And extracting the area (or size) and shape change characteristics of each projection in the change process, comparing the extracted characteristics with preset gesture characteristics to obtain the similarity of the two characteristics, and determining that the user makes a preset gesture if the similarity is greater than the preset similarity. For example: when a user makes a ' V ' gesture at the upper right corner in the infrared detection matrix network, the projection positions of the user's hands are sequentially obtained according to the sequence of detection time, and then are shifted downwards and then are shifted upwards.
The method for acquiring coordinates of each infrared intersection point corresponding to the outline of the defect area of the infrared detection matrix network at the plurality of sampling time points may specifically include: determining a plurality of target infrared receiving tubes at sampling time points and corresponding target infrared transmitting tubes according to infrared receiving information of the infrared receiving tubes, wherein the target infrared receiving tubes are infrared receiving tubes which do not receive (or receive) infrared rays transmitted by the corresponding infrared transmitting tubes; acquiring a first coordinate of each target infrared receiving tube and a second coordinate of each target infrared transmitting tube at each sampling time point; and obtaining a third coordinate of the infrared intersection point corresponding to the outline of the defect area in the infrared detection matrix network at each sampling time point according to the obtained first coordinate and the second coordinate.
The preset coordinate system is a rectangular coordinate system established by taking the vertex of any vertex angle of the infrared detection matrix network or the material box storage area of the dispensing equipment as the origin of coordinates. The first coordinate may be determined according to a correspondence between identification information of the target infrared receiving tube, preset identification information of each infrared receiving tube, and each coordinate on the coordinate system, and the second coordinate may be determined according to the first coordinate and a distance between each preset infrared receiving tube and the corresponding infrared transmitting tube.
S302, when detecting that a user makes a preset gesture on an infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, detecting the operation behavior of the user in real time according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube;
if the gesture is made at a preset position and the characteristics of the gesture are matched with the preset characteristics, it is determined that the user is detected to make the preset gesture on the infrared detection matrix network, or if the gesture is made at the preset position or the characteristics of the gesture are matched with the second preset characteristics, it is determined that the user is detected to make the preset gesture on the infrared detection matrix network.
When the fact that the user carries out preset gestures on the infrared detection matrix network is detected, the operation behaviors of the user can be detected in real time according to the first change information.
Specifically, the manner of detecting the operation behavior of the user in real time according to the first variation information refers to the manner of detecting the preset gesture described in the above step S301. And then, according to the projection of each sampling time point, obtaining a change process of the projection, and determining the detected user behavior according to the change process. And will not be described in detail herein.
S303, if the operation behavior is detected within a preset time, determining a target position pointed by the operation behavior according to the infrared ray receiving information;
specifically, second change information of the infrared detection matrix network within a preset time length before the behavior of taking the material bag is finished is obtained according to the infrared receiving information; and determining a target material box pointed by the action of taking the material bag by the user according to the acquired second change information. The prompt information is used for prompting a user to confirm the error information, and different corrected results correspond to different updating rules;

In one example, firstly, according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, detecting whether a user makes a preset gesture in an infrared detection matrix network, detecting that the user makes a gesture 'x' on the upper left corner of the infrared detection matrix network, further according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, detecting the operation behavior of the user in real time, detecting that the user is in a material taking box, according to the corresponding relation between the preset different user behaviors and the different user gestures, determining that the user behavior corresponding to the gesture 'x' made on the upper left corner of the infrared detection matrix network is a material taking bag, judging that the operation behavior is not the user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, outputting error reason confirmation information, prompting the user to confirm whether the gesture is wrong or the behavior is wrong, wherein the error reason confirmation information can be displayed on a touch screen of the dispensing device, popping up a correction window, prompting a user to confirm whether the gesture error or the behavior error is caused by selecting a virtual button in the correction window, and updating target inventory data in inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the terminal of the internet of things according to the detected updating rule corresponding to the operation behavior according to infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube when the user selects the confirmation of the gesture error; when the user selects the wrong behavior, prompt information for enabling the user to perform the correct operation behavior again can be displayed on the touch screen, or voice prompt information for enabling the user to perform the correct operation behavior again is played through a broadcasting device of the issuing equipment, and the operation behavior of the user is continuously detected in real time according to infrared ray receiving information of the infrared receiving tubes.
In this embodiment, after the target inventory data is updated, the updated target inventory data may be output according to a preset output mode, for example: outputting the updated target inventory data to a display screen of the issuing equipment so as to display the target inventory data to a user through the display screen; or outputting the updated target inventory data to other equipment storing the inventory data of the issuing equipment so as to realize data synchronization; or, the updated target inventory data is sent to the terminal device of the administrator by means of mail, short message, or instant message, such as: the mobile phone, the personal computer and the like of the administrator to inform the administrator that the stock of the material package is changed.
In the embodiment, when the user is detected to make a preset gesture on the infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, the operation behavior of the user is detected in real time according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, if the operation behavior is detected within a preset time, the target position pointed by the operation behavior is determined according to the infrared receiving information, the target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the internet of things terminal is updated according to the updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture, the target inventory data and the target position have the incidence relation, automatic statistics of the issuing quantity of the material packages is realized, the convenience and the accuracy of the statistics of the issuing quantity of the material packages are improved, the material management efficiency is further improved, and the issuing equipment has higher intelligence and practicability.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device can be used for implementing the intelligent inventory data updating method provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 4. The electronic device may be the controller of the intelligent terminal issuing device of the internet of things shown in fig. 1, or a functional module running in the controller, as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes: a detection module 501, a positioning module 502, and a data update module 503.
The detection module 501 is configured to detect, in real time, an operation behavior of a user according to infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube when it is detected that the user makes a preset gesture on the infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube;
a positioning module 502, configured to determine, according to the infrared receiving information, a target position to which the operation behavior points if the operation behavior is detected within a preset time period;
the data updating module 503 is configured to update target inventory data in inventory data of the internet of things terminal intelligent issuing device according to an updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture, where the target inventory data and the target position have an association relationship.
Further, the electronic device further includes:
a determining module 504, configured to obtain first change information of the infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared receiving information; judging whether the user makes a gesture at a preset position of the infrared detection matrix network according to the acquired first change information, and analyzing whether the characteristics of the gesture are matched with preset characteristics; and if the gesture is made at the preset position and the characteristics of the gesture are matched with the preset characteristics, determining that the user is detected to make the preset gesture in the infrared detection matrix network.
The determining module 504 is further configured to obtain first change information of the infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared receiving information; judging whether the user makes a gesture in the infrared detection matrix network or not according to the acquired first change information; if the user makes a gesture on the infrared detection matrix network, judging whether the gesture is made at a preset position or not, or analyzing whether the characteristics of the gesture are matched with preset characteristics or not; and if the gesture is made at the preset position, or the characteristics of the gesture are matched with first preset characteristics, determining that the user is detected to make the preset gesture in the infrared detection matrix network.
The detecting module 501 is further configured to detect, in real time, the operation behavior of the user according to the first change information.
Further, the electronic device further includes: a judgment module 505;
a determining module 505, configured to determine, according to correspondence between preset different user behaviors and different user gestures, whether the operation behavior is a user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, where the user behavior includes: a act of removing the material pack, and an act of placing the material pack; if the operation behavior is judged to be the user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, triggering a data updating module 503 to execute the updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture, and updating target inventory data in inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the internet of things terminal; if the operation behavior is judged not to be the user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, error reason confirmation information is output;
the data updating module 503 is further configured to update target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing device of the internet of things terminal according to the error reason confirmed by the user based on the error reason confirmation information.
The data updating module 503 is specifically configured to update the target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing device of the internet of things terminal according to the detected update rule corresponding to the operation behavior when the user confirms that the gesture is wrong; when the user confirms that the behavior is wrong, the detection module 501 is triggered to detect the operation behavior of the user in real time according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube.
Further, the positioning module 502 is further configured to obtain, according to the infrared ray receiving information, second change information of the infrared ray detection matrix network before the operation behavior is ended; and determining the target position according to the acquired second change information.
Further, the data updating module 503 is specifically configured to, when the preset gesture corresponds to a behavior of taking out a material package, delete the inventory data of the material package, in the inventory data, to which the behavior of taking out the material package points, according to a preset reduction amount; when the preset gesture corresponds to a behavior of taking out a material box, deleting the stock data of the material box pointed by the behavior of taking out the material box in the stock data; and when the preset gesture corresponds to the action of putting in the material box, adding the material data of the material box pointed by the action of putting in the material box into the inventory data.
The data updating module 503 is specifically configured to, when the preset gesture corresponds to a behavior of placing the material box, determine whether code scanning result data sent by a code scanner is received before the operation behavior of the user is detected in real time according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube; if the code scanning result data are received, correlating the code scanning result data with a target position pointed by the action of putting in the material box, and adding the code scanning result data, the target position and the correlation between the code scanning result data and the target position into the inventory data as the material data; if the code scanning result data is not received, outputting data updating prompt information; and acquiring updating data input by a user based on the data updating prompt information, and adding the updating data into the inventory data as the material data.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the electronic device illustrated in fig. 5, the division of the functional modules is only an example, and in practical applications, the above functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, for example, configuration requirements of corresponding hardware or convenience of implementation of software, that is, the internal structure of the electronic device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In practical applications, the corresponding functional modules in this embodiment may be implemented by corresponding hardware, or may be implemented by corresponding hardware executing corresponding software. The above description principles can be applied to various embodiments provided in the present specification, and are not described in detail below.
For a specific process of each function module in the electronic device provided in this embodiment to implement each function, please refer to the specific contents described in the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
In the electronic device provided in this embodiment, when it is detected that the user performs a predetermined gesture on the infrared detection matrix network according to the infrared receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, detecting the operation behavior of the user in real time, if the operation behavior is detected within a preset time length, determining the target position pointed by the operation behavior according to the infrared ray receiving information, updating the target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the terminal of the internet of things according to the updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture, the target inventory data has an incidence relation with the target position, realizes the automatic statistics of the distribution quantity of the material packages, thereby improving the convenience and the accuracy of the statistics of the distribution quantity of the material packages, and then improved material management efficiency for it has higher intelligence and practicality to provide equipment.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present application. The electronic device may be a part of the intelligent issuing device of the internet of things terminal shown in fig. 1, or may be electrically coupled to the intelligent issuing device of the internet of things terminal.
The electronic apparatus described in this embodiment includes:
a memory 801, a processor 802 and a computer program stored on the memory 801 and executable on the processor 802, the processor 802 implementing the intelligent inventory data update method described in the embodiments of fig. 2 to 4.
Further, the electronic device further includes:
at least one input device 803, at least one output device 804, and communications circuitry 805.
The memory 801, the processor 802, the input device 803, the output device 804, and the communication circuit 805 are connected by a bus 806.
The input device 803 may be a camera, a touch panel, a physical button, or the like. The output device 804 may be a display screen, such as a touch display screen.
The Memory 801 may be a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) Memory or a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as a disk Memory. The memory 801 is used to store a set of executable program code, and the processor 802 is coupled to the memory 801.
The communication circuit 805 may be used to provide the electronic apparatus with the capability to communicate with external devices. The communication circuit 805 may include analog and digital input-output interface circuits, and wireless communication circuits based on radio frequency signals and/or optical signals. The wireless communication circuitry in communication circuitry 805 may include radio-frequency transceiver circuitry, power amplifier circuitry, low noise amplifiers, switches, filters, and antennas. For example, the wireless Communication circuitry in Communication circuitry 805 may include circuitry to support Near Field Communication (NFC) by transmitting and receiving Near Field coupled electromagnetic signals. For example, communications circuitry 805 may include a near field communications antenna and a near field communications transceiver. The communications circuitry 805 may also include a cellular telephone transceiver and antenna, a wireless local area network transceiver circuitry and antenna, and so forth.
Further, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium may be an electronic device configured in the foregoing embodiments, and the computer-readable storage medium may be a storage unit configured in the main control chip and the data acquisition chip in the foregoing embodiments. The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent inventory data update method described in the embodiments of fig. 2-4 above.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. if the gesture is made at the preset position and the characteristics of the gesture are matched with the preset characteristics, determining that the user is detected to make the preset gesture in the infrared detection matrix network;
the real-time detection of the operation behavior of the user is performed according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, and the method further comprises the following steps:

if the user makes a gesture on the infrared detection matrix network, judging whether the gesture is made at a preset position or not, or analyzing whether the characteristics of the gesture are matched with preset characteristics or not;
if the gesture is made at the preset position, or the characteristics of the gesture are matched with first preset characteristics, determining that the user is detected to make the preset gesture in the infrared detection matrix network;
the real-time detection of the operation behavior of the user is performed according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube, and the method further comprises the following steps:

if the operation behavior is the user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, executing the step of updating target inventory data in inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the Internet of things terminal according to the updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture;
if the operation behavior is not the user behavior corresponding to the preset gesture, outputting error reason confirmation information;
and updating target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the Internet of things terminal according to the error reasons confirmed by the user based on the error reason confirmation information.

when the user confirms that the gesture is wrong, updating target inventory data in inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the Internet of things terminal according to the detected updating rule corresponding to the operation behavior;
and when the user confirms that the behavior is wrong, returning to the step of detecting the operation behavior of the user in real time according to the infrared ray receiving information of each infrared receiving tube.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining a target location to which the operation behavior is directed according to the infrared ray reception information specifically comprises:
according to the infrared ray receiving information, second change information of the infrared ray detection matrix network before the operation behavior is finished is obtained; and
and determining the target position according to the acquired second change information.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the updating of the target inventory data in the inventory data of the intelligent issuing equipment of the internet of things terminal according to the updating rule corresponding to the preset gesture specifically includes:
when the preset gesture corresponds to a behavior of taking out the material bag, deleting the stock data of the material bag pointed by the behavior of taking out the material bag in the stock data according to a preset reduction amount;
