Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing an exploded bead filter stick, which comprises the following steps: (1) providing a bead blasting; (2) and adding the exploded beads into a filter element under the conditions that the temperature is 20-24 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50-60% to obtain the exploded bead filter stick. Accordingly, in one aspect, the present application relates to a method of making a blown filter rod comprising the steps of:

Especially the balance condition and the storage condition of the blasting beads and the processing environment of the blasting bead filter stick have important influence on various physical parameters of the blasting beads. According to the embodiment of the invention, the storage condition of the blasting beads is as follows: the temperature is 20-24 ℃, the humidity is 50-60% RH, and the package is a damping package to buffer the damage of external force to the blasting bead. The specific packaging form is not particularly limited as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved. In some preferred embodiments, the bead is double-packaged, the inner layer of which can be a packaging material of a gas column structure, such as a gas column bag, and the outer layer of which can be plastic foam, EVA foam, or bubble plastic, etc. For the purposes of cleaning or convenient storage and transportation, the popping beads are firstly placed in a packaging bag, then the double-layer packaging is carried out, and finally the packaging bag is placed in a packaging box for storage. The processing environment of the bead blasting filter stick in the invention refers to the processing environment of the whole filter stick workshop in the bead blasting processing process, and according to the embodiment of the invention, the processing environment of the bead blasting filter stick is as follows: the temperature is 20-24 ℃, the humidity is 50-60% RH, the temperature and humidity of the processing environment are too high and too low, the stability of the physical index of the bead blasting can be affected to a certain extent, and the processing resistance of the bead blasting filter stick in the subsequent rolling and connecting process is directly related, so the preferable temperature is 22-24 ℃, and the humidity is 55-60% RH.
The temperature and humidity of the processing environment are consistent with the temperature and humidity of the balance condition and the storage condition, and the environment change fluctuation in the processing process is less. The inventors have found that controlling the difference in ambient temperature during equilibration, storage and filter rod processing of the popped beads to within 0-3 ℃, e.g. within 0 ℃, 1 ℃, 2 ℃ or 3 ℃; a relative humidity difference of 0-9%, for example within 0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8% or 9%, may provide for greater stability of the popped bead during subsequent processing.
The pass rate of the pressure value of the blasting bead is 95-100%, the pressure mean value is 1.4-1.7 kg.f, the SD value is 0.25-0.35, and the minimum pressure value is 0.8-1.2 kg.f. In some preferred embodiments, the bead blasting pressure mean value is 1.41 to 1.63kg.f, the SD value is 0.25 to 0.35, and the minimum pressure mean value is 0.83 to 1.02 kg.f. After the bead blasting balance condition or the storage condition is met, the subsequent processing performance of the bead blasting for the cigarettes can be improved.
As used herein, the term "compression ratio" refers to a compression ratio obtained by dividing the compression amount of the exploded bead in critical crushing by the diameter of the exploded bead, wherein the two parallel planes compress the exploded bead at a constant speed until the exploded bead is broken. The larger the compression ratio is, the stronger the toughness of the blasting bead is, and the less the blasting bead is broken in the rod making process.
According to the preparation example sample described in the specification of the invention, various physical indexes of the exploded beads in the cigarette prepared according to the method are measured by using a constant temperature and humidity incubator and a CTS-I comprehensive capsule detector for the cigarette according to the Q/BGSW01 detection method, and compared with various physical indexes of the exploded beads in the cigarette which is not subjected to quality control (such as unbalanced condition or balanced conditions of high temperature and low humidity, high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and high humidity and low temperature and low humidity), the result shows that the breakage rate of the exploded beads in the cigarette is low and the hand feeling of the exploded beads is good.
Advantageous effects of the invention
The bead blasting filter stick prepared by the method has the advantages of low bead blasting rate, high processing strength resistance and good stability in the filter stick, and the pressure mean value, the pressure value SD, the minimum pressure value and the compression ratio are consistent with the bead blasting indexes to be processed and the hand feeling of pinching blasting is good under the long-time storage condition of cigarettes.
