The cleaning method comprises the following steps:
step S10, moving the dust blocking piece to the cleaning tank and immersing the dust blocking piece into the cleaning solvent in the cleaning tank;
and step S20, starting the ultrasonic vibrator and cleaning the dust blocking piece.
Specifically, when the dust blocking piece needs to be cleaned, the dust blocking piece is moved into a cleaning tank with a cleaning solvent through the lifting mechanism, and the ultrasonic vibrator is started and the dust blocking piece is cleaned. In a cleaning tank with a cleaning solvent, the ultrasonic vibrator cleans dirt stained on the dust blocking piece through cleaning liquid, and can effectively remove the dirt.
Wherein, the steps S10 and S20 can be carried out simultaneously or in stages to realize the cleaning of the dust blocking piece.
It is understood that the cleaning device determines whether cleaning is required, and can be set in the following three cases:
firstly, when dirt exists on the dust blocking part, the control host is automatically triggered, and the lifting mechanism is driven to operate. Specifically, whether dirt exists on the dust blocking member is judged through image signal processing.
And secondly, the control host is set at regular time and starts the lifting mechanism at regular time.
Thirdly, the control host is started through manual triggering. The activation is triggered manually in other conditions where cleaning of the dust barrier is required, such as in foggy weather.
One or a combination of more of the above three cases may be selected as the condition for triggering step S10. For example, the control host is provided with a lifting mechanism which is started once per week, and the control host is started if the control host is judged whether dirt which influences the image quality exists on the dust blocking piece by combining image file signal processing.
When step S10 is triggered, step S20 is also programmed accordingly.

step S11, controlling the liquid storage tank to inject cleaning solvent into the cleaning tank through the connecting pipe;
and step S12, controlling the liquid level sensor to detect whether the liquid level of the cleaning solvent in the cleaning tank reaches a preset position.
Specifically, the cleaning solvent is stored in the liquid storage tank, and the cleaning solvent in the liquid storage tank is conveyed into the cleaning tank through the connecting pipe under the action of the control host. At the moment, the liquid storage tank and the connecting pipe can also be replaced by a liquid inlet pipe, and the cleaning solvent is directly supplied into the cleaning tank from the outside through the liquid inlet pipe.
The liquid level sensor detects whether the cleaning solvent reaches the liquid level position of the cleaning tank, so that the dust blocking member can be completely immersed in the cleaning solvent.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the cleaning tank is further provided with a drain valve, and after the step S20 of starting the ultrasonic vibrator and cleaning the dust blocking member, the cleaning method further comprises:
and step S21, controlling the drain valve to open and discharging the cleaning solvent.
Specifically, after the ultrasonic vibrator finishes cleaning the dirt of the dust blocking member, various dirt is floated or dissolved in the cleaning solvent and needs to be discharged out of the cleaning tank through the drain valve, at this time, the drain valve is opened through the control host, and the cleaned cleaning solvent is discharged out of the cleaning tank, so that the next cleaning of the dust blocking member in the optical equipment is carried out.
Before the step S20 of starting the ultrasonic vibrator and cleaning the dust blocking member, the cleaning method further includes:
step S201, controlling a detergent injection tank to pump detergent into a cleaning tank.
Specifically, before the step S20, to enhance the washing effect of the washing liquid, the control host drives the detergent injection tank and pumps the detergent into the cleaning tank.
The detergent pumped in is a surfactant with increased cleaning effect, such as a detergent or the like.
After the step S20 of turning on the ultrasonic vibrator and cleaning the dust blocking member, the cleaning method further includes:
and step S22, controlling the lifting mechanism to reset and driving the dust blocking piece to reset.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the next cleaning of the dust blocking member, the control host needs to drive the lifting mechanism and reset the dust blocking member.
According to the cleaning method provided by the invention, the emission end of the outdoor optical equipment can be maintained and cleaned conveniently by automatically controlling the dust blocking piece, the cleaning assembly and the lifting mechanism.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
