In specific application, when medicine is required to be pumped, the X-Y axis gantry motion module 3 drives the medicine pumping mechanism to move to a decocting pot station;
the piston rod of the pressure lever cylinder 15 contracts to enable the third connecting rod 16 to drive the prism rod 14 to rotate, the prism rod 14 drives the pressure lever 10 to rotate through the first connecting rod 13 and the second connecting rod 12 which are connected with the prism rod, and the pressure lever 10 is clamped with the buckle 9, so that the pressure lever 10 fixes the frying and boiling pot 2 placed on the bottom plate 1. The Z-axis lifting mechanism 4 drives the pressure plate 8 and the medicine pumping pipe 7 to descend, drives the medicine pumping pipe 7 and the pressure plate 8 into the decocting pot 2, presses the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the medicine pumping pipe, and pumps out the liquid medicine through the medicine pumping pipe 7 by the pressure pump 5, so that the decoction piece liquid medicine is pumped.
The pressure rod mechanism is skillfully designed, the pressure rod cylinder drives the pressure rod mechanism to act, so that the pressure rod is clamped with the buckle to fix the decocting pot, the medicine extracting pipe and the pressure plate are driven by the lifting cylinder to enter the decocting pot, the pressure plate presses decocted traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, liquid medicine rich in effective components in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is extruded out, and the liquid medicine is fully extracted through the medicine extracting pipe by the pressure pump; the extrusion action is carried out on the decocted traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, so that not only is the liquid medicine absorbed by the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces extruded out, but also more active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are blended into the liquid medicine, and the finally extracted liquid medicine achieves the best treatment effect.
A plurality of decocting pots are uniformly arranged on the bottom plate at intervals, and a plurality of medicine pumping mechanisms are uniformly arranged on the X-Y axis gantry movement module at intervals, so that medicine pumping work of a plurality of prescriptions can be completed at one time, and the medicine liquid pumping efficiency is greatly improved.
The X-Y-axis gantry movement module and the Z-axis lifting mechanism drive the medicine pumping mechanism to realize accurate movement in the X-Y-Z three-axis direction, the medicine pumping mechanism moves to a required position, the pressure plate accurately enters the decocting pot, the working efficiency is high, the labor consumption is low, and the mechanical assembly line operation is suitable.

The liquid medicine draw-out device after the traditional chinese medicine decocte, its characterized in that: the medicine extracting mechanism comprises an X-Y axis gantry movement module (3) and a medicine extracting mechanism arranged on the X-Y axis gantry movement module, wherein a decocting pot (2) is arranged on a bottom plate (1) below the movement track of the X-Y axis gantry movement module (3), the medicine extracting mechanism comprises an upper cover plate (6) and a pressure plate (8) which are horizontally arranged, the upper end of a medicine extracting pipe (7) is fixed with the upper cover plate (6), the lower end of the medicine extracting pipe is fixed with the pressure plate (8), the medicine extracting pipe (7) is connected with a pressure pump (5) through a pipeline, and the pressure plate (8) can be arranged in the decocting pot (2) to move up and down;
the left side and the right side of the upper end of the frying and boiling pot (2) are provided with buckles (9), correspondingly, the left side and the right side of the lower bottom plate (1) are provided with hinged seats (11), the hinged seats are hinged with rotatable pressing rods (10), the upper ends of the pressing rods (10) are provided with clamping grooves matched with the buckles (9), and the pressing rods (10) rotate to be clamped or separated with the buckles (9).
