The operation process is as follows: adjusting the positions of two limit plates 9 according to the length of the sewing needle, placing the sewing needle in the control range of the operation containing plate, preparing for operation, putting a straight sewing needle in the rectangular 11 space, stepping down a foot switch 18, pressing down a mould 17, continuing pressing down after contacting the sewing needle, pressing down the middle part of the sewing needle and an upper thimble together, simultaneously, because the diameter of the mould 17 is larger than the distance between the two rollers 7, the mould 17 pushes the guide rod 4 to retreat towards two sides through the rollers 7 and the flat plate 7, two ends of the sewing needle are lapped on the two rollers 7 and can not be pressed downwards, so that the sewing needle is bent, the foot switch 18 is released, the mould 17 retracts, the upper ejector rod and the roller 7 lose pressure, returning to the original position under the action of the longitudinal return spring 13 and the transverse return spring 5, popping the bent sewing needle under the action of the upper ejector pin, and stamping the next sewing needle.
