As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: alumina, silica and the Si or Si-containing compound having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0 μm are slurried by wet mixing, and the resulting slurry is cast or spray-dried to obtain pellets, which are press-molded or CIP-molded and then reaction-fired. In the wet mixing, alumina, silica, and a Si-containing compound are wet-mixed using a liquid medium to form a slurry. The obtained slurry is cast or spray-dried, and the obtained granules are press-molded or CIP-molded and then reaction-fired. As an apparatus used for the wet mixing, a known kneading apparatus, for example, a media mill such as a ball mill, can be used. The solid content concentration in the slurry may be preferably about 35 to 45% by weight. A binder may also be added to the slurry. As the binder, for example, a binder generally used in the art, such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), can be used without particular limitation. The molding pressure in the case of press molding or CIP molding is preferably set to about 70 to 150 MPa.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention: alumina, silica and the Si or Si-containing compound having the average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0 μm are kneaded by a semi-wet method, and the resulting kneaded product is subjected to plastic molding and then to reaction firing. In the case of semi-wet mixing, alumina, silica and a Si-containing compound are formed into a semi-fluid using a liquid medium, and the semi-fluid is kneaded to obtain a kneaded product. The solid content concentration in the kneaded mixture can be preferably about 10 to 15 wt%. The kneaded product is moldable into a desired shape by extrusion molding or the like.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

1. A composite ceramic product with high crack resistance for daily use comprises a mullite ceramic layer, and is characterized in that: an aluminum layer is sandwiched between the mullite ceramic layers to prevent the growth of stress cracks in the mullite.

The composite domestic ceramic article with high crack resistance according to claim 2, characterized in that: the ratio of the area of coarse acicular particles having an aspect ratio of more than 10 in the polished cross section of the mullite ceramic layer to the area of all the particles is 0.2 or less.

The process for the preparation of a composite domestic ceramic article with high crack resistance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: adding an aluminum layer into a mullite ceramic layer raw material containing alumina, silica and Si or a Si-containing compound with the average grain diameter of 0.1-l0 mu m under the oxygen-containing atmosphere at the temperature of 1700-1800 ℃ for reaction and sintering to generate the composite domestic ceramic product with high crack resistance, wherein the Si-containing compound is SiC or Si3N4、Si2ON2Or sialon, the average temperature rise rate during firing between 900 ℃ and 1700 ℃ is set to 25 to 3000C/hr.
