Abstract

The present invention provides an electronic device, including: a housing; the display module comprises a plane display part and a curved surface display part, the curved surface display part is connected to the side edge of the plane display part, the curved surface display part extends towards the direction deviating from the first display surface of the plane display part in a bending way and is connected with the shell, and a metal base layer is arranged on one side of the display module deviating from the first display surface; a conductive member electrically connecting the metal base layer and a ground structure of the electronic device; the antenna is electrically connected with the conductive piece. This reduces the risk of interference between the transmitter and the receiver of the antenna, which in turn improves the transmission and reception performance of the antenna of the electronic device.

Background
With the development of communication technology, the performance of antennas of electronic devices such as mobile phones is better and better, and in order to meet the performance requirements of antennas, the grounding requirements of antennas are higher and higher. At present, in order to ensure the use performance of the electronic device, especially considering the condition that the electronic device falls, a certain gap is reserved between the screen and the shell in order to ensure that a sufficient buffer distance exists between the screen and the shell of the electronic device. However, the arrangement of the gap greatly reduces the grounding performance of the antenna, and further reduces the receiving performance of the whole antenna.
Therefore, the antenna of the conventional electronic equipment has the problem of poor grounding effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides electronic equipment, which can solve the problem that an antenna of the existing electronic equipment is poor in grounding effect.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:

a conductive member electrically connecting the metal base layer and the ground structure;
the antenna is electrically connected with the conductive piece.
In the embodiment of the invention, the metal base layer arranged on the display module is electrically connected with the grounding structure of the electronic equipment through the conductive piece, so that the grounding state of the display module can be effectively improved, and the antenna is grounded through electrically connecting the antenna with the conductive piece, namely, the antenna is electrically connected with the grounding structure through the conductive piece electrically connected with the metal base layer, so that the aim of improving the grounding state of the antenna is fulfilled. By the arrangement, the risk of interference between the transmitter and the receiver of the antenna can be reduced, and the transmitting performance and the receiving performance of the antenna of the electronic equipment are improved.

In this embodiment, the metal base layer 30 disposed on the display module 20 is electrically connected to the grounding structure 50 of the electronic device through the conductive member 40, so that the grounding state of the display module 20 can be effectively improved, and the antenna is grounded through electrically connecting the antenna to the conductive member 40, that is, through a conductive member electrically connected to the metal base layer 30, so as to achieve the electrical connection between the antenna and the grounding structure 50, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the grounding state of the antenna. By the arrangement, the risk of interference between the transmitter and the receiver of the antenna can be reduced, and the transmitting performance and the receiving performance of the antenna of the electronic equipment are improved.
The metal base layer 30 may be a copper foil layer, and covers a side of the display module 20 away from the display module 20, and the thickness range of the metal base layer may be 0.025-0.035 mm; alternatively, the thickness of the metal base layer may be 0.03 mm.
The display module 20 in this embodiment may be a curved display module, and includes a flat display portion 21 and a curved display portion 22 located at a side edge of the flat display portion 21, where the curved display portion 22 is located at a side surface of the electronic device.
The side surface of the electronic device may be entirely set as the curved surface display part 22, that is, the curved surface display part 22 is set to cover the side surface of the electronic device; the curved display portion 22 may also be provided on a side portion of the electronic device, that is, a middle frame, such as a metal middle frame, may also be provided on a side of the electronic device, so that an antenna may be provided on the middle frame of the electronic device.
Alternatively, the casing 10 includes a rear cover 11 and a middle frame 12, the curved display part 22 is connected to the rear cover 11 through the middle frame 12, one end of the conductive member 40 is electrically connected to the metal base layer 30, and the other end extends to the middle frame 12 and is electrically connected to a grounding structure 50 disposed on the middle frame 12.
In this embodiment, in the case where the side surface of the electronic device does not entirely cover the curved display portion 22, the conductive member 40 may be extended to the middle frame 12 on which the ground structure 50 of the electronic device is disposed, so as to electrically connect the conductive member 40 and the ground structure 50. By extending the conductive member 40 to the middle frame 12 and electrically connecting the conductive member to the grounding structure provided on the middle frame 12, the extending length of the conductive member 40 can be shortened and the material consumption of the conductive member 40 can be reduced.
Further optionally, the first accommodating space 121 may be disposed on the middle frame 12, and a sub-display portion (not shown) may be disposed in the first accommodating space 121 to increase a display effect of the middle frame 12 of the electronic device.
Wherein, the sub-display part is connected with the side edge of the curved display part 22 far away from the first display surface 211; and the sub-display part may also be a display part formed by extending from the side edge of the curved display part 22 toward the first accommodating space 121, so as to improve the display effect of the side surface of the electronic device.
Moreover, the sub-display portion may be a touch display portion, and may perform a function related to the electronic device by receiving an input operation of a user with respect to the sub-display portion. The sub-display part can realize the functions of side keys of the electronic equipment, such as power on and power off, volume adjustment and the like; the information such as time and weather can be displayed on the sub-display part, so that the time and weather can be prevented from being checked by starting the main screen (namely, the flat panel display part 21), and the electric quantity required for checking the information such as the time and weather can be reduced.
The display contents of the sub-display unit include, but are not limited to, the above-mentioned information such as time and weather, and may be other presentation information; for example, when a short message is received, the message can be displayed on the sub-display unit to prompt the user.
Optionally, a second accommodating space 122 may be further disposed on the middle frame 12, and a functional device (not shown) may be disposed in the second accommodating space 122, where the functional device is electrically connected to a main board of the electronic device, so as to implement a function of the functional device.
Wherein, the functional device can be a warning light, an infrared sensor and the like. Therefore, the prompt lamp and the infrared inductor are arranged in the second accommodating space 122 on the middle frame 12, and the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment can be improved compared with that of the electronic equipment arranged on one side of the first display surface 211 of the electronic equipment.
The middle frame 12 in this embodiment may be a metal middle frame, and in the case that the middle frame 12 is a metal middle frame, the middle frame may include a metal inner frame (not shown) and a metal outer frame (not shown), and the radiation branch of the antenna may be disposed on the metal outer frame to implement the radiation function of the antenna; the ground structure 50 may be disposed on a metal inner frame.
Furthermore, an antenna break (not shown) is disposed on the metal outer frame to optimize the radiation performance of the antenna.
It should be noted that the first accommodating space 121 and the second accommodating space 122 may be an antenna break disposed on the metal outer frame, or may be a break disposed at another position of the metal outer frame.
In addition, a decorative part can be arranged in the antenna fracture to improve the aesthetic degree of the antenna fracture of the metal outer frame. The decorative member may be glass, a prism, or the like.
In the case that the middle frame 12 is provided with the first accommodating space 121 or the second accommodating space 122, the conductive member 40 may also partially extend to the first accommodating space 121 or the second accommodating space 122, so as to reduce the space occupied by the conductive member 40 in the internal space of the electronic device.
Alternatively, the housing 10 includes a rear cover 11, the curved display part 22 is connected to the rear cover 11, one end of the conductive member 40 is electrically connected to the metal base layer 30, and the other end extends to the rear cover 11 and is electrically connected to a grounding structure 50 disposed on the rear cover 11.
In the present embodiment, in a case where the side surface of the electronic device is completely covered by the curved display portion 22, the ground structure 50 of the electronic device may be disposed on the rear cover 11 to electrically connect the conductive member 40 and the ground structure 50. By covering the curved surface display portion 22 on the side surface of the electronic device, the display area of the curved surface display portion 22 on the side surface of the electronic device can be increased, so that the curved surface display portion 22 can display more contents, and the display effect of the curved surface display portion 22 is improved.
The grounding structure 50 may be a grounding pad disposed on a circuit board 60 of the electronic device, and the circuit board 60 is disposed on the rear cover 11. In the case of the grounding structure 50 being a grounding pad on the circuit board 60, the conductive member 40 may be a metal dome for electrically connecting the grounding pad on the circuit board 60 and the metal base layer 30.
Alternatively, the conductive member 40 may be an extension extending from the first side edge of the metal base layer 30 toward one side of the housing 10, that is, the conductive member 40 is an extension extending from the first side edge of the metal base layer 30; and the first side edge is disposed flush with a side edge of the curved display portion 22 away from the first display surface 211.
In this embodiment, the conductive element 40 and the metal base layer 30 are integrated, so that the integrity of the conductive element 40 and the metal base layer 30 can be effectively improved, and the grounding effect of the antenna can be further improved.
In the case that the conductive members 40 and the metal base layer 30 are integrated, a plurality of conductive members 40 may be disposed to improve the stability of grounding between the metal base layer 30 and the grounding structure 50, and the antenna may be electrically connected to only one of the conductive members 40 to improve the grounding effect of the antenna, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the transmitting performance and the receiving performance of the antenna of the electronic device.

a conductive member electrically connecting the metal base layer and the ground structure;
the antenna is electrically connected with the conductive piece.

The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a rear cover and a middle frame, the curved display portion is connected to the rear cover through the middle frame, the ground structure is disposed on the middle frame, one end of the conductive member is electrically connected to the metal base layer, and the other end of the conductive member extends to the middle frame and is electrically connected to the ground structure.

The electronic device according to claim 2, wherein the middle frame is provided with a first accommodating space, the display module further comprises a sub-display part partially located in the first accommodating space, and the sub-display part is connected with a side edge of the curved display part, which is far away from the first display surface.
