The structure that the square platforms and the circular platforms of the first terminal 302 and the second terminal 303 are alternately connected is beneficial to increasing the torsion resistance in presetting, and preventing the terminal from loosening or falling off when being fastened;

the large cover plate 6 is matched with the battery cover 3 in a glue sealing, ultrasonic welding or buckling connection mode in a use state and is embedded in the battery cover 3 to play roles in decoration, brand propaganda and terminal protection;
the method of manufacturing the lead-acid storage battery of example 1 is as follows: step one, putting a pole group comprising a first pole column 22 and a second pole column 23 into a battery jar; step two, the battery cover is sealed on the battery jar, and the first terminal 302 and the first pole column 22 are electrically connected; electrically connecting the second terminal 303 and the second pole 23, and sealing the terminals; step three, formation; the second step further includes a step of presetting the first terminal 302 and the second terminal 303 in the battery cover 3. Firstly, the pole group comprising the first pole 22 and the second pole 23 is cast-welded and then placed into the battery jar 1; the pole group can be firstly put into the groove to a proper position, then cast welding is carried out to form the bus bar, and finally the pole group is pressed to the groove bottom. As shown in fig. 14, in the second step, the terminal and the post are electrically connected, for example, the welding method may be performed by presetting a post cap, and then removing the post cap for welding, or may not be preset with a post cap, at this time, the bus groove 315 corresponding to the bus bar where the first terminal is located may be removed, only the groove for installing the O-ring 316 is needed to be set, and the step for installing the O-ring 316 is added on the post, and finally, the post sealing is completed by using the terminal glue, so that the process of removing the post cap may be omitted, but the process of installing the O-ring is also added at the same time, and the welding method of the terminal and the post in this way, that is, the welding method of the terminal and the post of the general battery in embodiment 3 of the present invention, and the second electrically connecting plate 332 and the second post 23 perform the same process; in the manufacturing method of this embodiment 1, the first terminal 302 and the second terminal 303 are pre-installed in the battery cover 3 to be integrally formed, which may be injection-molded or welded, and preferably, the periphery of at least one of the external connection terminal 302a of the first terminal 302 or the first electrical connection tab 323 of the first terminal is sealed and isolated from the battery cover 3 by injection-molding or welding, for example, the outer surface of the first circular truncated cone 318 is injection-molded or welded with the battery cover 3 or the outer surface of the first square 322 is injection-molded or welded with the battery cover 3, and the principle of the second terminal 303 is the same. The manufacturing process of the invention ensures that the battery can be manufactured by using the existing equipment to the maximum extent without increasing excessive time cost and labor cost. The electrical connection sheet of the present invention may be in the form of a ring sheet, or may be in other suitable forms such as a wire form as required.
Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a battery of embodiment 2 of the present invention, in which horizontal battery pole groups are arranged in a 2 × 3 format, in which 1M, 3M, 21M, 24M, 22M, 23M, 302M, 303M are identical to the correspondingly identified members of embodiment 1, and in the horizontal use state of the pole group, the first pole 22M and the second pole 23M are both close to the upper surface of the battery cover 3M; compared with the first embodiment, since the second pole 23M is close to the upper surface of the battery cover 3M, the second terminal 303M does not need to be electrically connected to the second pole 23M by a long distance using a wire, and the electrical connection between the second terminal 303M and the second pole 23M is similar to the electrical connection between the first terminal 302M and the first pole 22M; step two, the battery cover 3M is sealed on the battery jar 1M to electrically connect the first terminal 302M and the first pole 22M; electrically connecting the second terminal 303M with the second pole 23M, and sealing the terminal; step three, formation; the second step further includes a step of presetting the first terminal 302M and the second terminal 303M in the battery cover 3M. Firstly, the pole group comprising the first pole 22M and the second pole 23M is cast and welded, and then the pole group is placed into a battery jar; the pole group can be firstly put into the groove to a proper position, then cast welding is carried out to form the bus bar, and finally the pole group is pressed to the groove bottom. As shown in fig. 14, in the second step, the terminal and the post are electrically connected, for example, the welding method may be performed by presetting a post cap, and then removing the post cap for welding, or not presetting a post cap, and at this time, the bus groove 315 corresponding to the bus where the first terminal is located may also be removed, only the groove for installing the O-ring 316 is needed to be set, and the step for installing the O-ring 316 is added on the post, and finally, the post sealing is completed by using the terminal glue, so that the process of removing the post cap may be omitted, but the process of installing the O-ring is also added at the same time, and the welding method of the terminal and the post, that is, the welding method of the terminal and the post of the general battery in embodiment 3 of the present invention, and the second electrically connecting plate 332 and the second post perform the same process; in the manufacturing method of this embodiment 1, the first terminal 302M and the second terminal 303M are pre-installed in the battery cover 3 to be integrally molded, which may be injection molding or welding, and the like, and preferably, the periphery of at least one of the external terminal of the first terminal 302M or the first electrical connection piece of the first terminal 302M is completely sealed and isolated from the battery cover 3 by injection molding or welding, and the principle of the second terminal 303M is the same.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a battery in which a common battery pole group is arranged in a 2 × 3 format according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, that is, the pole group is not in a horizontal state but in a vertical state when the battery is used, and the bus bars are connected directly across the bridge. In the figures, 1N, 3N, 21N, 24N, 22N, 23N, 302N, 303N correspond to the correspondingly labeled components in embodiment 1, and the method in embodiment 1 of the present invention can also be applied to a general battery, that is, the first terminal and the second terminal are pre-arranged in the battery cover 3N. In the manufacturing method of this embodiment 1, the first terminal 302N and the second terminal 303N are pre-installed in the battery cover 3 to be integrally molded, which may be injection molding or welding, and the like, and preferably, the periphery of at least one of the external terminal of the first terminal 302N or the first electrical connection piece of the first terminal 302N is completely sealed and isolated from the battery cover 3 by injection molding or welding, and the principle of the second terminal 303M is the same.
The manufacturing method of the lead-acid storage battery improves the production efficiency, prevents glue from corroding the terminal, improves the safety, reduces the manufacturing cost, avoids the risk of sulfuric acid corrosion, does not influence the appearance of the battery and occupies the space outside the battery, and is convenient, safe, efficient and attractive.

Claims (10)

1. The manufacturing method of the lead-acid storage battery is characterized by comprising the following steps of firstly, putting a pole group comprising a first pole and a second pole into a battery jar; step two, sealing the battery cover on the battery jar, electrically connecting the first terminal and the first pole column, and electrically connecting the second terminal and the second pole column; step three, formation; the second step is preceded by the step of pre-disposing a first terminal and a second terminal on the battery cover.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of sealing the terminals after step two and before step three.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of removing the cap of the terminal post from the battery cover is further included before the terminal and the terminal post are welded in the step two.
4. A method for manufacturing a lead-acid battery according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said first and second terminals provided in the cover are injection-molded or welded with said cover.

The method of claim 4, wherein the first terminal comprises an external terminal and a first electrical connection tab, the first terminal is welded to the first terminal post via the first electrical connection tab, the second terminal comprises an external terminal and a second electrical connection tab, the second terminal is welded to the second terminal post via the second electrical connection tab, the external terminal of the first terminal is sealed from the first electrical connection tab by the battery cover, and the external terminal of the second terminal is sealed from the second electrical connection tab by the battery cover.

The method of claim 5, wherein the periphery of at least one of the outer terminal of the first terminal or the first electrical connection tab of the first terminal is completely injection-molded or weld-sealed to the battery cover, and the periphery of at least one of the outer terminal of the second terminal or the second electrical connection tab of the second terminal is completely injection-molded or weld-sealed to the battery cover.

The method for manufacturing a lead-acid storage battery according to claim 4, wherein the second terminal further comprises a lead wire, one end of the lead wire is connected with the second electric connecting sheet, and the other end of the lead wire is electrically connected with the external connection terminal.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the second terminal further comprises a pre-buried tube, the lead wire being disposed in the pre-buried tube.

The method of claim 4, wherein the first terminal includes an outer terminal and a first electrical connection tab, the second terminal includes an outer terminal and a second electrical connection tab, the battery cover includes an upper side, and the outer terminal of the first terminal and the outer terminal of the second terminal are exposed from the upper side of the battery cover when the lead-acid battery is horizontally placed.
10. The method of manufacturing a lead-acid storage battery according to claim 9, wherein the external connection terminal of the first terminal and the external connection terminal of the second terminal protrude from the lowest surface of the upper side surface of the battery cover to be lower than the highest surface of the upper side surface of the battery cover.
