Abstract
The invention relates to a rotary kiln lining brick and a rotary kiln lining, wherein the body of the rotary kiln lining brick is of a hexahedral structure, the top surface of the rotary kiln lining brick is a working surface, the bottom of the rotary kiln lining brick is symmetrically provided with through-long grooves along the central line, supporting legs are naturally formed on two sides of each groove, and each groove is a U-shaped groove which narrows inwards; two side surfaces parallel to the symmetrical center line of the groove are wedge-shaped surfaces with a small upper part and a big lower part. The rotary kiln furnace lining comprises the rotary kiln furnace lining brick and a light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable. The bench-shaped refractory bricks are used as the rotary kiln lining bricks, so that the light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable is filled into the grooves of the rotary kiln lining bricks while ensuring sufficient compressive strength, wear resistance and soft load points, the surface temperature of the kiln shell can be effectively reduced, the heat dissipation loss is reduced, and energy is saved; meanwhile, the weight of the rotary kiln lining is reduced, the driving load of the rotary kiln is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rotary kilns, in particular to a rotary kiln lining brick and a rotary kiln lining.
Background
The kiln chamber of the rotary kiln is in a high-temperature environment for a long time, and refractory bricks forming the kiln body lining are subjected to radiation of high-temperature flame, scouring and corrosion of materials and dust-containing high-temperature flue gas for a long time. Because the rotary kiln is a kiln which horizontally rotates, the lining of the kiln body has certain distortion deformation along the length direction of the rotary kiln in the process of rotating along with the kiln shell, and therefore the refractory bricks of the lining of the kiln body are required to have higher compressive strength, otherwise the refractory bricks are easy to break and fall off after being distorted and stressed, and the kiln is stopped for maintenance.
In order to reduce the transmission load and the rigidity of the kiln cylinder, compared with a shaft kiln, the lining of the rotary kiln is very thin, the heat insulation performance is poor, the temperature of the kiln shell of the rotary kiln is high, and the heat dissipation loss is large. Although some heat recovery measures can be adopted, the effect is not ideal, and the technical problem which troubles the production of the rotary kiln is always that how to reduce the temperature of the kiln shell and reduce the heat dissipation loss.

The invention provides a rotary kiln furnace lining brick and a rotary kiln furnace lining, wherein a bench-shaped refractory brick is used as the rotary kiln furnace lining brick, so that a light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable material is filled into a groove of the rotary kiln furnace lining brick while enough compressive strength, enough wear resistance and enough soft points are ensured, the surface temperature of a kiln shell can be effectively reduced, the heat dissipation loss is reduced, and energy is saved; meanwhile, the weight of the rotary kiln lining is reduced, the driving load of the rotary kiln is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the bench-shaped refractory bricks are used as the lining bricks of the rotary kiln, and the light heat-insulating refractory castable with better heat-insulating property is filled between the kiln shell and the lining bricks of the rotary kiln, so that the surface temperature of the kiln shell can be effectively reduced, the heat dissipation loss is reduced, and the energy is greatly saved.
2) Compared with the traditional rotary kiln lining brick, the bench-shaped rotary kiln lining brick is provided with the grooves, and the light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable is filled in the grooves, so that the weight of the rotary kiln lining is reduced, the driving load of the rotary kiln is reduced, and the power consumption is reduced.

as shown in fig. 1, the rotary kiln lining brick 1 of the present invention has a hexahedral structure, a top surface thereof is a working surface 11, a bottom thereof is symmetrically provided with a through long groove 12 along a center line, support legs 13 are naturally formed at both sides of the groove 12, and the groove 12 is a U-shaped groove narrowing inward; two sides parallel to the symmetrical center line of the groove 12 are wedge-shaped surfaces 14 with a small upper part and a big lower part.
The depth of the groove 12 is equal to the height x (0.3-0.7) of the rotary kiln lining brick 1.
And the groove bottom and the groove waist of the groove 12 are in arc transition.
The top surface of the rotary kiln lining brick 1 is parallel to the bottom surface, and 2 wedge-shaped surfaces 14 are parallel to each other.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the rotary kiln lining of the present invention comprises rotary kiln lining bricks 1 and light heat-insulating refractory castable 2; the rotary kiln lining bricks 1 are closely arranged along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the rotary kiln chamber; the working surface 11 of the rotary kiln lining brick 1 faces the inner side of a rotary kiln chamber, and the wedge-shaped surface 13 is vertical to the central line of the rotary kiln chamber; the supporting legs 13 of the rotary kiln lining brick 1 are fixedly bonded with the rotary kiln shell 3 through fire clay; the groove 12 of the rotary kiln furnace lining brick 1 is filled with a light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable 2.
The rotary kiln lining brick 1 is in a stool shape as a whole and comprises a working surface 11, supporting legs 13, a groove 12 and a wedge-shaped surface 14. When the lining of the rotary kiln is built, firstly, a plurality of rings of lining bricks of the rotary kiln, which are arranged at the bottom of the rotary kiln and are symmetrical in the range of 60 degrees along the two sides of the central line of the rotary kiln, are built from the middle part to the two sides along the axial direction of the rotary kiln. During masonry, the wedge-shaped surface 14 is perpendicular to the axis of the rotary kiln, the bottoms of the supporting legs 13 are fixedly bonded with the inner wall of the kiln shell 3 by using fire clay, the groove 12 of the masonry rotary kiln lining brick 1 is filled with light heat-preservation heat-insulation refractory castable, and the masonry after being built is supported and protected by using a supporting and fixing device.
