s3: grouting, namely, extending a rigid grouting pipe 1 into the lowest position of a grouting barrel 2, injecting grout into a bottom grout containing cavity of the grouting barrel 2 through the grouting pipe 1, enabling a grouting valve 3 to be pressed to extend out to penetrate into a stratum, enabling a first end of an outer sleeve 3.1 to be close to the inner wall of the grouting barrel 2, extruding a hole sealing sliding plate 3.1.4 by the inner wall of the grouting barrel 2, overcoming the elasticity of a spring 3.1.5 to slide relative to the outer wall of the outer sleeve 3.1 until a through hole of the hole sealing sliding plate 3.1.4, a grout circulating hole I of the outer sleeve 3.1.1, a grout circulating hole II of the outer sleeve 3.2, a grout circulating hole I of an interlayer sleeve 3.3.1, a grout circulating hole II of the interlayer sleeve 3.3.3.2, a grout circulating hole II of an inner drill core 3.2.1 and a grouting diffusion hole 3.2.2 are communicated, and enabling the grout;
s4: stopping grouting after grouting is finished, enabling the hole sealing sliding plate 3.1.4 to slide relative to the outer sleeve 3.1 under the pulling force of the spring 3.1.5, plugging the outer sleeve grout flow hole I3.1.1, sucking grout in the grouting pipe 1, and forming negative pressure in the grouting barrel 2 to enable the grouting valve 3 to shrink;
s5: lifting the grouting pipe 1 to the upper layer of the grout accommodating cavity, and repeating the steps S3-S4 until the grout conveying hole 1.1 of the grouting pipe 1 is lifted to the uppermost layer of the grout accommodating cavity until grouting in the direction is completed;
s6: rotating the grouting barrel 2 by 90 degrees, and repeating the steps S3-S5 for three times;
s7: and after grouting is finished, the grouting equipment is lifted.

The grouting reinforcement method for the karst cave suitable for the weak fillers adopts the grouting reinforcement equipment for the karst cave suitable for the weak fillers, the grouting pipe (1) slides in the height direction of the slurry conveying barrel (2.2) to perform grouting reinforcement on stratums at different depths, and the concrete steps are as follows:
s1: appointing a grouting position according to geological design, measuring and positioning a grouting hole, and drilling the grouting hole by using a drill carriage;
s2: the grouting reinforcement equipment suitable for the soft filler karst cave is characterized by comprising a grouting pipe (1), a grouting barrel (2) and a grouting valve (3); a plurality of partition plates (2.1) are arranged inside the grouting barrel along the height direction of the grouting barrel, a grout containing cavity is formed by two adjacent partition plates and the side wall of the grouting barrel, a plurality of telescopic grouting valves are connected to the side wall of the grouting barrel in a sliding manner, and each grouting valve is positioned between two layers of partition plates; one end of the grouting pipe, which is provided with a grout conveying hole (1.1), penetrates through a partition plate of the grouting barrel to be in sliding connection with the grouting barrel along the height direction, and piston rings (1.2) are arranged on two sides of the grout conveying hole along the height direction of the grouting pipe; the grouting barrel is provided with a grout conveying barrel (2.2) penetrating through a partition plate in the height direction, the grouting pipe is nested in the grout conveying barrel and is connected with the grout conveying barrel in a sliding manner in the height direction, the side wall of the grout conveying barrel is provided with a plurality of grouting holes (2.2.1) used for conveying grout into each grout containing cavity in the grouting barrel, the grouting valve comprises an outer sleeve (3.1) and an inner drill core (3.2) which are sequentially nested and connected in a sliding manner in the axial direction of the grouting valve, the outer wall of the first end of the outer sleeve is provided with a first outer sleeve grout circulation hole (3.1.1), the inner wall of the second end of the outer sleeve is provided with a second outer sleeve grout circulation hole (3.1.2), the first outer sleeve grout circulation hole and the second outer sleeve are communicated through a first grout circulation channel (3.1.3) in the cylinder wall of the outer sleeve, the first end of the outer sleeve is provided with a hole sealing sliding plate (3.1.4), and the hole sealing sliding plate is, one end of the hole sealing sliding plate is connected with the first end of the outer sleeve through a spring (3.1.5), an inner drill core slurry circulation hole (3.2.1) is formed in the side wall of the first end of the inner drill core, a grouting diffusion hole (3.2.2) is formed in the second end of the inner drill core, and the inner drill core slurry circulation hole and the grouting diffusion hole are communicated through an inner slurry circulation cavity (3.2.3) of the inner drill core; assembling the grouting pipe (1) and the grouting barrel (2) to a required height, putting the assembled grouting equipment into the bottom of a grouting hole punched in S1, wherein the upper parts of the grouting pipe (1) and the grouting barrel (2) are higher than the ground surface;
s3: grouting, namely extending a rigid grouting pipe (1) into the lowest position of a grouting barrel (2), injecting grout into a bottom-layer grout accommodating cavity of the grouting barrel (2) through the grouting pipe (1), enabling a grouting valve (3) to be pressed to extend out to penetrate into a stratum, enabling a first end of an outer sleeve (3.1) to be close to the inner wall of the grouting barrel (2), extruding a hole sealing sliding plate (3.1.4) by the inner wall of the grouting barrel (2), overcoming the elastic force of a spring (3.1.5) to relatively slide with the outer wall of the outer sleeve (3.1) until a through hole of the hole sealing sliding plate (3.1.4), a first outer sleeve grout circulation hole (3.1.1), a second outer sleeve grout circulation hole (3.1.2), a first interlayer sleeve grout circulation hole (3.3.3.1), a second interlayer grout circulation hole (3.3.3.2.2), an inner drill core grout circulation hole (3.2.1) and a grouting diffusion hole (3.2.2.2.2) are communicated, and the grout needs to flow into a grouting;
s4: stopping grouting after grouting is finished, enabling the hole sealing sliding plate (3.1.4) to slide relative to the outer sleeve (3.1) under the pulling force of the spring (3.1.5), plugging the outer sleeve grout flow hole I (3.1.1), sucking grout in the grouting pipe (1), and forming negative pressure in the grouting barrel (2) to enable the grouting valve (3) to shrink;
s5: lifting the grouting pipe 1 to the upper layer of the grout accommodating cavity, and repeating the steps S3-S4 until the grout conveying hole (1.1) of the grouting pipe (1) is lifted to the upper layer of the grout accommodating cavity until grouting in the direction is finished;
s6: rotating the grouting barrel (2) by 90 degrees, and repeating the steps S3-S5 for three times;
s7: and after grouting is finished, the grouting equipment is lifted.
2. A method of grouting reinforcement of a karst cave adapted for soft fillers according to claim 1, characterized in that the grouting valve further comprises a sandwich sleeve assembly (3.3); the outer sleeve, the interlayer sleeve assembly and the inner drill core are sequentially nested and are connected in a sliding mode along the axial direction of the grouting valve.

The grouting reinforcement method for the karst cave suitable for the weak filler according to claim 2, wherein the interlayer sleeve assembly comprises at least one interlayer sleeve, and the adjacent interlayer sleeves are nested with each other and are connected in a sliding mode along the axial direction of the interlayer sleeve assembly; the interlayer sleeve slurry circulation device is characterized in that a first interlayer sleeve slurry circulation hole (3.3.1) is formed in the outer wall of the first end of the interlayer sleeve, a second interlayer sleeve slurry circulation hole (3.3.2) is formed in the inner wall of the second end of the interlayer sleeve, and the first interlayer sleeve slurry circulation hole and the second interlayer sleeve slurry circulation hole are communicated through a second interlayer sleeve slurry circulation channel (3.3.3).
4. The grouting reinforcement method for the weak filler karst cave according to claim 2, characterized in that the second end of the outer sleeve is provided with a first sliding tooth (3.1.7), the outer wall of the sandwich sleeve assembly is provided with a first sliding groove (3.3.4) matched with the first sliding tooth; and a second sliding tooth (3.3.5) is arranged at the second end of the interlayer sleeve component, and a second sliding groove (3.2.5) matched with the sliding tooth is arranged on the outer wall of the inner drill core.

The method for grouting reinforcement of a karst cave suitable for soft fillers according to claim 1, wherein the second end of the grouting barrel is formed by connecting a plurality of detachable sectional barrels; the grouting pipe is formed by connecting a plurality of detachable steel pipes.
