(4) adding carboxylated-thiolated chitosan into sodium hydroxide water solution, stirring at 180rpm for 1.5 hr, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring for 10min, and uniformly spraying onto the surface of retinervus Luffae fructus sheet with spraying amount of 650g/m2Standing for 10 min; the mass ratio of the carboxylated-thiolated chitosan to the aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to the dimethyl sulfoxide is 11: 30: 70;
(5) uniformly spraying silver nitrate solution on the surface of the loofah sponge sheet, wherein the spraying amount is 70 g/m2Standing for 10 min;

Comparative example 1
Directly washing unmodified loofah sponge with deionized water, then soaking in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 2h, taking out, washing with deionized water, drying, and pressing into a sheet, namely the loofah sponge environment-friendly decorative sheet.
And (3) performance testing:
(1) antibacterial property: inoculating escherichia coli serving as a test strain on three agar culture media (respectively marked as samples 1, 2 and 3), then respectively and tightly attaching the samples 1 and 2 to the surfaces of the sheets of the example 5 and the comparative example 1, taking the sample 3 as a control, carrying out shaking culture at 35 ℃ under illumination, testing the concentration of viable bacteria (respectively marked as concentrations 1, 2 and 3) after 18h, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate; the bacteriostatic ratio of the example 5 sheet = (concentration 3-concentration 1)/concentration 3 × 100%, and the bacteriostatic ratio of the comparative example 1 sheet = (concentration 3-concentration 2)/concentration 3 × 100%, and the results are shown in table 1. It can be seen that: the bacteriostatic ability of the unmodified sheet is poor, and the bacteriostatic ability of the modified sheet is greatly improved;
(2) stain resistance: selecting an indoor open space, placing the sheets of the embodiment 5 and the comparative example 1 on the open space for fixing, randomly treading by the coming and going people for 7d, changing the positions of the sheets, randomly treading by the coming and going people for 7d, and observing the surface pollution condition of the two sheets at the moment, wherein figure 2 is a surface photo of the sheet prepared by the embodiment 5 after being treaded for 14d, and figure 3 is a surface photo of the sheet prepared by the comparative example 1 after being treaded for 14 d. It can be seen that: the surface contamination of the sheet of example 5 was insignificant, while the surface contamination of the sheet of comparative example 1 was significant, indicating that the formation of the chitosan/luffa crosslinked layer was advantageous in improving the stain resistance of the sheet.

Claims (8)

1. the preparation method of the bacteriostatic and stain-resistant green environment-friendly decorative sheet is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
(1) adding chitosan into a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring at the rotating speed of 150-200 rpm for 1-2 h, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring for 10min, heating to 60 ℃, adding an ethanol solution of o-mercaptobenzoic acid, continuously heating to 70-80 ℃, reacting for 4-6 h, cooling, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain thiolated chitosan;
(2) adding thiolated chitosan into a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring at a rotating speed of 150-200 rpm for 1-2 hours, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring for 10 minutes, adding a dimethyl sulfoxide solution of chloroacetic acid, stirring for 10 minutes, heating to 60-70 ℃, reacting for 5-6 hours, cooling, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain carboxylated-thiolated chitosan;
(3) cleaning retinervus Luffae fructus with deionized water, soaking in sodium hydroxide water solution for 2 hr, taking out, cleaning with deionized water, oven drying, and pressing into sheet;
(4) adding the carboxylated-sulfhydrylated chitosan into a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, stirring at the rotating speed of 150-200 rpm for 1-2 hours, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring for 10min, uniformly spraying the mixture on the surface of the loofah sponge sheet, and standing for 10 min;
(5) uniformly spraying silver nitrate solution on the surface of the loofah sponge sheet, and standing for 10 min;
(6) adding 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole dihydrogen phosphate and isoprene glycol into toluene, uniformly spraying the mixture on the surface of the loofah sponge sheet, heating the surface of the sheet to 120-130 ℃ by using microwaves, stopping heating after 2 hours, repeatedly cleaning the sheet by using deionized water, and drying to obtain the antibacterial and stain-resistant chitosan/loofah sponge green environment-friendly decorative sheet.
2. The preparation method of the bacteriostatic and stain-resistant green environmental-protection decorative sheet material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that:
the mass concentration of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is 5-8%;
the mass concentration of the ethanol solution of o-mercaptobenzoic acid is 3%;
the mass concentration of the dimethyl sulfoxide solution of chloroacetic acid is 20-25%;
the mass concentration of the silver nitrate solution is 1.5%.
