the step of determining the display adjustment parameters of the display equipment picture according to the display area in the visual range of the wearer and the preset threshold display area comprises the following steps:
determining the area of a display area in the visual range of the wearer according to the distance information of the eyes of the wearer and the lenses on the lens cone, the distance information of the lenses on the lens cone and the display screen and the radius of the lenses on the lens cone;

determining display adjustment parameters of the display equipment picture according to the area ratio;
