Background
Because the edge covering structure of the automobile skylight glass assembly part is complex, the technical requirement is strict, the appearance requirement is strict, and the PVC edge covering is easy to deform and cannot bear force, the requirements on a transportation and storage device are strict.
The existing automobile skylight glass assembly transportation and storage mode is mostly a layer frame made of iron square tubes, and the layer frame is combined with an air spring to enable an inner layer frame and an intermediate layer frame to have a turnover structure; the PVC wrapping edges can directly contact the wall of the square tube to bear force after displacement in the transportation process, and deformation is caused in the transportation and storage processes; in addition, the layer frame only fixes the glass in the vertical direction, the periphery of the layer frame cannot fix the glass, the glass cannot be safely and stably sent to a client and a storage place, and the old layer frame occupies a large space.
The layer frame structure has the advantages of fewer layers for storing the skylight glass, low space utilization rate and higher manufacturing cost.

As shown in fig. 4-5, the front end and the middle part of the left side and the right side of the supporting frame 5 are respectively provided with a roller mounting seat 13 to form a four-point supporting structure, one end of the roller mounting seat 13 is hinged on the supporting frame 5, the hinged part is provided with an elastic part 17 to have a buffering function, the other end of the roller mounting seat 13 is a threaded end 18, the roller 14 is mounted on the threaded end 18 through a threaded structure, the threaded end 18 is obliquely arranged to enable the roller 14 to be attached to the arc surface of the skylight glass, the lower side of the pressing frame 3 is also provided with four pressing rollers 6, and the pressing rollers 6 and the roller 14 can be made of PU materials to achieve a protection effect.
When loading the skylight glass, the pressing frame 3 is opened upwards, and all the supporting frames 5 are placed in an A state; four carrier rollers can be arranged on the bottom support structure 2, or the bottom support frame 5 is laid flat to be in a B state; placing the skylight glass on four carrier rollers on the bottom support structure 2 or on a horizontal bottommost layer support frame 5; the supporting frame 5 on the upper layer is laid flat to be in a B state; at the moment, the lower layer of carrier rollers support four points of the skylight glass, and the upper layer of carrier rollers press the four points at the same positions, so that the gravity center of the skylight glass is vertically downward and cannot slide to the periphery by matching with the cambered surface characteristic of the skylight glass; the skylight glass is sequentially stacked according to the method, the pressing frame 3 is covered until the skylight glass is placed on the supporting frame 5 on the uppermost layer, the pressing roller 6 presses the skylight glass on the uppermost layer, the placement is finished, and then the transportation can be started.
The press frame 3 may not be provided with the press roller 6, and in this case, the upper side of the uppermost support frame 5 is not laid with the ceiling glass.
