Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the mobile phone positioning and tracking method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a mobile phone location tracking method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the method for mobile phone location tracking includes the following steps:
step S10: the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment receives a tracking request input by a user and extracts an international mobile equipment identification code in the tracking request;
it can be appreciated that after the user's handset is lost, the user will track the handset to retrieve the handset. Of course, the premise of using the technical scheme to perform mobile phone location tracking is that the mobile phone to be tracked, which is lost by the user, uses the technical scheme, and the user must perform tracking on other terminals using the technical scheme. The terminal may be a mobile phone, a notebook computer, or a desktop computer, which is not limited in this embodiment. And a user inputs a tracking request on the terminal, wherein the tracking request comprises the international mobile equipment identification code of the mobile phone to be tracked, and the international mobile equipment identification code is extracted from the tracking request.
It should be understood that the international mobile equipment identity corresponds to the mobile phone to be tracked one by one and has uniqueness with respect to each other, and the mobile phone to be tracked can be uniquely determined by the international mobile equipment identity. The international mobile equipment identity can still be connected with the mobile phone to be tracked no matter whether the SIM card in the mobile phone to be tracked is taken out or not.
Step S20: the terminal equipment establishes connection with the mobile phone to be tracked according to the international mobile equipment identification code;
it can be understood that after the international mobile equipment identification code is extracted, each mobile phone has a unique international mobile equipment identification code, so that a corresponding mobile phone to be tracked can be uniquely determined through the international mobile equipment identification code, and a connection is established with the mobile phone to be tracked, so as to realize communication with the mobile phone to be tracked.
Further, after the step S20, the method further includes:
sending a directory number searching instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked so that the mobile phone to be tracked can acquire the information of the current user identification card according to the directory number searching instruction and feed back the information of the current user identification card;
and extracting the current mobile phone number of the mobile phone to be tracked from the current user identification card information.
It can be understood that after the connection with the mobile phone to be tracked is established, the mobile phone to be tracked can communicate with the mobile phone to be tracked, the directory number inquiry instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, after the mobile phone to be tracked receives the directory number inquiry instruction, the information of a current subscriber identity module (SIM card) in the mobile phone to be tracked is obtained, the current SIM card may be an original SIM card of a user or a new SIM card which is replaced by another person after the current SIM card is lost, and after the information of the current SIM card is obtained, the information of the current SIM card is fed back.
It should be noted that the current SIM card information includes: international mobile equipment identity, mobile phone number, network operator and SIM country code. And after receiving the current SIM card information sent by the mobile phone to be tracked, extracting the current mobile phone number in the current SIM card information. And the user can acquire the current condition of the mobile phone to be tracked through the current mobile phone number and take corresponding measures according to the current condition of the mobile phone to be tracked.
When the current mobile phone number is the mobile phone number of the user, the first possibility is that the mobile phone to be tracked does not replace the SIM card, the mobile phone to be tracked may not be stolen by others, but is in a home or other hidden places, and is only not found by the user, the mobile phone number can be dialed, and the mobile phone to be tracked is tracked through ring; the second possibility is that the mobile phone is stolen or picked up by others, but the mobile phone number is not replaced, and the mobile phone number can be dialed to communicate with the current mobile phone holder so as to retrieve the mobile phone to be tracked.
When the current mobile phone number is not the user mobile phone number, the mobile phone to be tracked replaces the SIM card, the mobile phone to be tracked is stolen, and the user can dial the mobile phone number to communicate with the current mobile phone holder so as to find the mobile phone to be tracked.
Step S30: after the terminal equipment is successfully connected, a positioning instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked feeds back position information according to the positioning instruction, and the mobile phone to be tracked is tracked.
It should be understood that after the connection is successful, the mobile phone to be tracked can communicate with the mobile phone to be tracked, the mobile phone to be tracked can be positioned according to the positioning instruction by sending the positioning instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked, and after the positioning is finished, the position information of the mobile phone to be tracked is fed back, so that a user can obtain the current position of the mobile phone to be tracked, and the tracking of the mobile phone to be tracked is realized.
In the embodiment, the terminal equipment receives a tracking request input by a user and extracts an international mobile equipment identification code in the tracking request; the terminal equipment establishes connection with the mobile phone to be tracked according to the international mobile equipment identification code; after the terminal equipment is successfully connected, a positioning instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked feeds back position information according to the positioning instruction, and the mobile phone to be tracked is tracked. Because the connection is established with the mobile phone to be tracked according to the unique international mobile equipment identification code corresponding to the mobile phone, the situation that the mobile phone cannot be tracked due to the fact that the SIM card is taken out or replaced can be avoided, and the success rate of tracking the mobile phone is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the mobile phone location tracking method according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the mobile phone location tracking method according to the present invention is provided based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In the second embodiment, the step S30 specifically includes:
step S301: and sending a real-time positioning instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked so that the mobile phone to be tracked can perform real-time positioning according to the real-time positioning instruction and feed back position information in real time.
It can be understood that the mobile phone to be tracked may be located in a certain corner only by the user, and the position of the mobile phone to be tracked is fixed, and at this time, if the real-time positioning finds that the position information of the mobile phone to be tracked does not change, the positioning may be temporarily turned off; the mobile phone to be tracked can be carried by the current mobile phone holder and can move along with the movement of the current mobile phone holder, so that the mobile phone to be tracked is positioned in real time, a user can conveniently acquire the position of the mobile phone to be tracked at any time, and the mobile phone to be tracked can be retrieved in time.
In this embodiment, a real-time positioning instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked performs real-time positioning according to the real-time positioning instruction, and feeds back position information in real time. Because the user can obtain the position information of the mobile phone to be tracked in real time, the tracking effectiveness can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a mobile phone location tracking method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and the mobile phone location tracking method according to the third embodiment of the present invention is provided based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In the third embodiment, the step S30 specifically includes:
step S302: and sending a timing positioning instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked so that the mobile phone to be tracked carries out timing positioning according to the timing positioning instruction and feeds back position information at regular time.
It can be understood that, the mobile phone to be tracked positions itself, and consumes power, in order to avoid the situation that the mobile phone to be tracked is shut down due to too much power consumption, so that the user loses the trace of the mobile phone to be tracked.
It should be noted that, in the timing positioning, the time interval between each positioning is determined by the remaining power of the mobile phone to be tracked and the current distance between the user and the mobile phone to be tracked. Of course, before the timing positioning, the remaining power and the current distance are acquired.
The remaining capacity and the current distance together affect the time interval. Establishing a mapping relation between a time interval and the residual electric quantity and the current distance, wherein the time interval is longer when the residual electric quantity is less; the further the current distance, the longer the time interval. For example, if the current distance is 20 km, the time interval is 5 minutes when the remaining capacity is 80%, and the time interval is 20 minutes when the remaining capacity is 20%. If the remaining capacity is 80%, when the current distance is 10 kilometers, the time interval is 3 minutes, and when the current distance is 1 kilometer, the time interval is 1 minute.
Certainly, the user may select any one of the two positioning manners or switch between the two positioning manners according to an actual tracking situation, for example, the user just starts to know an approximate position of the mobile phone to be tracked through timing positioning, and when the user arrives near the mobile phone to be tracked, the user adopts real-time positioning, which is more beneficial for the user to track the mobile phone to be tracked. Or, the user knows the moving direction of the mobile phone to be tracked through real-time positioning, and then adopts timing positioning to track the mobile phone to be tracked.
In this embodiment, a timing positioning instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked performs timing positioning according to the timing positioning instruction, and feeds back position information at regular time. Through timing positioning, under the condition that the position information of the mobile phone to be tracked is guaranteed to be mastered, the residual electric quantity of the mobile phone to be tracked can be saved, and the practicability is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a mobile phone location tracking method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and the mobile phone location tracking method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In the fourth embodiment, after the step S20, the method further includes:
step S201: and sending a backup instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked so that the mobile phone to be tracked backs up the user data according to the backup instruction and feeds back the backup data.
It should be noted that, after the mobile phone to be tracked is connected, in order to protect user data, such as an address book, a photo, a short message, and the like, a backup instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked collects the user data according to the backup instruction, backs up the user data, and feeds back the backup data.
It can be understood that the mobile phone to be tracked traverses the user data in the mobile phone to be tracked, and screens out address book information, photo information and part of videos from the user data for backup. And after the user data is backed up, feeding back the backup data immediately to prevent the mobile phone to be tracked from being formatted by the current holder.
Step S202: and deleting the user data and the backup data in the mobile phone to be tracked.
It can be understood that, after the backup is completed, in order to prevent the privacy of the user from being stolen by others, all original user data and backup data in the mobile phone to be tracked are deleted, and meanwhile, asset information such as payment account information is deleted, so that the asset of the user is prevented from being lost.
Step S203: and sending a photographing instruction, a video recording instruction and a sound recording instruction to the mobile phone to be tracked so that the mobile phone to be tracked respectively performs photographing, video recording and sound recording according to the photographing instruction, the video recording instruction and the sound recording instruction, and feeds back a photographed picture, a recorded video and an audio.
It should be noted that, after the mobile phone to be tracked is connected, in order to obtain more related information of the mobile phone to be tracked, a photographing instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked photographs the surrounding environment of the mobile phone to be tracked and the current mobile phone holder according to the photographing instruction, and feeds back a photo taken by the mobile phone to be tracked, wherein the photo includes the surrounding environment of the mobile phone to be tracked and/or the face of the current holder, the surrounding environment may include a building, and a user can track according to the surrounding environment and/or the face of the current holder.
It can be understood that, after the mobile phone to be tracked is connected, in order to obtain more related information of the mobile phone to be tracked, a video recording instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked records the surrounding environment of the mobile phone to be tracked and the current mobile phone holder according to the video recording instruction, and feeds back the video recorded by the mobile phone to be tracked, wherein the video includes the surrounding environment of the mobile phone to be tracked and/or the face of the current holder, the surrounding environment may include a building, and a user can track according to the surrounding environment and/or the face of the current holder.
Similarly, after the mobile phone to be tracked is connected, in order to acquire more related information of the mobile phone to be tracked, a recording instruction is sent to the mobile phone to be tracked, so that the mobile phone to be tracked records the surrounding sound of the mobile phone to be tracked and the sound of the current mobile phone holder according to the recording instruction, and feeds back the audio recorded by the mobile phone to be tracked, wherein the audio comprises the surrounding sound and the speaking content of the mobile phone to be tracked and/or the sound and the speaking content of the current holder, and a user can analyze the current position of the mobile phone to be tracked through the audio, or the related information of the current holder is used for tracking the mobile phone to be tracked.
