本发明涉及一种变电站多功能无线报警管理机。
背景技术:
变电站设备巡维管理工作的好坏,是确保设备安全可靠运行,持续供电的重要保证。对变电站设备及设备区隐患的早发现、早汇报、早处理可将设备发生事故的几率降到最低。目前变电设备巡维工作中除了一、二次主设备主要参数实现了后台时时监控管理外,大量的设备检查维护工作及保证设备安全稳定运行的各类防范措施的检查维护工作,如:防汛、防火(设备运行温度)、防盗、防小动物等工作还主要依赖于变电运维人员人按照所属变电站类别,根据《国家电网公司变电运维管理规定》要求的巡维周期定期进行现场维护检查。由于巡维周期及人员的限制,很难做到对站内设备及保证设备安全稳定运行的各类防范措施的状态的全时段掌控。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种变电站多功能无线报警管理机。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种变电站多功能无线报警管理机,所述的变电站多功能无线报警管理机由总控制箱、中继器和无线报警信号发射单元三部分组成;
所述的总控制箱包括箱体,所述的箱体内设置两个直流电源、一个备用电源、直流继电器和多个接收器,两个所述的直流电源中的一个与所述的直流继电器电连接,所述的直流继电器的常开端与多个所述的接收器电连接,两个所述的直流电源的另一个与所述的备用电源的输入端电连接,所述的备用电源的输出端与所述的直流继电器的公共端电连接;

1.本发明变电站多功能无线报警管理机具有装设便捷(无需布线)、结构简单、运行稳定可靠(在交流电源消失的情况下可转为直流电池供电)、适用广泛(通过变更发射单元触发模式便可切换、拓展使用功能)等特点。
通过对变电站多功能无线报警管理机的应用,可使设备及场区大量信息例如:各设备小室及电缆沟道、电缆夹层是否进水,各室环境温度、设备及箱体内温度是否过高,室内外端子箱、汇控箱、机构箱门是否可靠关闭,设备区是否有小动物侵入、防小动物措施是否动作等信息通过变电站多功能无线报警管理机设置在各处的无线告警模块经中继器放大功率后上传到装置总控制箱。实现对相应场区及设备相关信息的全时段掌控。便于运维人员及时发现并有针对性的处理所发现的问题。通过装置的投入使用可一定程度上减轻运维人员工作压力,并可大大提高设备运维管理水平,确保设备安全可靠运行。
本发明的无线报警发射单元具有体积小、重量轻、设计结构简单、可根据运维实际工作,仅需要简单更换微动开关触发模式即可实现相应报警监控功能。并具有待机时间长,便于维护等特点。在由9伏电池供电的情况下静态电流:12u A 、发射电流:40m A,根据启动频次可连续工作0.5~1年、发射单元可直接通过吸附强磁铁、3M胶或其它方式固定在工作地点,装设使用便捷。

以鼠笼报警单元为例
鼠笼有小动入进入后,鼠笼动作,鼠笼门关闭继而带动自制“鼠尾”微动开关内水银开节点接通,发设器启动,发出报警信号。
总控箱上鼠笼报警单元发到鼠笼发出的动作报警信号后,对应的接收器动作。长闭接点打开鼠笼报警单元待机指示灯熄灭,长开节点闭合接通声、光报警器,发出报警。
运维人员收到报警按鼠笼报警单元复归按钮复归信号后到鼠笼设置地点清除小动物后,从新设置好鼠笼。
其它各报警单元信号启动及处理方式大致同上,即微动开关动作——发射器发信——控制箱收信后待机指示灯(蓝灯)熄灭,声、光报警器发出报警——运维人员复归信号现场检查确认信号。
