Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As known from the background art, the current control method for the automobile is as follows: when the automobile is in an abnormal condition, the automobile is controlled to whistle and flash to give an alarm to remind a user that the automobile is in an abnormal condition. But the user can not know immediately that the car abnormal conditions appears, has great potential safety hazard, and if the user does not relieve the warning of whistling flashlight through the vehicle key simultaneously, the car can the long time continuously whistling flashlight report to the police, seriously influences user's use and experiences.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides an automobile control method and an automobile control system, the client controls the opening and closing of the functions of the automobile, when the functions of the automobile are opened, corresponding alarm information is obtained and displayed, so that a user can know the abnormal condition of the automobile in time to improve the safety of the automobile, and meanwhile, the alarm signal of the automobile can be relieved through the client to improve the use experience of the user.
It should be noted that, the related contents of the vehicle control method and the system in the embodiment of the present invention are applicable to a fuel vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, and a new energy vehicle, and the type of the vehicle is not specifically limited herein.
The contents of the English-Chinese interconversion related in the embodiment of the invention are as follows:
CAN: controller Area Network, Controller Area Network.
TSP: automotive teleservice Provider, Telematics Service Provider.
APP: terminal (such as mobile phone and tablet) software, Application.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a vehicle control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, the vehicle control method is applied to a vehicle control system, the vehicle control system includes a client (for example, APP), a vehicle remote service terminal (for example, TSP), and a vehicle networking terminal (for example, TBOX), and the vehicle control method includes the following steps:
step S101: and the client acquires a control instruction carrying the security password.
It should be noted that the control command is an opening command for opening a vehicle function or a closing command for closing the vehicle function, and the vehicle function includes, but is not limited to, a vital sign detection function (through vehicle radar detection) and an entire vehicle anti-theft function (through vehicle radar detection), and the type of the vehicle function is not specifically limited herein.
It can be understood that, after the automobile is parked and flamed out, the user can turn on or turn off the vital sign detection function and/or the whole automobile anti-theft function of the automobile through the client. When the vital sign detection function is started, whether organisms (passengers or pets) do not leave in a back-row seat (or the whole automobile) of the automobile is detected in real time, and when the whole automobile anti-theft function is started, whether the automobile is abnormally invaded is detected in real time (for example, a person puts a hand into the automobile when a window is abnormally opened and/or the window is not closed).
In the process of implementing step S101 specifically, to ensure the safety of the vehicle, the client determines whether a preset security password exists when acquiring the control instruction. If the security password exists, prompting the user to input the corresponding security password, and if the security password does not exist, prompting the user to set the corresponding security password. That is to say, after the user starts or closes the vehicle function in the client and inputs the security password, the client acquires the control instruction carrying the security password, and the client sends the control instruction carrying the security password to the automobile remote service terminal.
Step S102: and the automobile remote service terminal controls the vehicle-mounted networking terminal to execute the control instruction according to the security protection password.
In the process of implementing step S102 specifically, the vehicle remote service terminal determines whether the security password is correct, and if the security password is correct, the vehicle remote service terminal sends the control instruction to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted networking terminal executes the control instruction (i.e., the vehicle-mounted networking terminal turns on or turns off the vehicle function).
It can be understood that, through the above mode, the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is controlled to turn on one or more of the vital sign detection function and the whole vehicle anti-theft function, and also can be controlled to turn off one or more of the vital sign detection function and the whole vehicle anti-theft function.
And if the security password is incorrect, the automobile remote service terminal feeds back information for indicating password error to the client, prompts the user that the password is incorrect and the security password needs to be input again through the client, and returns to execute the step S101.
It should be noted that, after the vehicle-mounted networking terminal executes the control instruction, the execution result of executing the control instruction is fed back to the client through the vehicle remote service terminal, so that the client displays the execution result to the user.
Such as: the user needs to start the vital sign detection function in the client, after the vehicle-mounted networking terminal starts the vital sign detection function of the automobile, an execution result (indicating that the vital sign detection function is started) is fed back to the automobile remote service terminal through the CAN, the automobile remote service terminal feeds the execution result back to the client, and the client displays the execution result to the user on a display interface.
Preferably, in order to prevent the situation that the power is insufficient, when the vehicle remote service terminal controls the vehicle-mounted networking terminal to open the vehicle function according to the security password, the vehicle function is controlled to be opened and continuously preset time, and the vehicle function is automatically closed after the preset time.
Such as: after the anti-theft function of the whole vehicle is started, the anti-theft function of the whole vehicle is kept started for 12 hours, and the anti-theft function of the whole vehicle is automatically turned off after 12 hours.
For another example: and after the vital sign detection function is started, the vital sign detection function is kept started for 30 minutes, and the vital sign detection function is automatically closed after 30 minutes.
Step S103: and if the control instruction is a starting instruction, the vehicle-mounted networking terminal acquires a state signal of the vehicle function.
It should be noted that, when the vehicle function is turned on, the state signal of the vehicle function is an alarm signal or a normal operation signal, and the current condition of the vehicle can be determined by the state signal of the vehicle function.
Such as: if the vital sign detection function is started, and the state signal of the vital sign detection function is an alarm signal, it is determined that a living being exists in a rear seat (or the whole vehicle) of the vehicle, and when the state signal of the vital sign detection function is a normal operation signal, it is determined that the rear seat (or the whole vehicle) of the vehicle does not have the living being.
For another example: if the whole vehicle anti-theft function is started, when the state signal of the whole vehicle anti-theft function is an alarm signal, the vehicle is determined to be abnormally invaded, and when the state signal of the whole vehicle anti-theft function is a normal operation signal, the vehicle is determined not to be abnormally invaded.
In the process of implementing step S103 specifically, if the control instruction is a start instruction (start vehicle function), the vehicle-mounted networking terminal acquires a state signal of the vehicle function in real time, and determines the current status of the vehicle according to the state signal of the vehicle function.
When the status signal of the vehicle function is an alarm signal, that is, when a passenger is seated in the rear seat of the vehicle and/or the vehicle is abnormally intruded, the vehicle starts to alarm by whistling and flashing.
Step S104: and if the state signal is an alarm signal, the vehicle-mounted networking terminal sends alarm information carrying the alarm signal to the client through the vehicle remote service terminal.
It can be understood from the above that, when the status signal is an alarm signal, it indicates that a passenger is in the rear seat of the automobile and/or the automobile is abnormally invaded, and at this time, it is necessary to remind the user.
In the process of implementing step S104, if the status signal is an alarm signal, that is, when the car sounds a whistle and flashing light alarm, the on-board networking terminal sends (reports) alarm information carrying the alarm signal to the car remote service terminal, and the car remote service terminal sends the alarm information to the client.
It should be noted that, if the status signal of the vital sign detection function is an alarm signal, the alarm information is used to indicate that a living being is present in a rear seat of the vehicle (for example, a passenger is not away in the rear seat), if the status signal of the vehicle theft prevention function is an alarm signal, the alarm information is used to indicate that the vehicle is abnormally intruded, and if the status signals of the vital sign detection function and the vehicle theft prevention function are both alarm signals, the alarm information is used to indicate that a passenger is present in a rear seat of the vehicle and the vehicle is abnormally intruded.
Preferably, to further ensure that the user knows that the vehicle is in an abnormal condition, the vehicle remote service terminal sends an alarm short message carrying alarm information to a mobile phone number corresponding to the client (a mobile phone number bound in the client in advance), that is, on the basis of notifying the user of the abnormal condition of the vehicle through the client, the user is notified of the abnormal condition of the vehicle through a short message.
Step S105: the client displays the alarm information and acquires a release instruction for releasing the alarm signal.
In the process of specifically implementing the step S105, after receiving the alarm information, the client displays the alarm information, thereby notifying the user that an abnormal condition occurs in the automobile.
It can be understood that, after the user knows the car abnormal conditions through the alarm information that the client showed, the user accessible client removes the warning of whistling flash light of car, and when the user removed the warning of whistling flash light of car through the client, the client obtained the instruction of removing alarm signal, and the client will remove the instruction and send for car remote service terminal.
Step S106: and the automobile remote service terminal controls the vehicle-mounted networking terminal to remove the alarm signal according to the removing instruction.
In the process of implementing step S106, the vehicle remote service terminal sends the release instruction to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal, and the vehicle-mounted networking terminal releases the alarm signal of the vehicle function (i.e., turns off the whistling flashing light alarm of the vehicle) after receiving the release instruction.
Similarly, the user can also release the alarm signal through the vehicle key.
Preferably, after the vehicle-mounted networking terminal turns off the whistle flashing light alarm of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted networking terminal needs to inform a user that the whistle flashing light alarm is turned off (a release instruction is executed).
In the embodiment of the invention, the client receives the control instruction carrying the security password, and the vehicle remote service terminal controls the vehicle-mounted networking terminal to execute the control instruction according to the security password. When the vehicle function is started, the client side acquires and displays corresponding alarm information, so that a user can know that the abnormal condition of the vehicle occurs in time, the safety of the vehicle is improved, when the abnormal condition of the vehicle occurs, the user can remotely remove the alarm signal of the vehicle through the client side, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, a flowchart for controlling a vehicle-mounted networking terminal to execute a control instruction is shown, where the process of controlling the vehicle-mounted networking terminal to execute the control instruction according to a security password by the vehicle remote service terminal related to step S102 in fig. 1, and the process includes the following steps:
step S201: the automobile remote service terminal judges whether the security password is correct or not, if the security password is correct, the step S202 is executed, and if the security password is incorrect, the user is prompted to re-input the password through the client.
Step S202: the automobile remote service terminal encrypts the control command and sends the encrypted control command to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal.
In the process of implementing step S202 specifically, the vehicle remote service terminal encrypts the control command in a preset encryption manner (an encryption manner agreed with the vehicle-mounted networking terminal in advance), so as to obtain the encrypted control command.
It should be noted that, before the vehicle telematics terminal sends the encrypted control command to the vehicle networking terminal, it needs to determine whether the vehicle networking terminal is online (whether the vehicle networking terminal logs in), that is, after the vehicle networking terminal logs in the vehicle telematics terminal, the vehicle networking terminal can receive the encrypted control command sent by the vehicle telematics terminal.
The specific process of determining whether the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is online is described in detail below.
The automobile remote service terminal acquires the online state information of the vehicle-mounted networking terminal, and the online state information is used for indicating whether the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is online or not.
And if the on-line state information indicates that the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is on line, the automobile remote service terminal sends the encrypted control instruction to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal.
If the on-line state information indicates that the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is not on-line, the vehicle remote service terminal wakes up the vehicle-mounted networking terminal and returns to execute the step of acquiring the on-line state information of the vehicle-mounted networking terminal, namely, the on-line state information of the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is acquired again, and if the on-line state information indicates that the vehicle-mounted networking terminal is on-line, the vehicle remote service terminal sends the encrypted control instruction to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal.
It should be noted that the way for the car remote service terminal to wake up the car networking terminal is as follows: the automobile remote service terminal sends a wake-up message to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal through the message gateway, and the vehicle-mounted networking terminal logs in the automobile remote service terminal after receiving the wake-up message.
Step S203: and the vehicle-mounted networking terminal decrypts the encrypted control command to obtain the control command and executes the control command.
In the process of implementing step S203 specifically, the vehicle-mounted networking terminal decrypts the encrypted control instruction to obtain a corresponding control instruction, and executes the control instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user opens or closes the vehicle function through the client, the automobile remote service terminal judges whether the security password input by the user is correct or not. If the security password is correct, the automobile remote service terminal sends the control command to the vehicle-mounted networking terminal in an encryption transmission mode, so that the vehicle-mounted networking terminal executes the control command, and the use safety of the vehicle and the transmission safety of the information are improved.
To better explain the contents of fig. 1 and fig. 2 in the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the description is made by way of example with reference to fig. 3, and it should be noted that fig. 3 is merely used for illustration.
Referring to fig. 3, another flowchart of a vehicle control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the vehicle control method includes the following steps:
step S301: and the client acquires the control instruction.
In the process of implementing step S301 specifically, when the user remotely turns on or off the vehicle function through the client, the client acquires the control instruction.
Step S302: the client determines whether a preset security password exists. And if the preset security password exists, prompting the user to input the security password, and if the preset security password does not exist, prompting the user to set the security password.
Step S303: and the client sends the control command carrying the security password to the automobile remote service terminal.
Step S304: and the automobile remote service terminal judges whether the security password is correct or not. If the security password is correct, step S305 is executed, and if the security password is wrong, the user is prompted that the password is wrong.
Step S305: the automobile remote service terminal judges whether a vehicle-mounted networking Terminal (TBOX) is on line or not. If TBOX is online, step S308 is executed, and if TBOX is not online, step S306 is executed.
Step S306: and the automobile remote service terminal issues a wake-up short message to the TBOX.
Step S307: and the TBOX logs in the automobile remote service Terminal (TSP) after receiving the awakening short message, and returns to execute the step S305.
Step S308: and the automobile remote service terminal sends the encrypted control command to the TBOX and prompts that the control command is successfully issued.
Step S309: and the TBOX decrypts the encrypted control command to obtain and execute the control command, and feeds back an execution result of the execution control command to the client in a transparent transmission mode.
It should be noted that transparent transmission refers to transparent transmission, that is, only the transmitted content is transmitted from the source address to the destination address, and no change is made to the transmitted content.
Step S310: and after receiving the execution result, the client requests the current state of the automobile from the TSP.
In the process of implementing step S310 specifically, the client requests the current status of the automobile from the TSP, and the TSP acquires the current status of the automobile through the TBOX (the status signal of the vehicle function is an alarm signal or a normal operation signal).
Step S311: and the TSP feeds the current condition of the automobile back to the client.
Step S312: the client displays the current condition of the automobile.
It should be noted that, the content of each step in fig. 1 and fig. 2 in the above embodiment of the present invention can be referred to for the execution principle of step S301 to step S312, and details are not repeated here.
To better explain the process of turning off the siren flashing light alarm (disarm) of the car, it is illustrated by the contents shown in fig. 4, it should be noted that fig. 4 is only for illustration.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of releasing an alarm signal by a client according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
step S401: the client side obtains a releasing instruction for releasing the alarm signal and sends the releasing instruction to the TSP.
In the process of implementing step S401 specifically, when the user turns off the whistling flashing light alarm of the automobile through the client, the client acquires a release instruction for releasing the alarm signal.
Step S402: the TSP issues a release instruction to the TBOX.
Step S403: and the TBOX executes the release command, and turns off a whistle and flashing light alarm of the automobile.
Step S404: TBOX reports alarm release information indicating that the alarm signal has been released to the TSP.
Step S405: and the TSP pushes the alarm release information to the client.
Step S406: the client displays the alarm release information and prompts the user to turn off the whistling and flashing light alarm of the automobile.
