A woven fabric ironing with steam recovery and a method thereof are disclosed:
s1: before use, the woven fabric to be ironed is wound on an external unwinding device, one end of the woven fabric sequentially penetrates through a movable opening 10 at the bottom of the right side, is pulled to the left side and is pulled out of the movable opening 10 at the bottom of the left side, and then penetrates through a first guide roller 11 and a second guide roller 12, so that one side of the woven fabric, which is far away from a first workbench 7, is in contact with the outer walls of the left sides of the first guide roller 11 and the second guide roller 12, and then the woven fabric sequentially penetrates through the movable opening 10 at the top of the left side and the movable opening 10 at the top of the right side and, when the fabric is arranged, the sealing element 9 out of the movable opening 10 is pulled to enable the press roller 93 to be in contact with the fabric, the service conditions of all the electric elements, such as the air delivery pump 18, the air suction pump and the like, are sequentially checked, after the check is finished, the heating shell 61 is connected with a water inlet pipe 63 through external equipment, a proper amount of water is added into the heating shell, and a liquid level meter can be observed when the water is added to prepare for working;
s2: when the device is used, water in the heating shell 61 is heated through the cooperation of the heat conducting wires 64 and the heating rod 62, the electronic thermometer is observed, steam is formed until the water is heated to a boiling point, the woven fabric is unreeled through an external unreeling device, the woven fabric is reeled through an external reeling device, the woven fabric is driven on the first workbench 7 and the second workbench 8, the air transfer pump 18 is opened, the generated steam is transferred to the shunt pipe 17 by the air transfer pump 18 and is sequentially shunted to the two groups of connecting hoses 16 through the shunt pipe 17, the steam enters the connecting hose 16 and then enters the connecting shell 156, then enters the hollow ironing roller 153 through the hollow rod 155 and is sprayed out of the air outlet 154, due to the arrangement of the pressing piece 14, the woven fabric is pressed on the top of the first workbench 7 or the second workbench 8, the woven fabric drives the hollow ironing roller 153 to rotate during transmission, and the steam sprayed out through the hollow ironing roller 153 is uniformly, when ironing, the air pump is started, the air pump enables the steam remained in the shell 2 to enter the air suction pipe 5 and then enter the corresponding dust removal shell 41, and after the steam is filtered by the activated carbon filter screen 43, the steam is circulated into the heating shell 61 through the circulating pipe 3 for heating and recycling again;
