Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the chlorination dust collection slag processing apparatus of this application, including the sediment jar 1 that gathers dust, sediment liquid pool 2 and filter 3, be equipped with water inlet and gas vent on the cover of the sediment jar of gathering dust, gas vent department is connected with the blast pipe 11 that lets in 2 bottoms in sediment liquid pool, 1 bottoms in the sediment jar of gathering dust are equipped with the fluid-discharge tube 12 that lets in sediment liquid pool 2, still be equipped with the inlet tube 21 that supplies chlorination tail gas alkaline cleaning waste water to let in the sediment liquid pool 2 to and the sediment thick liquid pipe 22 that communicates with filter 3, be equipped with thick liquid pump 4 on the thick liquid pipe 22 of sediment.
The method for treating the chlorination dust collection slag by using the device comprises the following steps:
a. removing the dust collecting slag tank 1 filled with dust collecting slag from a chlorination dust collecting system, adding water from a water inlet to obtain a chlorination dust collecting slag aqueous solution, introducing waste gas containing a small amount of hydrogen chloride generated in the dissolving and reacting process into the bottom of a slag liquid pool through an exhaust pipe 11 under the pressure action, and discharging, wherein the hydrogen chloride in the waste gas is absorbed in the solution;
b. putting the water solution into a slag liquid pool 2 through a liquid discharge pipe 12, mixing with the sodium hypochlorite-containing solution introduced from a water inlet pipe 21, and reacting;
c. and after the reaction is finished, the mixed solution is introduced into a filter 3 by a slurry pump 4 for filtering, and finally iron-containing slag and brine are obtained by filtering, wherein the iron-containing slag is used as general industrial waste for stacking or comprehensive utilization, and the brine is returned to decompose dust-collecting slag or is evaporated and crystallized to prepare industrial salt.

After the slag liquid pool 2 is subjected to primary reaction, the supernatant can be pumped back to the dust collection slag tank 1 by a drainage pump 5 for recycling.
In order to enable a sufficiently rapid reaction of the solution in the slag bath 2, a stirrer 6 is provided in the slag bath 2. In order to improve the filtration efficiency, the filter 3 is a filter press.
Further, the filter 3 comprises a slag outlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is provided with a branch return pipe 31 communicated with a water inlet of the dust collection slag tank 1, and the branch return pipe 31 is provided with a valve 7. The brine obtained by filtering can be returned to the slag liquid pool for utilization according to requirements, and also can be directly added into a dust collection slag tank for decomposing dust collection slag or partially discharged to prepare industrial salt through evaporation and crystallization.
The method has the advantages that the iron-containing slag and the brine are prepared from the chlorinated dust-collecting slag by adopting the characteristic equipment and the treatment process, the iron-containing slag can be stockpiled and utilized, the brine can be evaporated and crystallized to recover the salt, the treatment method is simple, the chlorinated dust-collecting slag and the wastewater containing hypochlorite are comprehensively treated and utilized, the environmental protection problem caused by the conventional chlorinated dust-collecting slag treatment mode is well solved, and the method has good practicability and economic and social values.
