Abstract
The invention relates to a blanking machine table for detecting and preventing fool of material pipe loss and a control method thereof, wherein the blanking machine table comprises a material pipe loss fool-proofing device (7), the material pipe loss fool-proofing device (7) comprises a material pipe cover plate (7.1), a plurality of first through holes (7.2) are formed in the material pipe cover plate (7.1), a probe (7.3) penetrates through each first through hole (7.2), a probe bracket (7.5) is arranged on the material pipe cover plate (7.1), a plurality of second through holes (7.6) are formed in the probe bracket (7.5), a sensor bracket (7.8) is covered on the periphery of the probe bracket (7.5), and a sensor device (7.9) is arranged at the corresponding position of the probe (7.3) of the sensor bracket (7.8). The invention can ensure that the product can be pushed into the material pipe behind the material pipe on each guide rail, and if the material pipe of any guide rail is lost, the machine stops to alarm, thereby effectively avoiding the scrapping of the whole material pipe product caused by the loss of the material pipe.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a blanking machine table for detecting the loss of a material pipe and preventing fool and a control method thereof, belonging to the technical field of semiconductor packaging equipment.
Background
The single product after the die-cut shaping of encapsulation factory needs the turnover shipment of charging tube. An operator manually adds a plurality of material pipes into the material tray in sequence, and the material tray is automatically butted to the product discharging guide rail by a machine so that products can enter the material pipes. The die-cutting forming separation die separates the product from the whole product, the product enters the material pipe through the discharging rail until the material pipe is filled with a single product, and the next tray is replaced (as shown in fig. 1).
The material pipe has the following defects:
an operator manually adds a plurality of material pipes to the material tray, the phenomenon of few material pipes (as shown in figure 2) easily exists under human factors, products are pushed out of the material tray or the track, so that the products are scrapped due to the deformation, scratch and other abnormalities of outer pipe pins, the products gradually accumulated on the material tray are easily extruded to the adjacent material pipes, the yield of the products is influenced, and the production cost of the products is increased.
Therefore, how to prevent the problem of product damage and scrapping caused by less material tubes in the material tube turnover process of the punching machine table, and improving the product yield rate has become a problem to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a blanking machine table for detecting missing of material pipes and a control method thereof aiming at the prior art, so as to ensure that products can be pushed into the material pipes behind the material pipes on each guide rail, and if the material pipes on any guide rail are missing, the machine table is stopped to alarm, thereby effectively avoiding the rejection of the whole material pipe product caused by the missing of the material pipes.

Preferably, the sensor device comprises a sensor body, a groove is formed in the bottom of the sensor body, and a correlation sensor is arranged in the groove.
Preferably, the correlation sensor comprises an emitting end and a receiving end, and the emitting end and the receiving end are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the groove.

1. the invention can ensure that the product can be pushed into the material pipe behind the material pipe on each guide rail, and if the material pipe of any guide rail is lost, the machine stops to alarm, thereby effectively avoiding the scrapping of the whole material pipe product caused by the loss of the material pipe;
2. according to the invention, the material pipe missing detection fool-proofing device is additionally arranged above the material tray, when the material tray is connected and installed at the discharging guide rail, the material pipe missing detection device covers the material tray to enable the material pipe detection needles to completely press against the material pipes, the material pipe detection sensor can detect signals through the detection needle holes, the machine continues to operate, otherwise, if a material pipe does not exist under one detection needle, the detection signals of the sensor are not blocked by the detection needle, and the machine alarms and stops.

The working principle is as follows:
when the probe needle is supported to the material pipe cover plate upper surface by the limiting portion under the action of the telescopic force of the spring, the bottom of the probe needle extends out of the material pipe cover plate lower surface, the top of the probe needle extends out of the upper surface of the probe needle support and does not enter the groove of the sensor device, light rays of the correlation sensor are not shielded, the receiving end can receive the light rays, and the sensor outputs an electrical signal and a circuit path. Otherwise, when the top of the probe enters the groove of the sensor, the light of the correlation sensor is shielded by the probe, the receiving end cannot receive the light, the sensor cannot output an electric signal, and the circuit is broken.
The material pipe cover plate covers the tray, a plurality of material pipes are arranged in the tray, and the through holes in the material pipe cover plate correspond to the material pipes in the material tray one by one, namely the probe needles are pressed on the material pipes below.
