Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of modified asphalt, in particular to a composite modified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-10 parts of modified asphalt, 1.5-5 parts of water-soluble polymer sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of curing agent, 1-5 parts of shrinkage reducing agent and 100 parts of stone material. The composite modified asphalt mixture and the preparation method thereof have stable product structure and can greatly improve the segregation problem of the mixed modified asphalt and stone in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of modified asphalt, in particular to a composite modified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The modified asphalt is an asphalt binder prepared by adding external additives (modifiers) such as rubber, resin, high molecular polymer, ground rubber powder or other fillers or by adopting measures such as mild oxidation processing of the asphalt and the like, so that the performance of the asphalt or the asphalt mixture is improved.
The modified asphalt has two mechanisms, namely, the chemical composition of the asphalt is changed, and the modifier is uniformly distributed in the asphalt to form a certain space network structure.
The main advantage of the finished modified asphalt is that it is very convenient to use, and compared with the common asphalt, the temperature control needs to be improved, and the rest is not different. However, the disadvantage of the finished modified asphalt is that the user is not aware of the variety and dosage of the base asphalt and the modifier, and especially the problem of segregation of the finished modified asphalt is a considerable risk. Users and modified asphalt manufacturers often dispute quality problems for years, and basically all are segregation problems.
In the prior art, the reasons for the problem of modified asphalt segregation are generally as follows: the storage tank is too high in temperature, too long in time, incapable of stirring and recycling, unreasonable in added variety and quantity of the stabilizer or free of the stabilizer, and the most important is that whether the particle size of SBS (such as a modifier) is cut (or ground) is small enough and the smaller the particle size is, the more stable the SBS (such as the modifier) is. In general, modified asphalt is not easily stored for a long time.

The modified asphalt is natural rubber modified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, styrene butadiene rubber modified asphalt, chloroprene rubber modified asphalt, butadiene rubber modified asphalt or butyl rubber modified asphalt.
The stabilizer is polyvinyl alcohol or cellulose.
The curing agent is an epoxy asphalt curing agent.
The shrinkage reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
A preparation method of a composite modified asphalt mixture comprises the following steps:
A. stone surface treatment: soaking stone in water solution containing water soluble polymer sodium carboxymethyl cellulose for 24 hr and taking out;
B. heating the modified asphalt to 180 ℃ and 200 ℃, shearing the modified asphalt for 1 hour at the speed of 5000r/min by using a shearing machine, and then standing the modified asphalt for 1 hour at the temperature of 160 ℃;
C. and C, mixing the stone obtained in the step A and the modified asphalt obtained in the step B by using a stirrer, adding a curing agent, a shrinkage reducing agent and a stabilizing agent, and stirring at the temperature of 180 ℃ for 1 minute to obtain a final product.

The stabilizer is polyvinyl alcohol or cellulose.
The curing agent is an epoxy asphalt curing agent.
The shrinkage reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that the compound modified asphalt mixture of the first embodiment includes 10 kg of modified asphalt, 5 kg of water-soluble polymer sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 kg of stabilizing agent, 5 kg of curing agent, 5 kg of shrinkage reducing agent and 200 kg of stone material.
EXAMPLE III
The difference from the first embodiment is that a compound modified asphalt mixture comprises 7 kg of modified asphalt, 3 kg of water-soluble high-molecular sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 3 kg of stabilizing agent, 3 kg of curing agent, 3 kg of shrinkage reducing agent and 150 kg of stone material.

A preparation method of a composite modified asphalt mixture comprises the following steps:
A. stone surface treatment: soaking stone in water solution containing water soluble polymer sodium carboxymethyl cellulose for 24 hr and taking out;
B. heating the modified asphalt to 180 ℃ and 200 ℃, shearing the modified asphalt for 1 hour at the speed of 5000r/min by using a shearing machine, and then standing the modified asphalt for 1 hour at the temperature of 160 ℃;
C. and C, mixing the stone obtained in the step A and the modified asphalt obtained in the step B by using a stirrer, adding a curing agent, a shrinkage reducing agent and a stabilizing agent, and stirring at the temperature of 180 ℃ for 1 minute to obtain a final product.
