The driving sliding part comprises a pull rod, a buffering force application plate 14 and a buffering force application spring 15, the pull rod is arranged on the arc extinguishing base 5, and the buffering force application plate 14 and the buffering force application spring 15 are arranged on the pull rod. The pull rod comprises a metal pull rod 16 and an insulating rack 17, the metal pull rod 16 is arranged on the arc extinguishing base 5, and the insulating rack 17 is arranged on the metal pull rod 16. The metal pull rod 16 is cylindrical, the length of the metal pull rod 16 is larger than that of the sliding tube 7, the metal pull rod 16 is embedded in the sliding tube 7, and the metal pull rod 16 and the sliding tube 7 are in reciprocating sliding sealing connection. Specifically, piston rings are arranged between the metal pull rod 16 and the sliding pipe 7, and the number of the piston rings is not less than three, so that the metal pull rod 16 and the sliding pipe 7 are in reciprocating sliding sealing connection.

The inner diameter of the magnetic coil 18 is larger than the diameter of the metal pull rod 16, the magnetic coil 18 is sleeved on the other end of the metal pull rod 16, and leads 35 at two ends of the magnetic coil 18 penetrate through the driving shell 4 to be connected with the driving power supply 19. The driving switch comprises an automatic driving switch 20 and a manual driving switch 21, the automatic driving switch 20 is arranged on a lead 35 at one end of the magnetic coil 18, and the manual driving switch 21 is connected on the lead 35 at one end of the magnetic coil 18 in parallel, so that the manual driving switch 21 is connected with the automatic driving switch 20 in parallel. The worker can manually operate the manual driving switch 21 to close and open the brake.
The drive finger comprises a manual drive grip 22 and a locking member, both of which are arranged on the drive housing 4. The manual driving handle 22 is in a boomerang shape, one end of the manual driving handle 22 is hinged with the other end of the metal pull rod 16, the other end of the manual driving handle 22 passes through the hinge through hole, and the manual driving handle 22 is hinged with the driving shell 4 at the hinge through hole. The other end arm of the manual driving handle 22 is fixedly provided with a ratchet bar 23.
The locking piece includes locking seat, locking lever 24 and magnet piece 25, locking seat and magnet piece 25 all set up drive shell 4 is last, locking lever 24 sets up on the locking seat. When the rapid-action guarantee type switch cabinet is not required to be manually opened or closed through the driving hand piece, the other end of the locking rod 24 is adsorbed on the magnet block 25, so that the other end of the locking rod 24 is prevented from being embedded into the ratchet strip, and the rapid-action guarantee type switch cabinet is prevented from being automatically opened or closed.
The conductive part comprises a dynamic conductive part and a static conductive part, and the dynamic conductive part and the static conductive part are both arranged on the arc extinguishing base 5. The dynamic conductive piece comprises a rotary pushing piece, a dynamic conductive rod 27 and a dynamic conductive contact 28, the rotary pushing piece is arranged on the arc extinguishing shell, the dynamic conductive rod 27 is arranged on the rotary pushing piece, and the dynamic conductive contact 28 is arranged on the dynamic conductive rod 27.
The rotary pushing member comprises a rotary bearing, a rotary rod and a rotary gear 31, the rotary bearing is arranged on the rotary pipe 9, the rotary rod is arranged on the rotary bearing, and the rotary gear 31 is arranged on the rotary rod. The swivel bearing is an insulating bearing, the outer diameter of the swivel bearing is not larger than the inner diameter of the swivel pipe 9, the width of the swivel bearing is smaller than the length of the swivel pipe 9, the number of the swivel bearings is six, every two swivel bearings are embedded in one swivel pipe 9, and the swivel bearings are uniformly distributed and embedded in the swivel pipe 9. The second fracture static conductive piece comprises second static conductive rods 36 and second static conductive contacts 37, the second static conductive rods 36 are arranged on the arc extinguishing shell, the second static conductive contacts 37 are arranged on the second static conductive rods 36, the number of the second static conductive rods 36 is three, and the second static conductive rods 36 are correspondingly embedded in the lower end through holes one by one. The second static conductive contact 37 is a copper contact, the second static conductive contact 37 is in a block shape, the contact surface on the second static conductive contact 37 is a plane, the contact surface on the second static conductive contact 37 is parallel to the contact surface on the movable conductive contact 28, three second static conductive contacts 37 are arranged, the second static conductive contacts 37 are fixedly arranged on one end of the second static conductive rod 36 one by one correspondingly, and the second static conductive contact 37 is positioned in the arc extinguishing shell, and the distance from the second static conductive contact 37 to the arc extinguishing shell slot bottom is the same as the distance from the movable conductive contact 28 at the other end of the movable conductive rod 27 to the arc extinguishing shell slot bottom, when the movable conductive contact 28 at the other end of the movable conductive rod 27 moves around the central point of the movable conductive rod 27, the movable conductive contact can be closed with the second static conductive contact 37, and then the fast-acting guaranteed switch cabinet is switched on.
When a short circuit and an overload fault occur in a circuit, the temperature of the movable conducting rod 27 will rise, when the temperature sensor monitors that the temperature exceeds a set temperature, the automatic driving switch 20 will be controlled to be closed, the magnetic coil 18 will generate magnetic force to pull the pull rod to the rear side, the pull rod will drive the rotating gear 31 to rotate in the forward direction through the insulating rack 17, the rotating gear 31 will make the movable conducting contact 28 rotate around the center of the movable conducting rod 27 through the rotating rod and the movable conducting rod 27, and then the movable conducting contact 28 is disconnected from the first static conducting contact 33 and the second static conducting contact 37, so as to realize the automatic opening of the high-voltage multi-break synchronous circuit breaker;
when the fast-acting safeguard type switch cabinet fails and cannot be automatically opened, a worker can manually close the manual driving switch 21 to electrify the magnetic coil 18 to open the fast-acting safeguard type switch cabinet;
when the automatic drive switch 20 and the manual drive switch 21 are switched off, the buffer force application spring 15 pushes the pull rod to move to the front side through the buffer force application plate 14, the pull rod pushes the rotating gear 31 to rotate reversely through the insulating rack 17, the rotating gear 31 makes the movable conductive contact 28 rotate reversely around the center of the movable conductive rod 27 through the rotating rod and the movable conductive rod 27, and further makes the movable conductive contact 28 and the first and second static conductive contacts 33 and 37 closed, so as to realize the automatic switching-on of the high-voltage multi-fracture synchronous circuit breaker;
when the fast-acting safeguard type switch cabinet fails to automatically open and the magnetic coil 18 cannot be electrified, a worker can push the other end of the manual driving handle 22 to move the pull rod to the rear side, so that the fast-acting safeguard type switch cabinet is opened, and meanwhile, the other end of the locking rod 24 is embedded into the ratchet bar 23 to prevent the fast-acting safeguard type switch cabinet from being accidentally closed during maintenance and causing electric shock injuries and deaths of maintenance personnel.
The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

The fast-acting guaranteed switch cabinet is provided with a driving part, the driving part comprises a driving sliding part, a driving automatic part and a driving manual part, the driving sliding part comprises a pull rod, the driving automatic part comprises a magnetic coil 18, a driving power supply 19 and a driving switch, and when the driving switch controls the driving power supply 19 to electrify the magnetic coil 18, the magnetic coil 18 can generate electromagnetism to rapidly pull the pull rod to the rear side so as to provide driving force for rapidly opening a conductive part.
The ensuring type switch cabinet with rapid action is provided with a conductive part, the conductive part comprises a movable conductive part and a static conductive part, the movable conductive part comprises a rotary pushing part, a movable conductive rod 27 and a movable conductive contact 28, the rotary pushing part comprises a rotary bearing, a rotary rod and a rotary gear 31, and the radius of the rotary gear 31 is smaller than half of the length of the movable conductive rod 27, so that when the rotary gear 31 rotates forwards for a small angle, a large stroke can be generated at the end point of the movable conductive rod 27, namely, the movable conductive part and the static conductive part can be rapidly separated, and the separating speed and the arc extinguishing effect of the ensuring type switch cabinet with rapid action are improved.

the conductive part is arranged on the arc extinguishing shell and comprises a dynamic conductive part and a static conductive part, and the dynamic conductive part and the static conductive part are both arranged on the arc extinguishing base (5); the dynamic conductive piece comprises a rotary pushing piece, a dynamic conductive rod (27) and a dynamic conductive contact (28), the rotary pushing piece is arranged on the arc extinguishing base (5), the dynamic conductive rod (27) is arranged on the rotary pushing piece, and the dynamic conductive contact (28) is arranged on the dynamic conductive rod (27); the driving automatic part enables the driving sliding part to reciprocate along a straight line, the driving sliding part enables the rotary pushing part to reciprocate and rotate along the circumferential direction, and the rotary pushing part drives the movable conductive contact (28) to be closed or disconnected with the static conductive part through the movable conductive rod (27), so that the quick-acting guarantee type switch cabinet is closed or disconnected.

the arc extinguishing cover (6) is in a rectangular plate shape, an observation through hole is formed in the arc extinguishing cover (6), and a transparent plate (10) is embedded in the observation through hole; the arc extinguishing cover (6) is characterized in that a plurality of fixing through holes are uniformly distributed on the side edge of the arc extinguishing cover (6), the positions of the fixing through holes correspond to the positions of the fixing screw holes, screws (11) are embedded in the fixing through holes, the screws (11) are matched with the fixing screw holes, and the arc extinguishing cover (6) is fixedly arranged on the notch of the arc extinguishing base (5) through the screws (11); the driving shell (4) is box-shaped, a box opening of the driving shell (4) is fixedly arranged on one side wall of the arc extinguishing base (5), the sliding tube (7) is located in the box opening of the driving shell (4), and a hinged through hole is formed in the side face of the driving shell (4).
