(2) and (3) heat treatment: fixing the mould box on a mould box clamp, then placing the mould box in a room-temperature water pot, immersing the mould box in water, heating the mould box to a boiling point within 1.5-2.0 hours, maintaining the temperature for 15-30 minutes, and fully cooling the mould box at room temperature;
s6, opening a box and polishing: taking down the model box, slightly rotating the model box from the upper model box to the lower model box by a knife, knocking the bottom of the model box by a bolt hammer to remove the model, separating the false teeth by a plaster shear,
s7, grinding and polishing: grinding the false tooth to remove the excessive plastic on the edge of the base support, the undercut and the small tumor on the tissue surface, then evenly grinding the ground surface of the base support by using green sand stone or sand containing rubber, carefully grinding by using a small brush of a wet cloth wheel, a fine hair wheel, a big brush and the like dipped with pumice powder paste, and throwing the whole surface of the false tooth by using a dry cloth wheel dipped with polishing paste.

85 parts of methyl methacrylate monomer, 45 parts of yttrium oxide, 82 parts of zirconium oxide, 70 parts of thermosetting denture powder, 0.6 part of aliphatic polyamide, 0.3 part of plasticizer and 3 parts of lauryl betaine
A method of manufacturing a modular oral prosthesis comprising the steps of:
s1, impression: making a tooth impression of a patient by using a putty type silicon rubber impression material;
s2, wax pattern preparation: making a model of an impression obtained in the mouth of a patient, fixing teeth on two sides of a damaged tooth on the model, and then making a wax pattern on the model;
s3, embedding: cleaning an embedding box, fixing wax shapes in an embedding ring, cleaning the wax shapes by using wax washing water, drying the embedding box by using a rubber air gun after cleaning, stirring and embedding powder according to the standard of each ring, taking a proper amount of embedding liquid, pouring the embedding liquid into a stirring cup, and pouring a proper amount of embedding powder into the stirring cup, wherein the powder-liquid ratio of an embedding material is as follows: 90g of powder, 16ml of special solution and 6ml of distilled water, quickly stirring for 5 seconds, then stirring for 50-60 seconds under vacuum, slowly pouring the well-mixed embedding material into an embedding ring, condensing the ring after embedding for 45 minutes, and then putting the ring into a ring burning furnace for heating;
s4, casting a steel support: and (3) placing the casting ring for 30-45 minutes, then placing the required steel on the casting cup, placing the casting ring when the steel is almost melted, and starting to cast. After casting, cooling the casting ring in the air, opening the ring by using a light hammer, blasting sand to the embedding material attached to the casting mold by using diamond, and then polishing the steel support;

Claims (7)
1. A method of manufacturing a combination oral denture, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, impression: making a tooth impression of a patient by using a putty type silicon rubber impression material;
s2, wax pattern preparation: making a model of an impression obtained in the mouth of a patient, fixing teeth on two sides of a damaged tooth on the model, and then making a wax pattern on the model;
s3, embedding: cleaning an embedding box, fixing wax shapes in an embedding ring, cleaning the wax shapes with wax washing water, drying the embedding box by using a rubber air gun after cleaning, stirring embedding powder according to the standard of each ring, taking a proper amount of embedding liquid, pouring the embedding liquid into a stirring cup, pouring a proper amount of embedding powder, quickly stirring for 5 seconds, stirring for 50-60 seconds under vacuum, slowly pouring the prepared embedding material into the embedding ring, condensing the embedded ring for 45 minutes, and then putting the ring into a ring burning furnace for heating;
s4, casting a steel support: and (3) placing the casting ring for 30-45 minutes, then placing the required steel on the casting cup, placing the casting ring when the steel is almost melted, and starting to cast. After casting, cooling the casting ring in the air, opening the ring by using a light hammer, blasting sand to the embedding material attached to the casting mold by using diamond, and then polishing the steel support;
s5, casting the rubber support:

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: in step S1, lining is used to ensure smooth sprue surfaces and no sharp gaps between the sprue channels.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: the powder-liquid ratio of the embedding material is as follows: 90g of powder, 16ml of special solution and 6ml of distilled water.

The method of claim 1, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: the denture powder mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of methyl methacrylate monomer, 40-55 parts of yttrium oxide, 80-90 parts of zirconium oxide, 65-80 parts of thermosetting denture powder, 0.5-0.1 part of aliphatic polyamide, 0.2-0.4 part of plasticizer and 3-4 parts of lauryl betaine.

The method of claim 4, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: the denture powder mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of methyl methacrylate monomer, 45 parts of yttrium oxide, 82 parts of zirconium oxide, 70 parts of thermosetting denture powder, 0.6 part of aliphatic polyamide, 0.3 part of plasticizer and 3 parts of lauryl betaine.

The method of claim 4, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: the denture powder mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90 parts of methyl methacrylate monomer, 55 parts of yttrium oxide, 90 parts of zirconium oxide, 80 parts of thermosetting denture powder, 0.1 part of aliphatic polyamide, 0.4 part of plasticizer and 4 parts of lauryl betaine.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the dental prosthesis comprises: the denture powder mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of methyl methacrylate monomer, 40 parts of yttrium oxide, 80 parts of zirconium oxide, 65 parts of thermosetting denture powder, 0.5 part of aliphatic polyamide, 0.2 part of plasticizer and 3 parts of lauryl betaine.
