Claims (8)

1. A welding tool for a rear lower pull rod of an automobile is characterized by comprising a welding table, clamping mechanisms (3) arranged on the welding table and used for fixing a pull rod main body (1), pushing mechanisms (4) used for pushing two column sleeves (2) to two ends of the pull rod main body (1) respectively, and locking mechanisms (5) used for locking the current states of the pushing mechanisms (4), wherein each clamping mechanism (3) comprises a positioning mechanism (6) used for positioning the pull rod main body (1) and a rotating pressing mechanism (7) used for pressing the pull rod main body (1), the clamping mechanisms (3) are located in the middle of the top end of the welding table, each pushing mechanism (4) comprises a push-pull rod (8) and two feeding mechanisms (9) used for pushing the column sleeves (2), the two feeding mechanisms (9) are fixedly arranged at the tops of two ends of the welding table, each feeding mechanism (9) comprises a fixed supporting seat (10) and a carrier (11) used for connecting the column sleeves (2), the carriers (11) are movably arranged on the corresponding fixed supporting seats (10), two ends of the push-pull rod (8) are respectively connected with the two carriers (11), and two groups of locking mechanisms (5) are arranged on the two fixed supporting seats (10) respectively.

The welding tool for the rear lower pull rod of the automobile according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning mechanism (6) comprises a bottom plate (12), a rotating motor (13), a gear (14), two racks (15) and two strip-shaped positioning plates (16), wherein the bottom parts of the two ends of the bottom plate (12) are symmetrically and fixedly provided with supporting legs (17), the bottom plate (12) is horizontally arranged at the center of the top of the welding table, the two strip-shaped positioning plates are both horizontal and are attached to the top of the bottom plate (12), the two strip-shaped positioning plates (16) are parallel to each other, the two racks (15) are both attached to the bottom of the bottom plate (12), the two racks (15) are respectively and fixedly connected with the two strip-shaped positioning plates (16), the two racks (15) are parallel to each other and are both perpendicular to the strip-shaped positioning plates (16), the rotating motor (13) is vertically and fixedly, and its output shaft upwards passes welding bench and gear (14) fixed connection, gear (14) are located between two rack (15), two rack (15) mesh with gear (14) simultaneously, two rack (15) set up about the axis symmetry of gear (14), the symmetry is provided with two bar dodge groove (18) that are used for dodging two bar locating plate (16) and remove in opposite directions on bottom plate (12), bottom plate (12) are provided with the baffle that is arranged in preventing bar locating plate (16) from dodging groove (18) from the bar along the both sides of self length direction are fixed.
