3. A vertical web composite according to claim 1, wherein the web yarns have a warp stretch (35N pull test) of 150% to 170% and a weft stretch (35N pull test) of 50% to 70%.
4. A vertical cotton composite material according to claim 1, wherein the raw material of the gauze comprises 85% -92% of terylene and 8% -15% of spandex.
5. A vertical cotton composite material according to claim 1, wherein the vertical cotton has a thickness of 2-4 mm.
6. A vertical continuous composite material according to claim 1, wherein the gram weight of the polyester fabric is 90-110g/m2The polyester fabric is a fine cloth.
7. A vertical cotton mold cup prepared from the vertical cotton composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the vertical cotton mold cup comprises two layers of the vertical cotton composite material which are laminated, and the polyester fabrics in the two layers of the vertical cotton composite material are mutually attached.
8. A vertical cotton mold cup according to claim 7, characterized in that a cut cotton core is further placed between the two layers of the full polyester fabric.
9. A method for preparing a vertical cotton mold cup according to claim 7, which comprises the following steps:
1) designing: designing the style of the mold cup;
2) opening a mold: arranging a die according to the designed style of the die cup, wherein the die comprises a set of hot pressing die and a set of cold pressing die, and the hot pressing die and the cold pressing die both comprise a male die positioned above and a female die positioned below;
3) preparing materials: preparing vertical cotton, gauze and polyester fabric according to the designed pattern of the mold cup;
4) attaching: respectively attaching the gauze and the polyester fabric to two opposite surfaces of the vertical cotton layer to form a vertical cotton composite material which sequentially comprises the gauze, the vertical cotton and the polyester fabric and is attached together;
5) cutting: cutting the vertical cotton composite material into cut pieces suitable for mould pressing;
6) hot-pressing and presetting: putting the two cut pieces into the hot-pressing mold, enabling the polyester fabrics on the two cut pieces to be close to each other, enabling the gauze yarns on the two cut pieces to be far away from each other, spraying an adhesive between the two polyester fabrics, and then carrying out hot-pressing pre-shaping;
7) cold pressing and shaping: and transferring the semi-finished product of the mold cup subjected to hot pressing and pre-shaping into the cold pressing mold, closing the mold and carrying out cold pressing and shaping to obtain the vertical continuous mold cup.
10. The method for preparing a vertical cotton mold cup as claimed in claim 9, wherein the temperature for the hot pressing and pre-shaping in step 6) is 175-180 ℃ for 40-100 s; the temperature of the cold pressing and shaping in the step 7) is 0-30 ℃, and the time is 20-50 s.
