The invention discloses a safety protection circuit system of a servo pump, which comprises an oil supply circuit, a protection circuit, the servo pump, a motor and an oil tank, wherein the oil supply circuit is connected with the protection circuit; the protection circuit is connected with the oil supply circuit in parallel; the servo pump is connected with the oil supply line; the motor is used for driving the servo pump; the oil tank is connected with the protection circuit. The invention discloses a safety protection circuit system for a servo pump, which is provided with a protection circuit, wherein the protection circuit is connected with an oil supply circuit in parallel, a two-position four-way electromagnetic valve is arranged in the protection circuit, when machine equipment stops running, the two-position four-way electromagnetic valve is reversed, pressure oil in the machine equipment returns to an oil tank through the two-position four-way electromagnetic valve, and the damage to the servo pump caused by the pressure in the machine equipment returning to the servo pump is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure, in particular to a safety protection oil way system of a servo pump.
Background
With the application of the servo motor driven constant delivery pump technology in the field of high-precision oil presses, the requirement on pump control in the market is higher and higher, and the requirements on large flow, high-precision control, energy conservation and cost reduction are met. The large displacement internal gear pump set is expensive, and once the pump is damaged, the maintenance cost is high.
In the prior art, when a servo pump drives machine equipment through pressure oil, the pressure oil is generally supplied to the machine equipment through an oil supply line, and when the machine equipment stops running, the pressure oil entering the machine equipment also returns to an oil tank through the supply line, so that the servo pump is easily reversed to damage the servo pump.

In view of the above disadvantages in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a safety protection oil circuit system for a servo pump, which is used to solve the problem that the servo pump is damaged due to reverse rotation of the servo pump caused by pressure oil returning to the servo pump when the oil circuit system in the prior art returns oil.

Preferably, the oil pressure control device further comprises a pressure control valve, wherein the pressure control valve is communicated with the oil outlet of the cartridge valve and is used for controlling the oil pressure of an oil supply line.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a safety protection oil circuit system of a servo pump, which includes an oil supply circuit 100, a protection circuit 200, a servo pump 300, a motor 400 and an oil tank 500.
The invention is additionally provided with the protection circuit 200 for returning oil, so that the servo pump 300 is prevented from reversing due to the fact that pressure oil returns to the servo pump 300, the servo pump 300 is protected, and the servo pump 300 is prevented from being damaged.
Specifically, the protection circuit 200 is connected in parallel with the oil supply circuit 100;
the servo pump 300 is connected to the oil supply line 100;
the motor 400 is used for driving the servo pump 300;
the oil tank 500 is connected to the protection circuit 200.
The safety protection circuit 200 system of the servo pump 300 is used for driving machine equipment to operate, and particularly, the servo pump 300 supplies oil to load equipment through an oil supply circuit 100; when the machine stops running, the pressure is relieved through the protection circuit 200, so that pressure oil in the system does not pass through the servo pump 300, and the servo pump 300 is prevented from being damaged due to reverse rotation.
The oil supply line 100 is provided with a cartridge valve 110.
The protection circuit 200 is provided with a two-position four-way solenoid valve 210, and the two-position four-way solenoid valve 210 is connected in parallel with the cartridge valve 110.
When the system drives the mechanical equipment to run, the servo pump 300 is started, pressure oil is supplied to the mechanical equipment through the plug-in valve 110 in the oil supply line 100, and then the mechanical equipment is driven, and at the moment, the two-position four-way electromagnetic valve 210 cannot be filled with the oil; when the machine equipment stops working, the two-position four-way solenoid valve 210 is reversed, at the moment, the pressure in the machine equipment returns to the oil tank 500 through the two-position four-way solenoid valve 210, the cartridge valve 110 is in a closed state, and the pressure oil in the machine equipment is prevented from returning to the servo pump 300 to damage the servo pump 300.
The two-position four-way solenoid valve 210 comprises an opening A, an opening B, an opening P and an opening T, wherein the opening P is communicated with an oil inlet of the cartridge valve 110, and the opening T is connected with the oil tank 500; the port a is communicated with an oil outlet of the cartridge valve 110, when the machine equipment is driven by the system, the servo pump 300 enables pressure to pass through the cartridge valve 110 only and then enter the machine equipment to drive the machine equipment, and when the machine equipment stops running, pressure oil in the machine equipment finally returns to the oil tank 500 through the port a and the port T of the two-way four-way valve.
The hydraulic control system further comprises a pressure control valve 600, wherein the pressure control valve 600 is communicated with the oil outlet of the cartridge valve 110, and the pressure control valve 600 is used for controlling the oil pressure of the oil supply line 100.
In this embodiment, the pressure control valve is a relief valve.
The safety protection circuit 200 system of the servo pump 300 further includes an oil filter for filtering foreign substances in the oil, which connects the servo pump 300 and the oil tank 500.

1. A safety protection oil piping system of a servo pump, comprising:
an oil supply line;
protecting the circuit; is connected in parallel with the oil supply line;
a servo pump; the servo pump is connected with the oil supply line;
a motor; the motor is used for driving the servo pump;
an oil tank; is connected with the protection circuit.
2. The servo pump safety protection circuit system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil supply line is provided with a cartridge valve.
3. The safety protection oil circuit system of the servo pump as claimed in claim 2, wherein the protection circuit is provided with a two-position four-way solenoid valve, and the two-position four-way solenoid valve is connected in parallel with the cartridge valve.

The safety protection oil circuit system of the servo pump according to claim 3, wherein the two-position four-way solenoid valve comprises an A port, a B port, a P port and a T port, the P port is communicated with the oil inlet of the cartridge valve, and the T port is connected with an oil tank; the port A is communicated with an oil outlet of the cartridge valve.

The safety protection oil circuit system of the servo pump as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a pressure control valve, wherein the pressure control valve is communicated with the oil outlet of the cartridge valve, and the pressure control valve is used for controlling the oil pressure of the oil supply line.
6. The safety protection oil circuit system of the servo pump as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an oil filter, wherein the oil filter connects the servo pump and the oil tank.
