Abstract
The invention provides a three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string which is characterized by comprising two ground wire composite insulators and two coupling plates which are arranged side by side; one end of each of the two ground wire composite insulators is respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the two linking plates; a hanging point fitting is arranged in the middle of the other side of the two connecting plates; the two link plates are also respectively and symmetrically provided with a first UL-type hanging ring at two sides of the fixing point of the hanging point hardware fitting; the other ends of the two ground wire composite insulators are respectively connected with the pre-twisted wire protecting strips through corresponding suspension wire clamps; the hanging point hardware fitting and the two first UL-shaped hanging rings are respectively connected with a wire hanging bracket of a tower ground wire bracket. The invention effectively improves the reliability of the power transmission line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of overhead transmission lines, in particular to a three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string.
Background
At present, when a 110kV overhead transmission line crosses important power lines, railways, expressways and first-level highways, a ground wire string needs to adopt a duplex string, wherein part of railway and expressway departments require that the ground wire string needs to adopt two or more hanging points. The existing ground wire insulators are of a single hanging point type, namely, the existing ground wire insulators are connected with an iron tower only through one hanging point hardware fitting and cannot meet the requirements of related departments. Once the hanging point hardware is broken or damaged, the ground wire is easy to fall off, and the normal operation of the crossed facility is further influenced. In the prior art, two single-connection ground wire suspension insulator strings are commonly used to form a set of double-hanging-point double-connection ground wire suspension insulator string, and the double-hanging-point double-connection ground wire suspension insulator string has the following defects: when the difference of the suspension angles of the ground wires on two sides of the tower is large, one single-connection ground wire suspension insulator bears small load or is not stressed, the other single-connection ground wire suspension insulator bears large or even all load, and the ground wires are easily abraded or even fall off due to uneven stress.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the reliability of a power transmission line is effectively improved.
The invention provides a three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string which is characterized by comprising two ground wire composite insulators and two coupling plates which are arranged side by side; one end of each of the two ground wire composite insulators is respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the two linking plates; a hanging point fitting is arranged in the middle of the other side of the two connecting plates; the two link plates are also respectively and symmetrically provided with a first UL-type hanging ring at two sides of the fixing point of the hanging point hardware fitting; the other ends of the two ground wire composite insulators are respectively connected with the pre-twisted wire protecting strips through corresponding suspension wire clamps; the hanging point hardware fitting and the two first UL-shaped hanging rings are respectively connected with a wire hanging bracket of a tower ground wire bracket.
In the technical scheme, hanging plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a rod piece of the wire hanging bracket respectively, and first hanging holes matched with the first UL-shaped hanging rings are formed in the hanging plates; the middle part of the rod piece of the wire hanging bracket is also provided with a second hanging hole matched with the hanging point hardware fitting; the axes of the first hanging hole and the second hanging hole are parallel.
In the technical scheme, the device further comprises two first U-shaped hanging rings which are vertically connected, wherein one first U-shaped hanging ring is connected with the hanging point hardware fitting, and the other first U-shaped hanging ring is connected with the two linking plates.
In the above technical solution, a second U-shaped suspension loop, a DB-shaped adjustment plate, a third U-shaped suspension loop, and a second UL-shaped suspension loop are sequentially connected between the two first UL-shaped suspension loops and the duplex plate.

The invention is used for crossing important power lines, railways, expressways and first-level roads, is beneficial to improving the safety and reliability of the lines, ensures the normal operation of crossed important facilities and reduces the safety risk. The invention adopts a three-hanging-point mode to connect with a tower, wherein a hanging-point hardware fitting is used as a main hanging point, and a first UL-type hanging ring is used as a standby hanging point. In the conventional condition, the main hanging point bears the load of the ground wire, and the ground wire suspension string can swing freely and is stressed reasonably. When the main hanging point hardware tool breaks down due to severe weather, 2 standby hanging points take effect immediately, and the risk that the ground wire falls off to influence the normal operation of crossed important facilities is reduced. After the fault occurs, the suspension insulator string of the ground wire is increased by 300mm, so that the unbalanced tension on two sides of the tangent tower is reduced, and the reliability of the power transmission line is improved. The invention is provided with the double wire clamps connected with the ground wire, the double plates can swing freely, the invention is suitable for the condition that the difference of the suspension angles at two sides of the ground wire is large, and the stress balance at two sides can be ensured. The hanging wire support of the tower ground wire support is matched with the three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string for use, the stress conditions of the two working modes are consistent, and the tower can bear the loads of the two working modes. In addition, the invention has simple and clear structure, is suitable for important cross spanning sections of the built engineering, has less reconstruction engineering amount and is easy to implement.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string, which is characterized by comprising two ground wire composite insulators 1 and two coupling plates 2 which are arranged side by side; one end of each of the two ground wire composite insulators 1 is respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the two linking plates 2; a hanging point hardware fitting 4 is arranged in the middle of the other side of the second yoke plate 2; the two link plates 2 are also symmetrically provided with first UL-shaped hanging rings 5 on two sides of a fixing point of the hanging point hardware fitting 4 respectively; the other ends of the two ground wire composite insulators 1 are respectively connected with a pre-twisted wire protecting strip 6 through corresponding suspension clamps 3; the hanging point hardware fitting 4 and the two first UL-shaped hanging rings 5 are respectively connected with a hanging wire support of a tower ground wire support. Hanging plates 15 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a rod piece 14 of the wire hanging bracket respectively, and first hanging holes 16 matched with the first UL-shaped hanging rings 5 are formed in the hanging plates 15; the middle part of the rod piece 14 of the wire hanging bracket is also provided with a second hanging hole 17 matched with the hanging point hardware fitting 4; the axes of the first hanging hole and the second hanging hole are parallel.
According to the invention, the connection of the insulator string and the tower is realized through the connection of the second hanging hole 17 and the hanging point hardware fitting 4 and the connection of the first hanging hole 16 and the first UL-type hanging ring 5. The hanging point hardware fitting 4 is used as a main hanging point, and the two hanging points and the first UL-type hanging ring 5 are used as standby hanging points. In the conventional condition, the main hanging point bears the load of the ground wire, and the ground wire suspension string can swing freely and is stressed reasonably. When the main hanging point hardware fitting 4 breaks down due to severe weather, the two standby hanging points take effect immediately, and the risk that the ground wire falls off to influence the normal operation of crossed important facilities is reduced. The lower part of the second yoke plate 2 is provided with 2U-shaped hanging rings which are used for being connected with the insulator; the insulator string is connected with the ground wire through a double-wire clamp; the two-link plate 2 can swing freely, is suitable for the condition that the difference of suspension angles on two sides of the ground wire is large, and can ensure the stress balance on the two sides. And the wire hanging bracket of the tower ground wire bracket is matched with the three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string for use. The ground wire bracket hanging point bracket has two working modes: the main hanging point works, and 2 hanging points are reserved; the main hanging point is in failure, and 2 standby hanging points work. The stress conditions of the two working modes are consistent, and the tower can bear the loads of the two working modes.
In the above technical scheme, the hanging device further comprises two first U-shaped hanging rings 8 which are vertically connected, wherein one first U-shaped hanging ring 8 is connected with the hanging point hardware fitting 4, and the other first U-shaped hanging ring 8 is connected with the two link plates 2. And a second U-shaped hanging ring 9, a DB-shaped adjusting plate 10, a third U-shaped hanging ring 11 and a second UL-shaped hanging ring 12 are sequentially connected between the two first UL-shaped hanging rings 5 and the two link plates 2 respectively. The hanging point hardware fitting 4 and the two first UL-type hanging rings 5 are connected with the two linking plates 2 in different modes, the lengths of the adopted connecting pieces are different, connection with different positions on a tower is achieved, the standby hanging points are located on two sides of the main hanging point, and connection effectiveness of the 2 standby hanging points is guaranteed after the main hanging point fails.
In the above technical scheme, one end of the insulator is connected with the second yoke plate 2 through the fourth U-shaped suspension loop 13. The other end of the insulator is connected with the suspension clamp 3 with the hanging plate through the right-angle hanging plate 7 in sequence for realizing the effective connection of the insulator 1.
The hanging point hardware fitting 4 is EB-21/16 in model number; the first U-shaped suspension loop is U-16 in model; the type 2 of the double-link plate is L-1640G; the model of the second and third U-shaped hanging rings 11 is U-10; the model of the ground wire composite insulator 1 is FXBZW- +/-20/120; the right-angle hanging plate 7 is ZS-10 in model number; the model of the suspension clamp 3 (with a hanging plate) is XGJ-3G; the model of the pre-twisted line protecting strip 6 is FYH-100 BG; the types of all UL-type hanging rings are UL-10; the model of the DB type adjusting plate 10 is DB-10.

A three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string is characterized by comprising two ground wire composite insulators and two coupling plates which are arranged side by side; one end of each of the two ground wire composite insulators is respectively fixed at two ends of one side of the two linking plates; a hanging point fitting is arranged in the middle of the other side of the two connecting plates; the two link plates are also respectively and symmetrically provided with a first UL-type hanging ring at two sides of the fixing point of the hanging point hardware fitting; the other ends of the two ground wire composite insulators are respectively connected with the pre-twisted wire protecting strips through corresponding suspension wire clamps; the hanging point hardware fitting and the two first UL-shaped hanging rings are respectively connected with a wire hanging bracket of a tower ground wire bracket; hanging plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a rod piece of the wire hanging bracket respectively, and first hanging holes matched with the first UL-shaped hanging rings are formed in the hanging plates; the middle part of the rod piece of the wire hanging bracket is also provided with a second hanging hole matched with the hanging point hardware fitting; the axes of the first hanging hole and the second hanging hole are parallel; the hanging device further comprises two first U-shaped hanging rings which are vertically connected, wherein one first U-shaped hanging ring is connected with the hanging point hardware fitting, and the other first U-shaped hanging ring is connected with the two linking plates.

The three-suspension-point ground wire suspension insulator string of claim 1, wherein a second U-shaped suspension loop, a DB-shaped adjusting plate, a third U-shaped suspension loop and a second UL-shaped suspension loop are sequentially connected between the two first UL-shaped suspension loops and the two link plates respectively.
3. The three-suspension-point ground wire suspension insulator string of claim 2, wherein one end of the insulator is connected to the gusset via a fourth U-shaped suspension loop.
4. The three-hanging-point ground wire suspension insulator string according to claim 3, wherein the other end of the insulator is connected with the suspension clamp with the hanging plate through a right-angle hanging plate in sequence.
