage can, the instant change of the distance from the distance measuring sensor 1023 to the opposite side wall is caused, the number of garbage throwing times is recorded by the control module 1025 of the detection device 102 through the number of times of the instant change, and the number of times is uploaded to the garbage can supervision system 101 through the wireless communication module 1022, and the display unit of the garbage can supervision system 101 displays the number of times uploaded by the wireless communication module 1022.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the early warning unit further includes an equipment movement early warning module; the device movement early warning module is configured to determine whether the corresponding detection device 102 moves illegally based on GPS information transmitted from the detection device 102, display movement alarm information corresponding to the detection device 102 through a display unit when it is determined that the detection device 102 moves illegally, and send the movement alarm information to a mobile phone number of a worker associated with the corresponding detection device 102. When the GPS information transmitted from the detection device 102 exceeds the preset GPS threshold range, the device movement early warning module determines that the detection device 102 has an illegal movement (i.e., a displacement), displays the movement alarm information corresponding to the detection device 102 through the display unit, and transmits the movement alarm information to the mobile phone number of the worker associated with the corresponding detection device 102, so as to perform processing in time.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the early warning unit further includes a garbage can dumping early warning module; the garbage can dumping early warning module is used for judging whether the garbage can corresponding to the detection device 102 is dumped or not based on the inclination angle information transmitted from the detection device 102, and sending dumping early warning information corresponding to the garbage can to the mobile phone number of the worker associated with the detection device 102 when the garbage can corresponding to the detection device 102 is judged to be dumped. During the use, the garbage bin emptys early warning module and detects the garbage bin inclination through the inclination information that detection device 102 went up and changes to when the inclination of the garbage bin that detects keeps certain inclination unchangeable within the preset time span (for example within 10 minutes), judge that the garbage bin takes place to topple, send the early warning information that topples of corresponding garbage bin to the cell phone number of the staff that detection device 102 is relevant this moment to in time handle.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the early warning unit further includes a power low battery early warning module; the power low battery warning module is configured to send low battery warning information of the detection device 102 to a mobile phone number of a worker associated with the detection device 102 when the battery information transmitted from the detection device 102 is lower than a preset low battery threshold. When the power supply low-power early warning module is used, whether the power information uploaded by the detection device 102 is lower than a preset low-power threshold value or not is judged, and when the power information uploaded by the detection device 102 is judged to be lower than the preset low-power threshold value, the low-power early warning information of the detection device 102 is sent to the mobile phone number of a worker associated with the detection device 102.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the device management unit includes a device management module, a group creation module, a device grouping module, and a device operating state setting module;
the device management module is configured to manage the bound detection devices 102, and includes adding and deleting the bound detection devices 102;
the grouping creation module is used for creating a grouping;
the device grouping module is used for setting the grouping of the detection devices 102 added in the device management module;
the device working state setting module is used for setting the working state of the detection device 102 added in the device management module;
and the working time period setting module is used for setting the working time period of the working state set in the equipment working state setting module.
Taking a bound detection device a as an example, when the device management unit is used, the bound detection device a may be added through a device management module, and a first packet and a second packet are created through a packet creation module, and then the packet of the detection device a may be set as the first packet (which may also be set as the second packet) through a device grouping module, the working state of the detection device a may be set as two working states, namely, a sleep working state and a normal working state through a device working state setting module, and the working time periods in which the sleep working state and the normal working state of the detection device a may be set through a working time period setting module are sequentially: 22:00-7:00, 7:00-22: 00.
In this embodiment, when the detection device 102 is in the sleep operating state, the wireless communication module 1022 can be immediately waken up from the sleep state at any of the following moments:
1) the control module 1025 detects that the trash can is dumped;
2) the control module 1025 detects that the garbage in the garbage bin is fully loaded;
3) control module 1025 detects that the power of detection device 102 is below a preset low power threshold;
4) the control module 1025 detects the illegal movement of the trash can.
In this embodiment, when the detection device 102 is in a normal operating state, all components of the detection device 102 operate normally.
Wherein, when the detection device 102 is installed on the side wall of the garbage can for use: for judging that the garbage in the garbage can is fully loaded, the garbage height of the garbage can displayed on the display unit is fully loaded; for the situation that the garbage in the garbage can is judged to be not fully loaded, the garbage height of the garbage can displayed on the display unit is not full.

the wireless communication module and the ranging sensor are connected with the control module; the control module is communicated with the outside through the wireless communication module;
the control module can receive the installation mode of the intelligent garbage can controller arranged outside through the wireless communication module; the mounting modes comprise a top mounting mode and a side mounting mode;
when the received installation mode is a top installation mode, the control module controls the whole intelligent garbage can controller to enter a top installation working mode; when the received installation mode is the side installation mode, the control module controls the whole intelligent garbage can controller to enter a side installation working mode;
when the intelligent controller of the garbage can enters a top installation working mode to work: the control module detects the distance between the distance measuring sensor and the garbage in the garbage bin in real time through the distance measuring sensor, calculates the height of the garbage in the garbage bin in real time based on the detected distance between the distance measuring sensor and the garbage in the garbage bin, and uploads each calculated garbage height in real time through the wireless communication module for full-load garbage monitoring;
when the intelligent controller of the garbage bin enters a side mounting working mode to work: the control module detects the sensing distance from the distance measuring sensor to the opposite side wall of the garbage can in real time through the distance measuring sensor, and uploads the sensing distance detected in real time through the wireless communication module to be used for full-load garbage monitoring.
2. The intelligent controller for garbage can as claimed in claim 1,
the control module can also receive two working states set by the outside and working time periods of various working states set by the outside through the wireless communication module; the two working states are a dormant working state and a normal working state;
the working time period used working time period t1 of the sleep working state received by the control module and the working time period used working time period t2 of the normal working state received by the control module;
the control module is used for controlling the intelligent controller of the garbage can to be in a dormant working state in the working time period t1 and controlling the intelligent controller of the garbage can to be in a normal working state in the working time period t 2;
when this garbage bin intelligent control ware is in dormancy operating condition's in-process: the control module controls the wireless communication module to sleep, judges whether the garbage in the garbage can is fully loaded or not in real time based on the garbage height calculated in the control module, awakens the wireless communication module at the moment of judging that the garbage in the garbage can is fully loaded, and uploads the current garbage height information in the garbage can through the awakened wireless communication module.

The intelligent garbage can controller as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a GPS positioning module connected to the control module, the GPS positioning module being integrated into the housing; the control module detects the geographic position information of the garbage can bound by the intelligent garbage can controller in real time through the GPS positioning module; the bound garbage can is the garbage can on which the intelligent controller is arranged;
in the sleeping process of the wireless communication module, the control module judges whether the bound garbage can is illegally moved in real time based on the detection data of the GPS positioning module;
when the intelligent garbage can controller is in a dormant working state and the wireless communication module is in a dormant process, the control module wakes up the wireless communication module at the moment of judging that the bound garbage can is illegally moved and uploads the current geographic position information of the bound garbage can through the awakened wireless communication module;
in the process that the intelligent garbage can controller is in a normal working state, the control module uploads geographical position information of the bound garbage can detected by the GPS positioning module through the wireless communication module in real time.

The intelligent garbage can controller of claim 2, further comprising a tilt sensor connected to the control module, the tilt sensor integrated into the housing; the control module detects the inclination angle of the garbage can bound by the intelligent garbage can controller in real time through the inclination angle sensor;
in the process that the intelligent garbage can controller is in the dormant working state, the control module judges whether the bound garbage can is toppled over or not based on the detection data of the inclination angle sensor in real time, and in the moment of judging that the bound garbage can is toppled over, if the wireless communication module is in the dormant state, the wireless communication module is awakened up and the current inclination angle of the bound garbage can is uploaded through the awakened wireless communication module.

The intelligent garbage can controller as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a remaining power detecting module connected to the control module, the remaining power detecting module being integrated in the housing; the control module detects the residual electric quantity of the intelligent controller of the garbage can in real time through the residual electric quantity detection module;
wherein, at the in-process that garbage bin intelligent control ware is in dormancy operating condition, control module judges whether the residual capacity of whole garbage bin intelligent control ware is less than preset low power threshold value based on residual capacity detection module's detection data in real time to in the twinkling of an eye that judges the residual capacity of whole garbage bin intelligent control ware is less than the low power threshold value, if wireless communication module is in the dormancy state, then awaken up wireless communication module and upload this whole garbage bin intelligent control ware's current residual capacity through this wireless communication module of awakening up.
6. An intelligent controller for a trash can as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, wherein the wireless communication module is an NB-IOT communication module.
7. The intelligent controller for garbage cans according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the distance measuring sensor is any one of an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, a laser distance measuring sensor, an infrared distance measuring sensor and a radar distance measuring sensor.
8. A garbage can supervision system, which comprises a garbage can management system and a corresponding number of detection devices, wherein each detection device adopts the intelligent garbage can controller of any one of claims 1 to 7, and the intelligent garbage can controller comprises:
each detection device is connected with the garbage can management system through a network;
the garbage bin management system include equipment management unit, user management unit, early warning unit, display element and data memory cell, wherein:
the device management unit is used for adding and deleting the bound detection devices, creating a group, setting the group of the added detection devices, setting the working state of the added detection devices and setting the working time period of the set working state; the bound detection equipment refers to detection equipment which is installed on the garbage can; when the bound detection equipment is added, adding the mobile phone number of a worker related to the detection equipment and setting the installation mode of the detection equipment;
the user management unit is used for managing system users; the system users comprise administrator users and supervision users, the administrator users comprise system administrators, and the supervision users comprise garbage can unified supervision users and garbage can cleaning worker users; the garbage can unified supervision user can check the information of all detection devices added in the garbage can intelligent supervision system, and the information of the garbage can corresponding to all the detection devices added in the garbage can intelligent supervision system is checked; the region garbage can cleaning working user can check and manage the information of all detection devices in the region of the region garbage can cleaning working user, and the information of the garbage can bound with all the detection devices in the region of the region garbage can cleaning working user can be checked and managed;
the early warning unit comprises a garbage overflow early warning module; the garbage overflow early warning module is used for analyzing whether the garbage in the garbage bin is fully loaded or not in real time through all relevant information transmitted by the detection equipment, and sending garbage overflow early warning information corresponding to the garbage bin to the mobile phone number of a worker associated with the corresponding detection equipment when the analysis result shows that the garbage in the garbage bin is fully loaded;
the display unit is used for displaying information of the intelligent garbage can supervision system;
