On the one hand, as the cost of raw materials rises, particularly the price of base paper which accounts for a high proportion of the production cost of the carton rises again, the cost of carton enterprises is increased more; on the other hand, the national requirements on environmental protection and green recycling economy are further deepened, and the corrugated paper box is mainly designed by low-gram-weight and high-strength corrugated paper in most advanced countries such as Europe and America at present. For the carton industry in China, "low gram weight and high strength" is a development stage which is inevitably experienced, because the production cost of enterprises can be further reduced, and the requirements of economic sustainable development in China are met.
For the most part, the outer packaging of the products is generally protectively packed by means of cartons made of corrugated cardboard. Therefore, a good corrugated board is of great importance for manufacturing a carton with better service performance, and a corrugated base paper with ideal quality needs to be manufactured for manufacturing a good corrugated board, while the existing single-layer corrugated base paper is difficult to meet the requirements of packaging cartons with high requirements on the performances of compressive strength, wear resistance, tearing resistance and the like. With the rapid development of production technology, the speed of a paper machine is faster and faster, corrugated paper is developed towards light weight, production raw materials of corrugated base paper mainly use recycled waste paper, the performance of the raw materials is poor, the dehydration capacity of a single-layer forming net cannot meet production requirements, so that the dryness of a paper web outlet pressing part is low, the strength is poor, paper breakage is easy to occur, and the speed of the paper machine cannot be improved.

Detailed Description
The essential features and advantages of the invention will be further explained below with reference to examples, but the invention is not limited to the examples listed.
The production method of the multilayer light high-strength corrugated paper comprises the following steps: classifying the long and short fibers by a classifying screen, respectively passing the classified slurry through a concentration thermal dispersion system to enable the slurry to have proper beating degree, and distributing and sizing the long fiber slurry and the short fiber slurry according to a proportion; the material enters the net part, two layers of pulp in the net part are used for forming, spray starch is added, the interlayer binding force of the corrugated paper is improved, the pressure of the composite roller on the paper web is used, the pulp is uniformly distributed in the net part, the dryness of the net part is improved, and the binding force of the surface bottom layer is high; the paper material enters a squeezing part, the wet paper with the net surface removed is guided between two rollers with felts, the wet paper is further dehydrated by the squeezing of the rollers and the water absorption of the felts, and the paper material is tighter, so that the paper surface is improved, and the strength is increased; the paper material enters a front drying device, and the paper material passes through the surfaces of a plurality of cylinders internally filled with hot steam to dry the paper; the paper enters a sizing machine, and a metering rod sizing machine is adopted, so that the sizing is accurately controlled, and the moisture-proof and water-resistant performance of the corrugated paper is improved; the paper enters a post-drying device to further reduce the moisture content of the paper; and (4) feeding the paper stock into a curling device to wind the paper stock. Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, the portion of the net adopts two-layer thick liquids to replace original individual layer thick liquids to take shape, makes the portion of the net thick liquids distribute more evenly, improves the cohesion between the paper web layer, makes the sizing agent of surfing the net form the wet paper web that has good uniformity and physical properties, reduces the paper web probability of paper break, reduces the steam consumption of drying portion. By adopting an accurate surface sizing technology, sizing materials are metered by a metering rod and then transferred to a paper surface through a sizing roller, and the sizing amount can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the metering rod, the surface sizing concentration, the speed of the sizing roller and the like, so that the sizing effect is better, the sizing is more balanced, the probability of paper breakage is reduced, the difference between two surfaces is reduced, and the glue consumption is reduced. A proper amount of spray starch is used, so that the interlayer binding force is improved; the dryness of the surface and bottom layer slurry during compounding is controlled by adjusting the vacuum degree of the surface and bottom layer, the pressure of a compounding roller is adjusted, the corrugated paper surface is ensured to be even and flat, and the interlayer binding force is improved to the maximum extent.
In the embodiment, the concentration of the slurry is 0.1-1.2%, so that the quality of the corrugated paper is improved.
In this embodiment, the dryness of the stock is 15-25% when the stock exits the couch roll at the wire section, thereby preventing the moisture content of the stock from being too high.
In this embodiment, after the paper material is dried by the post-drying device, the dryness of the paper material is 92 to 95%, so as to further reduce the water content of the paper material.
