It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that combinations of blocks in each of the flowcharts, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent monitoring and performing dynamic tracking method is characterized by comprising the following steps: collecting contract information according to transaction contracts formed by a plurality of performing main bodies; collecting credit information of each performing main body in a credit database, and respectively establishing credit archives according to the credit information of each performing main body; collecting public opinion information of each performing main body in an information publishing website through a network; comprehensively analyzing the authenticity of a trading contract according to the contract information and the public opinion information of each performing main body; comprehensively analyzing the credit level and the repayment capacity of each performing main body according to the credit file and the public opinion information of each performing main body; monitoring performance risk of a trade contract based on authenticity of the trade contract, the credit rating and the liability payment capability of each performing entity.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the contract information comprises the performance information and performance time of each performing subject; and inputting the performance information according to the performance time to record a performance process of the transaction contract.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method determines whether the performance procedure exceeds a predetermined performance period according to the performance time, and sends out a performance reminding notification when the performance period is exceeded.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the dynamic tracking method for intelligent monitoring of performance is to determine whether the performance information of each performing entity reaches a preset performance goal, and when the performance information reaches the preset performance goal, to complete the acceptance of the transaction contract.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the fulfillment information and the fulfillment period are multiple, and each piece of fulfillment information corresponds to each fulfillment period.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises retrieving information of each performing entity through an information publishing website to obtain the public opinion information, capturing sentences, words and numbers in the public opinion information to obtain and analyze the credit rating and the repayment ability of each performing entity.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the contract information comprises contract name, contract content, principal, trustee, contract start time, contract end time, and contract annex.
8. An intelligent monitoring credit main body performance dynamic tracking system is characterized by comprising a contract verification module, a credit filing module, a public opinion verification module, a risk assessment module, a risk monitoring module and a credit database; the contract verification module is used for inputting contract information according to transaction contracts formed by a plurality of performing bodies; the credit filing module is respectively connected with the contract verification module and the credit database so as to search the credit information of each performing main body through the credit database and respectively establish a credit file according to the credit information of each performing main body; the public opinion verification module is connected with the contract verification module so as to search the public opinion information of each performing main body according to an information publishing website; the risk assessment module is respectively connected with the contract verification module and the public opinion verification module so as to analyze the authenticity of the transaction contract according to the contract information and the public opinion information; the risk assessment module is connected with the contract verification module so as to assess the credit level and the repayment capacity of each performing main body according to the credit file and the public opinion information of each performing main body; the risk monitoring module is connected with the risk assessment module to analyze the performance risk of the trading contract according to the authenticity of the trading contract, the credit level and the repayment capacity of each performance subject.
9. An intelligent monitoring and performing dynamic tracking device is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor; the memory is used for storing one or more contract tracking programs; when one or more of the contract tracking programs are executed by the processor, a method for intelligently monitoring performance dynamic tracking as claimed in any one of claims 1-6 is implemented.
10. A storage medium having a computer-readable contract tracking program stored thereon, wherein the contract tracking program, when executed by a processor, implements an intelligent monitoring and performing dynamic tracking method as claimed in any one of claims 1-6.
