Abstract

The invention relates to a single-side dry and wet-conductive quick-drying cloth which comprises a cloth body 1, wherein the cloth body comprises an inner layer 2 and an outer layer 3, the inner layer 2 is an ultra-fine polyester filament, the fineness (DPF) of a single fiber is less than 0.7, the outer layer 3 is a common-fineness polyester filament, and the fineness (DPF) of the single fiber is more than 2.0. After adopting the structure, the invention has the following advantages: the polyester has high melting point, and can completely meet the processing requirements of high-temperature pressing, fitting and other extreme technologies of ready-made clothes. When the fabric is used for the clothes function, the skin-attached surface fiber is soft, silky and skin-friendly, has an excellent wicking (moisture conducting) function, can conduct water vapor through capillary tubes in the fabric, and conducts the water vapor to another fabric surface layer with large fiber number of the fiber. When the cloth is worn as clothes, sweat on the skin is conducted to the cloth cover on the outer layer through the superfine fibers contacting the skin surface, so that the skin is kept dry, comfortable, not stuffy, damp and hot, and breathable.

Description

Single-side dry and comfortable wet-conducting quick-drying cloth
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cloth, in particular to a single-side dry and moisture-conductive quick-drying cloth.
Background
Any single cloth (a cloth directly woven by a weaving machine, a non-composite cloth) has two cloth covers of a front side and a back side. The existing cloth is mainly processed by a special-shaped cross section structure of yarn or some moisture-absorbing and quick-drying additives in the after-finishing stage of the cloth, so that the whole cloth is easy to absorb water, and the water is quickly evaporated into the air after being absorbed. However, the mode is to make the whole cloth absorb moisture and dry quickly, the inner layer and the outer layer of the whole cloth absorb moisture simultaneously, but the effect that the front surface and the back surface of the cloth are dry quickly at the same time or one surface of the cloth is dry quickly cannot be seen by naked eyes (or directly touched by hands). That is to say, this so-called quick-drying effect is also relatively slow to dry quickly.
Another method is to select a cloth material with a main (60% -100%) component of Polyester (Polyester fiber), and then coat the cloth material on the surface of the cloth material by a liquid auxiliary agent (a small amount of the liquid auxiliary agent permeates the surface of the cloth) in the post-finishing stage, thereby achieving the effect of one-way moisture conduction. The mode is that the cloth has the moisture-conducting effect through the coating and the coating of the auxiliary agent, the actual controllability of the function is unstable, and the effect of the unidirectional moisture-conducting function is good or bad. And because the production process of coating and coating on the surface of the cloth is adopted, the unidirectional moisture-conducting function is gradually lost after the actual clothes are worn and washed.
The other method is that the front surface of the cloth is made of terylene (or modified terylene), the back surface of the cloth is made of polypropylene, the moisture regain of the polypropylene is close to zero under the ordinary atmospheric condition, the moisture absorption is very small, and the polypropylene has excellent wicking (moisture conducting) function and can transmit water vapor through capillaries in the fabric, namely when the cloth is used as clothes, sweat of skin is transmitted to the surface of the terylene (or modified terylene) at the outer layer through the polypropylene contacting the surface of the skin, so that the skin is kept dry and comfortable. However, the matching is made of polypropylene fiber, the melting point of the polypropylene fiber is 168-174 ℃, which is not beneficial to the high-temperature pressing, bonding and other processes of subsequent garment processing, and is also not beneficial to adding elastic spandex to increase the elasticity of the cloth, and the wearability of the polypropylene fiber is provided with other short plates, so that the quick-drying cloth which is matched with the polypropylene fiber to achieve single-side dry and wet permeability is not beneficial to practical use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing cloth cannot be dried quickly and the wet-conducting effect to the other cloth cover is poor and the like, and provides the cloth with the single side capable of being dried quickly and the good wet-conducting effect to the other cloth cover.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the single-side dry and wet-conductive quick-drying cloth comprises a cloth body, wherein the cloth body comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner layer is an ultrafine polyester (containing modified polyester) filament or an ultrafine nylon filament, the fineness (DPF) of a single fiber is less than 0.7, the outer layer is a common fineness polyester (containing modified polyester) filament or a common fineness nylon filament, and the fineness (DPF) of the single fiber is more than 2.0.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the following advantages: the cloth body is cloth woven by weaving cloth directly, a finished product can be obtained by a conventional production process, compared with composite cloth and coated cloth, the manufacturing method has the advantages that the process is relatively simple, the energy consumption is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the melting point of terylene is 255-. When the cloth is used for clothes, the skin-facing surface is made of superfine fibers, the touch feeling is soft, silky and smooth, and the cloth is close to the skin, and has an excellent wicking (moisture conducting) function due to the superfine fibers with the fineness (DPF) of single fibers being less than 0.7, water vapor can be conducted through capillaries in the fabric, and the water vapor is conducted to another cloth surface layer with the fineness (DPF) of the single fibers being more than 2.0. When the cloth is worn as clothes, sweat on the skin is conducted to the cloth cover on the outer layer through the superfine fibers contacting the skin surface, so that the skin is kept dry, comfortable, not stuffy, damp and hot, and breathable.
As a modification, the outer layer may be any one of a conventional chemical fiber material, a conventional natural fiber material and a man-made fiber material.
As a refinement, the inner layer may be the remaining chemical fiber filaments having a fiber Denier (DPF) of less than 0.7.
