Abstract
The invention discloses a pipeline rust removing device for machinery, which comprises two fixing plates, an installation frame fixed between the two fixing plates through bolts and universal wheels fixed at the bottoms of the two fixing plates, wherein two sides of the upper parts of the two fixing plates are respectively provided with a sliding channel, screw rods are slidably arranged in the four sliding channels, one ends of the four screw rods, which are positioned on the outer sides of the two fixing plates, are sequentially sleeved with a cushion block and a rotating wheel, and one ends of the four screw rods, which are positioned on the inner sides of the two fixing plates, are connected with a same pressing plate with a rectangular structure through threads. The grinding roller can simultaneously grind the outer walls of a plurality of pipelines, so that the rust removing efficiency is improved, rust generated in the pipeline rust removing process falls into the collecting hopper, air in the collecting hopper can be sucked through the fan, the rust is sucked into the collecting chamber, the rust can be collected and treated, and the rust is prevented from polluting the surrounding environment.

Background
The pipeline refers to a device which is formed by connecting pipes, pipe connectors, valves and the like and used for conveying gas, liquid or fluid with solid particles, the pipeline for machinery is usually made of metal materials, wherein an iron pipeline is one of common parts in machining, due to the characteristic of iron elements, the iron pipeline is easy to generate iron rust if exposed in humid air for a long time, and therefore the rusted pipeline needs to be periodically polished, the traditional mode is that workers polish the pipeline by using sand paper, and the manual mode is low in working efficiency and not high in quality of polishing and derusting the pipeline; and the polishing rust removal device in the prior art can only polish one pipe at a time, and the polishing efficiency is lower.

The invention provides a mechanical pipeline rust removing device, which comprises two fixing plates, an installation frame fixed between the two fixing plates through bolts and universal wheels fixed at the bottoms of the two fixing plates, wherein two sides of the upper parts of the two fixing plates are respectively provided with a sliding channel, screw rods are respectively arranged in the four sliding channels in a sliding way, one ends of the four screw rods, which are positioned at the outer sides of the two fixing plates, are sequentially sleeved with a cushion block and a rotating wheel, one ends of the four screw rods, which are positioned at the inner sides of the two fixing plates, are connected with a same rectangular pressing plate through threads, the inner walls of the two sides of the installation frame are connected with transmission rods distributed at equal intervals through bearings, grinding rollers are sleeved on the transmission rods, one ends of the transmission rods, which penetrate through the installation frame, are sleeved with driven belt pulleys, the adjacent two driven belt, and a driving belt pulley is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor and is in transmission connection with one of the driven belt pulleys through a driving belt.
Preferably, threaded holes matched with the screws are formed in two sides of the outer walls of two sides of the pressing plate, and the length of each threaded hole is larger than that of each screw.
Preferably, the width of the spacer is greater than the width of the sliding channel.
Preferably, the bottom welding of installation frame has the collection fill, and the bottom of collecting the fill is connected with the collecting box through the connecting pipe.
Preferably, the top of the collecting box is provided with a feeding pipe connected with the connecting pipe, the inner wall of the collecting box is welded with a filter screen, the filter screen divides the collecting box into an installation chamber and a collection chamber located on one side of the installation chamber, the inner wall of the installation chamber is welded with a fan, and the inner wall of one side of the installation chamber, far away from the filter screen, is provided with an air outlet.
Preferably, the inner wall of the bottom of the collecting chamber is provided with a slope plate, the inner wall of one side of the collecting chamber, which is far away from the filter screen, is provided with a mounting opening, and the inner wall of the mounting opening is hinged with a discharge door.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. a pipeline is placed between the polishing roller and the pressing plate, the pressing plate is fixed after being pressed downwards, and the driving belt pulley, the driving belt and the driven belt pulley are driven to rotate by the motor, so that the polishing roller can polish the outer walls of a plurality of pipelines simultaneously, and the rust removal efficiency is improved;
2. rust bits that the pipeline rust cleaning in-process produced drop to collecting in the fill, can suck through the fan and collect the fill air, take out rust bits to collect indoor, can collect the processing to rust bits, avoid rust bits to pollute the surrounding environment.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a mechanical pipeline rust removing device comprises two fixing plates 1, an installation frame 2 fixed between the two fixing plates 1 through bolts and universal wheels fixed at the bottoms of the two fixing plates 1, wherein two sides of the upper parts of the two fixing plates 1 are respectively provided with a sliding channel 3, screw rods 4 are respectively and slidably installed in the four sliding channels 3, one ends of the four screw rods 4, which are positioned at the outer sides of the two fixing plates 1, are respectively and sequentially sleeved with a cushion block 5 and a rotating wheel 6, one ends of the four screw rods 4, which are positioned at the inner sides of the two fixing plates 1, are connected with a pressing plate 7 with the same rectangular structure through threads, transmission rods 8 which are distributed at equal intervals are connected on the inner walls of the two sides of the installation frame 2 through bearings, grinding rollers 9 are sleeved on the transmission rods 8, one end of the transmission rod 8, a motor 12 is fixed on the inner side wall of the fixing plate 1, a driving belt pulley 13 is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 12, and the driving belt pulley 13 is in transmission connection with one of the driven belt pulleys 10 through a driving belt 14.
According to the invention, threaded holes matched with the screw rods 4 are formed in two sides of the outer walls of two sides of the pressing plate 7, the length of each threaded hole is larger than that of each screw rod 4, the width of each cushion block 5 is larger than that of the sliding channel 3, the collecting hopper 15 is welded at the bottom of the mounting frame 2, the bottom of the collecting hopper 15 is connected with the collecting box 16 through the connecting pipe, a feeding pipe 17 connected with the connecting pipe is arranged at the top of the collecting box 16, the inner wall of the collecting box 16 is welded with the filter screen 18, the collecting box 16 is divided into a mounting chamber and a collecting chamber located on one side of the mounting chamber by the filter screen 18, a fan 19 is welded on the inner wall of the mounting chamber, an air outlet 20 is formed in the inner wall of one side, away from the filter screen 18, of the mounting chamber.

The pipeline rust removing device for the machinery as claimed in claim 1, wherein both sides of the outer walls of both sides of the pressure plate (7) are provided with threaded holes adapted to the screw rods (4), and the length of the threaded holes is greater than that of the screw rods (4).
