The ABS system separated from the tractor is formed by adopting the independent brake, the pressure controller and the ABS module, when the tractor is modified, the brake line of the original tractor can not be changed, the ABS system is added on the trailer, so that the trailer realizes the anti-locking brake function, the brake safety is improved, the tire abrasion is reduced, the risk caused by the tire abrasion is reduced, the vehicle modification cost is reduced, the safety risk caused by modifying a vehicle crude oil pipeline is avoided, meanwhile, the pressure is supplied by adopting an oil way, an electric inflating pump does not need to be additionally added, the noise is reduced, and the structural stability and the comfort of the vehicle are enhanced.

The ABS module comprises a wheel speed sensing module; the wheel speed sensing module comprises an ABS gear ring and a wheel speed sensor; the ABS gear ring and the wheel rotate synchronously; the wheel speed sensors are arranged at two ends of the rear axle and are suitable for detecting the rotation speed of the ABS gear ring.
The pressure controller adopts an electromagnetic valve group; the solenoid valve group comprises an oil inlet valve and an oil outlet valve, wherein the oil inlet valve is suitable for increasing the braking force, and the oil outlet valve is suitable for reducing the braking force.
And a brake hose is arranged between the pressure controller and the brake.
The synchronizer is connected with a brake pedal of the tractor, converts braking action into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the oil pressure braking oil tank.

A control method of a trailer ABS system for modification of a motor home comprises the following steps:

s33: the wheel speed sensor detects the wheel speed, when monitoring that the wheel is close to locking, transmits a signal to the ABS module, and the ABS module sends an instruction to open an oil outlet valve of the pressure controller, so that pressure reduction is realized, wheel end braking force is reduced, and wheel locking is prevented.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(4) The brake hose is arranged between the pressure controller and the brake, so that the brake force is transmitted to the brake shoe or the brake caliper of the automobile to generate the brake force, the brake is effective at any time, and the safety is higher.
(5) The invention receives and transmits the brake signal through the synchronizer connected with the brake pedal, does not need an additional device to start the trailer ABS system for refitting the motor home, can synchronously control the brakes of the tractor and the trailer by stepping on the brake, and is more convenient and safer compared with the traditional control mechanism.
(6) The power supply module is a rechargeable battery, and can be charged when the vehicle is started, so that the ABS system is prevented from being invalid due to power shortage.
(7) The invention judges the braking state through the synchronizer and controls the braking force through the ABS module, does not influence the original braking pipeline of the tractor, is flexible and convenient to control, and reduces the vehicle refitting cost.

And the power supply module 6 is used for supplying power to the pressure controller 2, the ABS module 3 and the electric signal-to-oil pressure braking oil tank 4. The power supply module 6 is a rechargeable battery and is connected with a charging circuit of the vehicle, so that the vehicle can be charged when started, and brake failure caused by power shortage is prevented.
The brake 1, the pressure controller 2, the ABS module 3 and the electric signal-to-oil pressure brake oil tank 4 are communicated through pipelines. The synchronizer 5 is electrically connected with the electric signal-to-oil pressure braking oil tank 4, so that the oil outlet pressure of the electric signal-to-oil pressure braking oil tank 4 can be flexibly adjusted according to the braking amplitude, and the control is convenient.
A brake hose 7 is arranged between the pressure controller 2 and the brake 1, so that the brake force is transmitted to a brake shoe or a brake caliper of the automobile to generate brake force, the brake is effective at any time, and the safety is higher.

S33: the wheel speed sensor 3-1 detects the wheel speed, when the wheel is detected to be close to locking, a signal is transmitted to the ABS module 3, the ABS module 3 sends an instruction to open an oil outlet valve of the pressure controller 2, pressure reduction is realized, the wheel end braking force is reduced, and the wheel locking is prevented.
The invention adopts the independent brake, the pressure controller and the ABS module to form the ABS system separated from the tractor, judges the brake state through the synchronizer and controls the brake force through the ABS module, when the tractor is modified, the brake circuit of the original tractor can not be changed, the ABS system is added on the trailer, so that the trailer realizes the anti-lock brake function, the brake safety is improved, the tire abrasion is reduced, the risk caused by the tire abrasion is reduced, the vehicle modification is also reduced, and the safety risk caused by the modification of a vehicle crude oil pipeline is avoided.
