本发明公开了一种智慧安全用电监测系统,包括设备采集发送数据模块、实时接收数据模块、过载监测模块、异常监测模块、温度监测模块、漏电监测模块、预警断电模块、大数据报表模块,其特征在于:所述的设备采集发送数据模块对配电柜、二级箱柜、末端的配电箱等各关键节点的剩余电流、电流和温度的实时检测,所述的实时接收数据模块通过流量通信能准确、全天候地监测电气线路中的漏电、温度等参数的变化。本发明的智慧安全用电监测系统可以做到采集用电线路的电压、电流、温度、剩余电流等数据,采集到数据之后,通过云端实时传入到后台数据库,实时采集电气线路的剩余电流、导线温度和电流参数。

本发明涉及电力监测以及消防领域,具体是指一种智慧安全用电监测系统。
背景技术
电气火灾占当前火灾发生的绝大部分,现代消防建设纳入电气火灾云检测必不可少,另外城市内的居民住宅区、工业园、软件园、办公楼等用电区域集中,一般设置有专门的配电房,用电量大,用电安全隐患多,用电情况复杂,电气火灾事故时而发生。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对以上问题提供一种智慧安全用电监测系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种智慧安全用电监测系统,包括设备采集发送数据模块、实时接收数据模块、过载监测模块、异常监测模块、温度监测模块、漏电监测模块、预警断电模块、大数据报表模块,其特征在于:所述的设备采集发送数据模块对配电柜、二级箱柜、末端的配电箱等各关键节点的剩余电流、电流和温度的实时检测,所述的实时接收数据模块通过流量通信能准确、全天候地监测电气线路中的漏电、温度等参数的变化,所述的过载监测模块根据线路和接插件标称功率,设定每条回路预警和最高负载值,所述的异常监测模块根据不同负载类型和时段,设定每条回路电流异常预警和断电值,当电流异常变化达到设定值,进行预警,所述的温度监测模块根据接插件部位或线路温度,对过温现象实时监测,设定预警和断电值,当系统监测温度达到设定值时,进行预警,同时温度监测模块可根据配电箱空开保护功能进行联接,实现手机APP远程断电,所述的漏电监测模块设定漏电电流预警和断电值,当系统监测到漏电电流高于设置值时,启动跳闸保护,同时漏电监测模块可根据配电箱空开保护功能进行联接,实现手机APP远程断电,所述的预警断电模块通过实时监测电流变化,根据电流强度和高频率波动,判断是否存在快速连续性闪联现象,设定预警和断电值,防止插座插排及用电设备出现高强度高频率打火,引发火灾,减少火灾隐患,同时可实现手机APP远程断电,所述的大数据报表模块利用日常采集到的数据,自动生成用电安全周报,定期发送给终端用户,对一周内的隐患进行汇总分析,更加直观的了解隐患情况。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明的智慧安全用电监测系统可以做到采集用电线路的电压、电流、温度、剩余电流等数据,采集到数据之后,通过云端实时传入到后台数据库。要想实现火灾电气监测,需要在单位配电柜中加入电气火灾监控探测器、电流传感器、温度传感器以及剩余电流传感器,实时采集电气线路的剩余电流、导线温度和电流参数。
作为改进,所述的设备采集发送数据模块采集剩余电流、导线温度、电压和电流的数据变化,并将数据发送到服务器。
作为改进,所述的过载监测模块中系统根据实时电流监测,判断是否过载,减少火灾隐患:。
作为改进,所述的异常监测模块可根据配电箱空开保护功能进行联接,实现手机APP远程断电。

本发明的工作原理:本发明的智慧安全用电监测系统是具有远程服务平台的电气火灾监控系统,它对引起电气火灾的主要因素(线缆温度、电流、剩余电流、电压)进行实时在线监测和统计分析,可实现对配电柜、二级箱柜、末端的配电箱等各关键节点的剩余电流、电流和温度的实时检测,采集剩余电流、导线温度、电压和电流的数据变化,手机及时掌握线路存在的用电安全隐患状态,预防并发现电气线路动态运行中出现的安全隐患,并通过系统分析电气设备回路的相关参数,判断故障发生的原因,指导企业开展治理,达到消除潜在的电气火灾安全隐患,实现“防范于未燃”的目的。
智慧安全用电监测系统要求能准确、全天候地监测电气线路中的漏电、温度等参数的变化。当线路中发生异常时,可迅速发出报警信号并准确定位故障点,通知电气专业人员及时排查电气火灾隐患,将电气火灾消灭在萌芽状态。
