Background

However, due to the fact that technologies of a plurality of video monitoring systems are not uniform and management of video storage and video information is not standard, a service system needs video services of different manufacturers, and a uniform standard and an interface standard are lacked, so that interconnection and intercommunication among various video monitoring systems cannot be achieved, serious resource waste is generated, high-level application construction requirements of the service system cannot be met, and development and maintenance costs are high.

In order to solve the problems, the invention constructs an advanced and unified video terminal access standard to form a specific video streaming media access platform in the power industry, constructs standard power video terminal equipment by combining the latest streaming media transmission and compression methods, and uniformly provides streaming media access service for other business system application functions, so that business system developers get rid of complicated terminal access troubles of various manufacturers, concentrate on the development of the application functions, provide convenience for the later upgrading and expansion of the power video terminal, and better serve the video streaming media technology in the power industry.

Embodiment 1 is a preferred embodiment of an electric power video monitoring video networking platform of the present invention, and a schematic structural diagram of the embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and the embodiment includes a streaming media access module, a video data storage module, a video data digitization processing module, and a third party service access module, where the streaming media access module accesses a video streaming media device and stores video data recorded by the device in the video data storage module, and the video data digitization processing module calls video data stored by the video data storage module, performs coding, decoding, searching, and playing operations, and can call video data coded and decoded in third party service application accessed by the third party service access module.
In the power video monitoring video networking platform, the streaming media access module comprises a registration center, a streaming media access interface, a protocol conversion module and an internal and external network interaction gateway, wherein the streaming media access interface is used for accessing video terminals of various manufacturers and transmitting acquired video information and terminal coordinates to a video data storage module; the registration center is used for registering a protocol used by video information accessed by the streaming media access interface, ensuring that the accessed video information can be stably transmitted, achieving the effect of real-time monitoring, identifying the authority of a video terminal accessed by the streaming media access interface and limiting the accessed video content; the protocol conversion module is used for converting a transmission protocol used by the accessed video information with authority, and the transmission protocol is uniformized so as to facilitate the transmission of the video information in the platform; and the internal and external network interactive gateway is used for transmitting the accessed video information to the video data storage module for storage and monitoring the used data traffic.
In the power video monitoring video networking platform, the stream media access interface can be accessed to a private SDK terminal of a video terminal manufacturer and a video terminal based on a GB28181 protocol, for the private SDK terminal, a registration center in the stream media access module can register the private SDK terminal, and the private transmission protocol is converted into a specified video transmission protocol.
In the power video monitoring video networking platform, the protocol conversion module can convert a video transmission protocol into an RTMP, an HLS or an HTTP-FLV video transmission protocol.
In the electric power video monitoring video networking platform, the video data digital processing module comprises: the video processing module is used for coding and decoding the video information stored by the video data storage module, converting the video information into a structured monitoring video and facilitating playing, calling and storing; the video retrieval module is used for retrieving the structured monitoring video and calling the required monitoring video according to the time, the position or other characteristics of the video; the video playing module is used for playing the called monitoring video; the video analysis module is used for carrying out image recognition on the video image, analyzing the content in the video image and providing various third-party service applications for the analysis result of the video image through the third-party service access module; the video monitoring module is used for monitoring possible abnormal conditions according to the contents in the images obtained by the analysis of the video analysis module and sending an alarm to the staff when the abnormal conditions are detected.
In an embodiment, the video processing module may provide video coding functions including H264 based video coding functions, H265 based video coding functions and AAC based audio coding functions to provide better quality video.
In an embodiment, the third party service access module includes: the system comprises an open API gateway and a video playing service interface based on the Rest API standard, wherein the open API gateway is used for opening a standard transmission mode to a third party so as to support the API to be adapted to an external terminal and realize standardized data transmission between the external terminal and a platform; the interface for providing video playing based on the Rest API standard enables an external terminal to use the video playing service through a request of a standard Rest mode, and enables third-party service application to use the video playing service.
In this embodiment, the external terminal includes a mobile terminal, an internet third party system, and an internet of things system, and a third party service provider may develop a third party application on the external terminal and access the power video monitoring video networking platform in this embodiment to provide more relevant application services.
