4) rough adjustment rolling ring (5): roughly adjusting the rolling ring (5) according to the sequence of radial direction first and axial direction later;
5) and finely adjusting the radial runout of the rolling ring (5): a measuring head of a dial indicator is abutted against the circumferential surface of the rolling ring (5), the rolling ring (5) is rotated, data measured by the dial indicator are analyzed, and then a jacking bolt (11) is rotated to adjust the radial position of the rolling ring (5) until the radial runout tolerance meets the requirements of a drawing;
6) and finely adjusting the axial runout of the rolling ring (5): a measuring head of a dial indicator is abutted against one side face of the rolling ring (5), the rolling ring (5) is rotated to analyze data measured by the dial indicator, and then the locking bolt (4) is rotated to adjust the axial position of the rolling ring (5) until the axial runout tolerance meets the requirements of a drawing;
7) and a fixed mounting rolling ring (5): a positioning plate (7) is fixedly welded on one side of the digester cylinder body (1) corresponding to the bolt adjusting plate (3), and then the joint of the lining plate (2) and the digester cylinder body (1) is firmly welded for fixedly installing the rolling ring (5) on the outer surface of the digester cylinder body (1);
8) and welding the reinforcing rib plate (6): reinforcing rib plates (6) are fixedly welded between the outer side of the positioning plate (7) and the outer surface of the digester cylinder body (1) and between the bolt adjusting plate (3) and the outer surface of the digester cylinder body (1) respectively.
