In the protective mask with the breather valve disclosed by the invention, the two liquid storage bags 2 are fixed at the front side of the mask surface body 3 and can be manually taken down from the mask surface body 3, the connection mode of the two liquid storage bags 2 and the mask surface body 3 has various choices and can be implemented by adopting the following two modes:
firstly, as shown in fig. 1, the two liquid storage bags 2 and the mask surface body 3 are bonded and fixed through colloid, the connection strength provided by the colloid is proper, the liquid storage bags 2 cannot be separated from the mask surface body 3 in the normal use process of the protective mask, but the liquid storage bags 2 can be manually separated from the mask surface body 3 when being taken;
secondly, as shown in fig. 8, a fastening seat 6 is fixed on the front side of the mask surface body 3, and two fastening grooves 601 for fastening the two liquid storage bags 2 are formed on the fastening seat 6; the matching tightness of the clamping groove 601 and the liquid storage bag 2 is proper, so that the liquid storage bag 2 cannot be easily separated from the clamping groove 601 when the protective mask is worn normally, and the liquid storage bag 2 can be taken out from the clamping groove 601 by artificial proper force.
When the invention is implemented, the disinfectant in the two liquid storage bags 2 is preferably different in type, and the disinfectant in one liquid storage bag 2 is a hand-washing-free disinfectant and is used for disinfecting the exposed parts of the body such as the hands, the faces and the like of a user more safely and effectively; and the disinfectant in the other liquid storage bag 2 is used for disinfecting articles, so that the mask surface body 3 can be disinfected with higher strength more specifically, and the disinfection effect is improved.
In the protective mask with the breather valve disclosed by the invention, the two liquid storage bags 2 are used as containers for sealing and storing the disinfectant, and the protective mask has various embodiments and can be implemented by adopting the following two modes:
first, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the two liquid storage bags 2 are made of plastic materials and are in a capsule shape; the specific manufacturing method can refer to the processing technology of the liquid medicine bag in the mosquito-proof bracelet for children in the prior art; when the disinfection solution dispenser is used, after the puncture needle 505 punctures the liquid storage bag 2, the liquid storage bag 2 is squeezed by fingers, and then the disinfection solution in the liquid storage bag can be driven to be discharged.
Secondly, as shown in fig. 9, the two liquid storage bags 2 are formed by filling disinfection liquid into a cecum-shaped thin elastic tube 7 to an expanded state and then fastening the tube mouth, wherein the thin elastic tube 7 is made of rubber; when the liquid storage bag is used, after the puncture needle 505 is punctured in the liquid storage bag 2, the thin elastic tube 7 drives the internal disinfectant to be discharged through the elastic potential energy of the thin elastic tube 7, so that manual extrusion on the liquid storage bag 2 is not needed, and the liquid storage bag is more convenient and faster to use.
In the respirator with a breather valve disclosed by the invention, the locking piece is used for locking the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 so as to ensure that the components in the breather valve 5 can stably maintain the combined state, and the matching structure of the locking piece, the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 has various embodiments, and preferably adopts the following two modes:
firstly, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the locking member is a locking nut 512, the rear end of the fixing pin 511 is provided with an external thread matched with the locking nut 512, when the breather valve 5 is assembled and placed in the mounting hole 301, the locking nut 512 is sleeved on the fixing pin 511 and abuts against the rear end of the valve bottom 510 to prevent the fixing pin 511 from moving forward; meanwhile, the first flange 508 and the second flange 501 clamp the mask body 3, and the pressing table 516 and the valve bottom 510 press the valve plate 509 tightly, so that the fixing pin 511 cannot move backwards, and the technical purpose of locking the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 is achieved; when the components of the breather valve 5 are disassembled, the locking nut 512 is manually screwed off from the rear end of the fixing pin 511, namely, the locking effect of the locking nut 512 on the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 is released, and then the corresponding disassembling operation can be carried out;
secondly, as shown in fig. 10, the locking member is two check locking claws 517 which are arranged at the rear end of the fixing pin 511 and can elastically swing, when the rear end of the fixing pin 511 penetrates into the fixing hole 515, the two check locking claws 517 get close to the middle and can move in the fixing hole 515, and when the breathing valve 5 reaches the combined state, the two check locking claws 517 restore to the reset state and are locked at the rear edge of the fixing hole 515 to prevent the fixing pin 511 from moving forward; meanwhile, the first flange 508 and the second flange 501 clamp the mask body 3, and the pressing table 516 and the valve bottom 510 press the valve plate 509 tightly, so that the fixing pin 511 cannot move backwards, and the technical purpose of locking the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 is achieved; when each part of the breather valve 5 is disassembled, the two check buckle claws 517 are manually driven to approach to the middle, namely, the locking effect of the check buckle claws 517 on the fixing pin 511 and the fixing hole 515 is released, and then the corresponding disassembling operation can be carried out.
Referring to fig. 6 and 10, in the respirator with a breather valve according to the present invention, after the breather valve 5 and the respirator body 3 are assembled, in order to improve the tightness of the fit between the breather valve 5 and the respirator body 3 and the working stability of the breather valve 5, on one hand, the first flange 508 and the second flange 501 are required to clamp the respirator body 3, and on the other hand, the pressing platform 516 is required to press the valve plate 509 to the front side of the valve bottom 510; when the invention is implemented, the sizes of all parts in the breather valve 5 and the mask surface body 3 in the front and back directions are reasonably adjusted, and the processing precision is correspondingly improved in the manufacturing process, so that the technical requirements of the two aspects can be simultaneously met; in addition, the technical requirements of the two aspects can be realized more easily by adopting the following ways:
after the breather valve 5 is assembled and arranged in the mounting hole 301, the cap top 503 is in an elastic deformation state, and the cap top 503 applies backward thrust to the valve cap 502 through elastic potential energy so as to ensure that the second flange 501 and the first flange 508 clamp the mask surface body 3; the specific operation mode is that, the size of each part is reasonably debugged when the breather valve 5 is manufactured, when the breather valve 5 is combined with the mask surface body 3, the mask surface body 3 can be clamped firstly by the first flange 508 and the second flange 501, then in the process that the fixing pin 511 continues to move backwards, the cap top 503 is stretched to an elastic deformation state until the pressing table 516 presses the valve plate 509 on the front side of the valve bottom 510, the requirements of the two aspects can be more simply realized by adopting the mode, and meanwhile, the size precision requirement in the processing process of each part is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A protective mask with a breather valve comprises a mask surface body, wherein an elastic band for fixing the mask surface body on the face of a user and a nose clip for improving the attaching tightness of the upper end of the mask surface body and the nose bridge of the user are arranged on the mask surface body; the mask surface body is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole is provided with a detachable breather valve; the method is characterized in that: two liquid storage bags which can be taken down manually are fixed on the front side of the mask body, each liquid storage bag is provided with a closed containing cavity, and disinfectant is sealed in each containing cavity; the breather valve is formed by combining a valve body, a valve plate and a valve cap; the valve body is cylindrical and can tightly penetrate through the mounting hole, the rear end of the valve body is provided with a first flange which is used for abutting against the rear side of the mask body, a valve bottom is arranged in the valve body, the valve bottom is of a hollow structure, so that the front side and the rear side of the valve bottom are communicated, and the center of the valve bottom is provided with a fixing hole; the valve plate is in a wafer shape, is made of soft elastic materials, is provided with a central hole, and can be placed in the valve body and covers the front side of the valve bottom; the valve cap can be sleeved outside the valve body in a sealing manner from the front end of the valve body, the rear end of the valve cap is provided with a second flange which is used for abutting against the front side of the mask surface body, the front end of the valve cap is provided with a cap top, the valve cap or the cap top is provided with a vent hole, and the center of the cap top is provided with a rear concave part so that the center of the cap top forms a concave hole with only the front end opened; a pricking pin is arranged at the bottom of the concave hole, and one end of the liquid storage bag can extend into the concave hole and be pricked by the pricking pin; a truncated cone-shaped pressing table is arranged on the rear side of the rear concave part, a fixing pin which extends backwards and can penetrate through the central hole and the fixing hole is arranged on the rear side of the pressing table, and a locking part is arranged between the fixing pin and the fixing hole; the valve block is pressed tightly by the pressing table and clings to the front side of the valve bottom, and the fixing pin and the fixing hole are locked by the locking piece to ensure that the breather valve maintains the state; when exhaling, the valve plate is forced to move forward to make the valve in ventilation state, and when inhaling, the valve plate is tightly attached to the front side of the valve bottom to make the valve in cut-off state.

5. The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the two liquid storage bags and the mask surface body are bonded and fixed through the colloid.
6. The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the front side of the mask surface body is fixed with a clamping seat, and the clamping seat is provided with two clamping grooves for clamping the two liquid storage bags.
7. The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the valve body, the valve bottom and the first flange are integrally formed and made of plastic materials.
8. The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the valve cap, the cap top, the second flange and the fixing pin are integrally formed and made of plastic materials.

The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the disinfectant in the two liquid storage bags is different in type, the disinfectant in one liquid storage bag is a hand-washing-free disinfectant, and the disinfectant in the other liquid storage bag is a disinfectant for disinfecting articles.
10. The protective mask with a breather valve according to claim 1, wherein: the puncture needle and the rear concave part are of an integral structure.
